Went with a group of friends and had a lovely cabin weekend! The place is beautiful and charming, the management team was super clear and responded super fast. As soon as we arrived we wanted to get in the hot tub and it was already pre-heated which was such a bonus! Awesome cabin and would definitely recommend it!

Our long weekend stay at the blue mountain chalet was good overall with a few minor issues. The bedrooms were very clean but the living/dining area could've been cleaned more thoroughly. In addition, a few of the amenities at the property were broken (foosball, ping pong paddles/balls, and the hot tub- although this was made known to us prior to our check in). We also wished that were more amenities would have been provided (no cooking oil, aluminum foil, dish detergent, and not enough toilet paper). However, the PV team was very responsive and came by quickly with requested items when we messaged them. The biggest drawback for us was the lack of washrooms - there are only 2 washrooms in the chalet (3 showers) so with a big group you would often have to wait your turn. We did enjoy the sauna within the chalet and the location was very convenient (nice parks close by and only a 15 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village).

All the amenities required were present except for the hot tub (was out of order). Place was not as clean as expected some cobwebs and window stains were visible upon arrival. All in all the place was great for hosting a large gathering to have fun indoors and outdoors.

Had a great stay here and really enjoyed the place. Had some issues with the hot tub working, so we couldn’t use it for a lot of our stay. But the team was quick in replying with helpful suggestions on how to fix it. Overall good experience!

Their place was very nice. There was garbage left behind under one of the beds but it wasn’t hard dispose at all. We had a fully equipped kitchen which was important to us as we planned on cooking all of our meals there. We were able to use most of the amenities, except for the sauna as it was too hot outside. The hot tub was nice, good to use at the end of our day. We had problems with the smoke alarms setting off randomly but they quickly responded and sent someone out to change it. I accidentally broke one of the wine glasses and they quickly responded saying not to worry about it. We were a group of 16 adults (5 families) and honestly, everyone enjoyed our time at their place. If you decide to walk to Blue Mountain, this is the place to be. Would love to stay again!

Stayed here for a girl's trip away, and it was great! We were a large group, so it was so nice that we all got our own rooms and own beds, and the large kitchen table was also able to accommodate us sitting down together as well. We didn't use the hot-tub or sauna surprisingly, but we said we would next time if we went back! Super comfortable sofas, and only 15 minute-ish walk to the village if you're feeling adventurous

The space was excellent for our crew as it provided two separate areas for people to chill, watch TV, and play board games. The hot tub and sauna offered evening options and the kitchen area was open with a huge picnic and island to accommodate our group. We were close to the village which was walkable, or in our case racebale! It has a great outdoor space with a fire pit, however, the rain prevented us from using it to its fullest potential. Additionally, close by, there is a park and soccer field. From an adult perspective, the makeup remover pads were a bonus!

We came here for our annual Girls Cottage Weekend. We found everything we needed in this space. The amount of bedrooms and beds, plenty of seating in the dining area as well as the living room to accommodate daily gatherings. Placing linens on each of the beds was an added bonus, and enjoyed by our group. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware. If they didn't have it, they were kind enough to let us know ahead of time that if anything was missing they would come by if they were able to provide it. PV Team, was quick to respond to any inquiries we had and were quick to come bring us additional wine glasses for each of our guests. One thing that was not specifically highlighted in the listing was that this is not a single unit, it was a semi-detached with shared backyard space. This did not affect us, but think that it would be something guests would like to know ahead of time. Overall, our experience was absolutely positive and would book again!

Good morning we had a wonderful time there was lots of room for everybody. There was 12 of us that came. Everything was nice and clean. There’s only one thing that I would say you need to upgrade your couches. They are very old and not that comfortable. They’re very low to the ground other than that everything was great. I like the different levels, but everyone got to do whatever they wanted to do they could go to their room. It is very spacious the table that we ate at was massive and it accommodated everybody. It was fantastic. We had a great time. I would recommend the chalet to family members and friends. We enjoyed our time here and everyone is already asking how it went and I’ve already told them and they’re looking up the place. We have other big family events coming up and I think I would use it again thank you so much. Have a great day.

Place was clean and 15 people were easily accommodated. The kitchen was nice as it had enough seats for our group. Location was nice. (Not walking distance to the village with kids though.) The curtains in the bedroom were not blackout in the basement leading to all the kids waking up early. Amenities were the best part for the kids. Overall good value for the family.

My group and I had an amazing stay ! This chalet exceeded expectations! The chalet was extremely comfortable and spacious for our group of 10. It is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the Blue Mountain village. Not only was the chalet clean and fully equipped; including linens and towels but everyone was able to sleep comfortably. This beautiful chalet had a space for everyone to enjoy, with a ping pong table in the basement, a hot tub, sauna and the large kitchen /family room. This chalet really made us feel at home! The location is convenient and very close to blue mountain for skiing and going into the village as well. I stayed here with a group of 13 women for a bachelorette and we were so impressed with the space. It was a great size for a large group with very comfortable beds and fun amenities. The PV team was WONDERFUL. We had a few minors issues (lost power to the hot tub, needed more towels, etc.) that they were VERY quick to respond to and remedy. Our stay was great! Everyone slept comfortably. We enjoyed the open concept living space and relaxing in the sauna. Ideal location, close the hill and village, with tons of parking for guests. The only issue was that the hot tub was not clean/useable. We let the host know and they were able to send someone to fix it, but the water still did not look the cleanest nor did it get to a hot heat. So for that reason we did not get to use this amenity, which slightly took away from our stay. Otherwise great experience and we would return!

It is a very big house with a great loft main area with comfortable seating for many people. Kitchen is large and clean, with a great big table for eating and cards with a big group. The rooms are small and simple, very basic. Mattress could be updated soon, they could be improved upon.

Amazing place, needs little work with the stove, sink and cupboards falling apart but over all was very clean LOTS of sleeping area. The entertainment areas were nice to hang out and enjoy everyone’s company. Hot tub was nice and sauna. Only thing wish they had was shuttle transportation that would have topped it to 5 stars! Great classic ski lodge! If you are looking for a true ski lodge with exposed beams and open spaces this is it. It’s rustic but screams ski trip. I really enjoyed all the decore and ski stuff everywhere. The place is decintehy older but all bed have been upgraded. Nice bedding, clean etc. I would definitely come back. The place is massive! 3 floors and almost 1800 square foot

Place was nicer in person than it was in photos. We had a company leadership meeting here and it had a spacious living room and eating area to accommodate a big group. Super close to the village. 20 minute walk or a 5 min drive. Only thing that would have made it better is being able to use the hot tub past 10pm but other than that we had a great stay!

Our group of 10 was very happy with the Chalet. It was clean and spacious. A note, the room descriptions weren’t totally accurate. I believe the “Queen” beds were actually doubles, and there were 8 bedrooms instead of the 7 listed. The main floor had 2 bathrooms (3 showers), sauna and 4 bedrooms. Basement has 4 bedrooms and a living space with a futon. Upstairs has the kitchen and living room with balcony. The backyard is not part of the amenities. The walk into the village was about 20-25 mins. There is a private hot tub but you can’t use it after 11pm. *Bring your own garbage and recycling bags. It was a great weekend!

La cabaña es amplia, nos gustó mucho que hubiera mucha privacidad, espacio para poder estacionar varios carros, etc. Sin embargo, considero que debería indicarse que el otro baño en realidad es regadera, no inodoro. Nosotros creíamos que eran 2 regaderas y 3 inodoros, pero es al revés. Además, hicieron falta algunas cosas en la cocina, por ejemplo, cucharas suficientes para los 14 huéspedes. Aunque nos dieron todos los suministros necesarios, llegó un punto de la estancia fue necesario que nos dieran más papel higiénico, shampoo, jabón, entre otros. We were very disappointed to find out that there were not enough towels to all the 12 of us. We had to use the same towels for both the jacuzzi and shower. Also, we had only 3 rolls of toilet paper, and when we found out that there are no more, and contacted the hostess- they said that we’ll have to wait until 10 am in the morning to get more(!) we were 9 adults and 3 kids with zero toilet paper.. Also there were 2 coffee machines at the property with zero coffee. We aspected from a place of 1200$ per night to have at least one per guest.

We understand that more were needed for use of the jacuzzi and have reached out to the homeowner to provide the additional towels for future guests. While we stock all of the bathrooms with at least three rolls each, we appreciate that sometimes, more is required. The property was awesome for our group. Very close to Blue Mountain and the village. The house was clean, living area was awesome for hanging out, and the beds were comfortable. The sauna and hot tub were great adds especially with the cold weather on the 2nd day. The only issue we had was the wifi kept kicking us off. We didn’t really watch tv but that also had problems connecting to the wifi. Overall I we would stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group ski trip. Nice big common area on the top floor and bedrooms/baths below. it fit 14 of us easy. Great location close to the ski hill. The sauna and hot tub were great for after skiing. Only complaint is there were a lot of burnt out light bulbs, and some areas were a bit dark at night. Would definitely recommend though.

Great location and fabulous accommodations for a group of 8. We had a great stay. Recommend bringing your own pillows for more comfort. Sauna was awesome after the chilly rainy days. Property needs a very thorough cleaning to get rid of cob webs, dust/dirt accumulation on the outside of the shower base and baseboards and mold around the tub. Random stickers and bits and pieces were left on the floor in the basement.

Great place for large groups looking to enjoy Blue Mountain. Sauna and jacuzzi were awesome for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Would highly recommend for any big group that as there was lots of space and beds for all of our family. Clean and tidy just like the photos. Wifi was down but it was a hardware issue outside that the management team resolved quickly. Very friendly staff and helpful.

The duplex Cabin has a very ski cabin feel, top floor is the general hang out, kitchen, large table, large couch chilling area for everyone where you will spend most of your time. Main level is the washrooms, showers, sauna and most the bedrooms. in the basement you have the two bunk bed rooms and one of the queen rooms with a little area. Top Floor: Kitchen has large amount of pans, glasses, mugs utensils etc. Dishwasher seems to have some issues cleaning dishes, but have identified it to hosts. There is a large island for ~ 5 people + Large wood table that could easily fit 12+ people. Has a foos ball table, TV, large comfy couch. Fireplace but can't be used. Water: I would suggest bringing your own drinking water. But it is drinkable. Bathrooms: 3 showers. 2 Toilets. Interesting concept but useful after all using hottub or sauna. Overall washrooms are very clean. Bedrooms: Little cramped, pretty much just a bed in the room with small side tables and hooks on the wall. No closet, just had the bags on the floor. Outside: Large amount of parking (Awesome for large groups) hottub general grassed area in the back, does appear to have a fire pit etc (we didn't use). There is a shuttle that does come to right outside the house that can take you to the village. About a 4 minute drive. Probably 20 ish walk. We went in early Nov, not a whole lot of activities during the off season but love staying at the cabin and was great for a group trip.

This place was a good size for accomodating a very large group. This house is a semi-detached and has a shared backyard. There is one small towel per gas, and I recommend bringing your own. If there are any kitchen items that are critical to your cooking, I recommend you bring your own. there are a few items missing such as parchment paper, pot and pan lids, salt and pepper

We had a large group of 13 people over the Canada day long weekend and had a great time! The layout of the place is great, the location is great (about 20 min walk to the village), and the property management was very responsive. If I had any question, they responded within a few minutes. The photos in the airbnb posting were accurate. They laid out folded towels in each room which was a nice touch, and everything seemed very clean. We made good use of the hot tub. My only small complaint is that the posting had 'Private beach access' in the title which they later removed without informing us. It does not seem like there is any to begin with, so it just seemed misleading. All things considered, we would still recommend for a big group and rate it 5/5 stars.

We had a wonderful weekend at the property. The check-in process was simple and appreciate the security guard stopping by shortly after check-in to provide an overview of the rules and regulations. The property is in a prime location and is a short 15 min walk to the golf course and village. We did not use the hot tub as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests and recommend cleaning the grease off the BBQ to avoid it flaming up while cooking. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend away with lots of space for a larger group!

We had a great time staying here over the Easter long weekend, the house is big for a large group, there’s plenty to do also, our guests enjoyed the hot tub (although be aware that this is awkwardly placed at the front of the house, near the front door, so not much privacy). The sauna is a great thumbs up! We did encounter an accident when we were leaving Sunday, coming down the stairs at the front door, they are a bit on an incline and it had snow, making them an ice rink, one of guests unfortunately fell. Would we stay here again? Probably, it’s very close to The Village and overall cleanliness and the state of the house was good!

Do not visit this property. They have some issue with hot water tank and we kept on complaining and issue kept on coming back. Really bad customer service, whole family was without hot water for the whole day and when we complaint in the evening around 7PM they said they cannot fix it and will send someone next day and when we asked to give us some solution and they completely ignored and said they cannot help very rudely. Once the complaint was made through airbnb they sent someone to fix at 9pm and then again issue came back next morning. Really frustrating experience for the whole family.

Our gifts to our family this Christmas was a Blue Mountain Ski Experience! We booked this location because it was close to the mountains and had plenty of space for our families. We had 9 adults and 4 children and there was still a few empty beds! The space was clean and pretty much had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the host did come to check in with us shortly after we arrived. They were also quick to fix a few things for us. The hot tub was nice but it was a little dirty as it was filled with leaves. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here and would definitely rebook!

Amazing experience! Booked a family escape for kids. Place is only minutes away from blue mountain village. Yet tucked away in a quiet road. Spacious enough for kids to run around in house. Great internet connections and amenities ( i.e. water pressure is exceptional, brand new refrigerator). Perfect spot for our family Thanksgiving of 12. The hot tub and sauna were popular Would have been nice to have cable TV, but they do not. I would highly recommend this location for a large group

We had a great time in spite of some of the issues with this house. We were supposed to check in at 3 pm and had to wait until 5:30 pm. We understood they were short of cleaning staff but they should've offered some perks because of this. The main areas were cleaned fine and the bedding and towels were nice and clean. Bathrooms were good, clean (except in corners). Bedrooms are very very basic. Only some had night tables and side lamps. Some beds were good. Some were very saggy. The main room upstairs where we hung out was great. TV, main eating area and couches were great. The kitchen was stocked well but all the extra dishes, pots and pans and utensils were kind of thrown into cabinets. The drawers and cupboards were not super clean inside. Otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed. the hot tub jets didn't work properly. The location was close to everything. We got wristbands for the private beach which was really great. The surrounding area around the house was just okay. There was no chairs to sit outside at all. the deck and furniture and bbq was very dirty. One night the neighbours were super noisy, partying and playing loud music. Because we booked last minute we accepted our house as is. If this place was cleaned better, carpets replaced and some additions to the bedrooms, it would be awesome. The property manager was helpful and addressed our concerns promptly.

Graham and team did an excellent job communicating with us during our duration with any questions or concerns we had which were very minimal! The place was very clean, neat, tidy and everything we hoped for. Would definitely recommend using Property Valet for my next visit. They made it very easy to book and the process was very professional. Will 100% be back to this beautiful property for next years trip.

Amazing experience! Booked a family escape for kids. Place is only minutes away from blue mountain village. Yet tucked away in a quiet road. Spacious enough for kids to run around in house. Great internet connections and amenities ( i.e. water pressure is exceptional, brand new refrigerator). The host did such a through cleaning job, when my toddler dropped food on the floor, I wipe the floor with baby wipe, the wipe comes up clean ????

Nice place. Good to stay at for a week, tops. Lack of washer/dryer or cable tv makes it hard for any longer than that.
