Such a lovely apartment right in the centre of Collingwood. The place was actually a lot bigger than on the photos. We didn’t come for skiing but if you did there would be more than enough space for skis, boots, etc. Huge bed in the main bedroom and separate temperature control in each room which was a bonus. Would definitely come back again!

Great place and it is well kept, very clean and quiet. Very clear and helpful instructions. Well located! Only one thing is that Queen bed mattress is not comfortable- a hump in the middle…linens were so crisp and clean though and pillows were good, everything else was simply perfect. Hopefully the mattress is changed out to the quality of the king mattress in the other larger room. A well run property, we would definitely stay again! Thank you.

The location was so lovely - plenty of shops and restaurants nearby meant we could park and explore. It was a little loud in the wee hours of the morning with folks coming out of the bars/restaurants, but otherwise very peaceful considering the urban downtown location. The building and accommodations had lots of character, but please note that the stairs are quite steep as they tend to be in old buildings. The place was very clean with everything we needed (e.g. kitchen amenities, places to lounge/relax/craft, and a lovely outdoor space. Note that the outdoor space is a large deck that is shared with other units, so not entirely private. Overall we were happy with these accommodations and would visit again.

We had an incredible time staying at this gorgeous property. The hosts were friendly and the local surroundings were very pleasant. The outside decking felt like a treat for reading and having breakfast in the morning! My only feedback offered as a constructive suggestion would be to offer better kitchen knives as the ones provided are pretty basic-we love cooking and these were not up to scratch. The AC in the bedroom also could do with a little service as it's loud during random moments of the night. These are only minor critiques however, we would definitely stay again and we loved Collingwood. Thank you again.

We booked this place for a quick getaway for my wife and I. This place was great! Easily walkable to some great shopping and restaurants. Spectacular views down by the water. Wasaga Beach was a short 20 minute drive. Perfect weather and plenty of shady spots to sit out on the beach and watch the water. The property itself was great. Beds were very comfortable, well outfitted kitchen, and nicely renovated bathroom. The outdoor deck was awesome. We sat out there playing games every night we were there. Beautiful weather, nice patio furniture, and a few cold drinks to watch the sunset. Couldn't say enough good things! Excellent value for an awesome place to stay!

overall had a great stay, amazing area with lots to do. the place is on a main street with easy access to whatever you need. very clean and hosts were responsive in the couple times we had questions. space was big enough for 4-5 guests and a nice outside seating area. there is a brick wall that has a few nails hanging which could cause some concerns if you are not watchful, other than that, fantastic stay and will be happy to book with the PV team again

We had a great time at this place. It matched the photos, was super clean, and the team was very responsive. I took off one star because we had issues with the A/C and it took about 24 hours for it to actually be fixed. Other than that there were absolutely no issues. Very walkable location and one of the nicest Airbnb's I've stayed in. Now that I know how to work the A/C I would definitely come back again!

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at Unit B. It was clean and we really liked the layout. The location was perfect for our shopping and everything felt really close by for walking and/or a short drive away. The host responds promptly. My only issue was getting the A/C on. It’s a little finicky, but we eventually got it working with their helpful instructions. All in all, I’d love to stay there again!

The space is airy and bright, with lots of room. The kitchen is well stocked however some wine glasses would have been nice. There is a Keurig coffee maker but you need to bring your own capsules. We brought our own coffee maker, filters and coffee.

The location of the unit is right in the heart of downtown, which is it's biggest asset. Communication was excellent and the unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The unit was missing some things have found pretty standard in other Airbnb's. They have a Kuerig, but don't supply any pods. Even a few would be expected as there is no other coffee making options. Even if you had pods, there were no coffee mugs. There was no ice cube tray. Not a kleenex box in the unit which should be standard for January in Canada. It's a nice enough place but for the money I didn't find it particularily good value. We were able to bring are small pup which is a bonus. Again, the downtown location is excellent and close to everything downtown. Only one dedicated parking space for 4 people too although there appears to be lots of other spaces around.

Overall this is a great spot - right on the Main Street with lots to do just steps away! The listing was accurate and place was clean & quiet. The apartment was spacious, well appointed and comfortable for me and my dog to stay for a little get away! Check in was a little clunky as some of the key details needed are sent right at check-in time (details on using the locks, and how to access the unit / parking were buried within their house manual)…would have been great to have this level of detail in advance. The metal bed frame does squeak very loudly whenever you move in bed…needs to be fixed! A great spot…just a few kinks they need to iron out.

When we arrived at our rental there was an alarm going off in the next unit. Thankfully there was a property management employee he addressed it right away. The place looked and smelled clean. Very cute unit had everything we needed (2 couples). Only complaint was that we could hear buzzing all night … not sure where it was coming from likely outside or next unit? Not enough to keep us up maybe because we were exhausted ? Overall we were all satisfied with the rental.

We enjoyed very much of our stay at this Collingwood suite, the place is neat and clean, open layout and great for family with small kids. The location is right in the center of downtown Collingwood, walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and ferry. We also enjoyed our day on the nice patio. Overall I'd saw the place is decent, clean and tidy. Only drawbacks are: - AC wasn't working. After communicating with host, it was the breaker was tripped. However still only got 1/3 AC units to work. - there were 2 large fans, I suppose because AC wasn't working, but only 1/2 fans worked. - No side tables/night stands beside the beds. This means having to leave phones on the floor charging. As mentioned, overall this place was good, but there are a few little things I hope they can improve for others.

The hosts were very responsive. The unit is on the second floor, and the stairs are narrow. Fortunately, there were wide stairs outside that led to the deck. The apartment is above a laundry and smelled like one. Fortunately, there were lots of windows to air out the place.

Our first time in Collingwood and this accommodation for two couples was IDEAL! Perfect location with so many boutiques, restaurants and cafés on our doorstep and an LCBO and Loblaws within a 5 minute walk. We also had the use of our own private terrasse with comfortable seating and lovely lighting.

While it was a beautiful stay in an unbelievable location, days later we continue to have back pain related to how uncomfortable the beds were; flimsy metal bed frame that would make so much noise when even sitting on top of it. We enjoyed our stay, and the unit was exactly as described/pictured! The location is very convenient, just a few steps away from the main road with shops and restaurants. We did have some trouble with the access codes during check-in, but thankfully the hosts were very responsive and this was resolved quickly.

The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and smelled fresh upon entry. The location was great and had lots of walkable options The only issue I had was the regarding the keyless entry. On the final day the passcode reset before I checked out so when I arrived back at the unit after a morning walk I was locked out and had to contact Property Valet. It was rectified within 20 mins, but it was inconvenient.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Collingwood! Les gérants ont été flexibles pour notre arrivée et l’équipe sur place est très sympathique ! Ils nous ont accueillis et montré l’accès à notre Unit. Le parking situé dans la cour juste derrière est très pratique et donne un accès direct à l’appartement. Bien remplir et prêter attention aux formalités des réservations, elles sont simples. L’appartement était impeccable, propre et conforme à l’annonce. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied 10min où se situe un grand supermarché. Merci à toute l’équipe pour l’accueil si nous repassons par Collingwood nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir dans ce logement!

We had a great time staying at Unit B. The unit was very modern, clean, and well equipped. The place was in a convenient location with lots of shops nearby, and only 15 minutes away from Blue Mountain. Check in and check out was seamless, and the host was always responsive. Would recommend others to stay here!

My stay at Property Valet's Collingwood Unit B, was excellent. The unit was spacious, equipped with everything necessary and more. The unit was very warm (stayed during the winter) and overall I would say the pricing was very fair. There isn't as much to do within the city as we thought, but if you are going skiing/snowboarding as we were, the location is perfect.

We stayed here for 5 nights in total and it was an amazing experience. Both beds are very comfortable and clean. The living room is very cozy and we enjoyed good family TV time there. Staffs are very helpful and responsive to our question and the all the text/email instructions are very clear. We will definitely consider to stay in the places managed by this host again.

Unit B was so cute, it was in the perfect location near everything you could want! The unit smelled amazing when we first walked in, and everything was extremely tidy. Property Valet was very friendly, and always made sure we had what we needed and would respond within 20 minutes. Plus, It was only 15 minutes away from blue mountain making it super easy to just pick up and go whenever we wanted! I would say that the back of the property, where the parking is, has quite a few pot holes so you should be extra careful when driving in! But over all 10/10 experience!

This was the perfect getaway, we felt like we were in another country with the quaint views out the main bedroom window! We visited collingwood for a 2 day shorty trip and booked this place at the last moment and I must say that we were very satisfied with our desicion. The place looks newly renovated and everthing felt very clean and modern. Its right in the middle of downtown collingwood and close to all basic needs. It felt like home and would love to receommend this place to everyone.

great unit! very clean and cozy. outstanding communication with management. perfect for 1 or 2 couples. location is perfect. the parking is at the back and it could look intimidating when you first pull up but checknin was easy and it was great access in and out for our 3 day stay. I would stay again and will be recommending to others

You can’t beat this location… literally 5 min walk from everything. The only time we used the car was to go over to Sunset Point Beach and the Village - both great by the way.

Overall this was a beautiful space to stay in, really appreciated being downtown and being walking distance from so many awesome shops, restaurants. The one experience with the stay we didn't enjoy was the check=in experience. There was a separate process to sign up for the property which required a deposit and additional identification to be provided. Since this happened outside of VRBO I was never 100% certain if I should be trusting the people contacting me. Everything ended up being fine, but I wish I had known this ahead of time when I selected the listing. It seems to me like VRBO could have stronger identification of their guests which would reduce the need for these steps outside the platform.

Property was in a great location for downtown Collingwood and the main road. Spacious kitchen/ dining area. Overall very clean and if you had any issues Property Valets office seemed to be below in the same building. Would recommend and would rent again

Collingwood- hidden gem. The condo is well located on the high street with lots of quirky, one off shops around. The walk to Sunset Point was about 20 mins and well worth it. We took a trip to Blue Mountain Resort- lots of fun for the kids and us. The condo has everything you need for a great trip, it’s modern and clean with a contemporary feel. We had a lovely stay.

This location is perfect for walking to local restraints, cafés and shops. The place was very clean. The place manual had a few discrepancies about from the location about instructions- but that can be easily fixed. Would stay again. Oh- and if travelling with people who need to get ready at the same time the only mirror is in the bathroom!

We stayed here for our girls getaway and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Short drive to the village and the spa, we enjoyed some wineries and cideries nearby, we walked to great restaurants (recommend the tasting menu at Tremont Cafe!) and strolled to the water as well. Quiet at night, easy access and entry, and smooth communications with the host. Very clean, and had all the basics we needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a getaway!
