We spent a week at this house for our summer family vacation and enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and spacious and had lots of beds for sleeping. We did find the basement to be quite cold but no one ended sleeping down there so it was okay. It was nice to have a ping pong table and the pool and hot tub were great amenities. We also loved to proximity to Blue Mountain Village. It was a wonderful trip.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I for a nice weekend away! Location was great we were able to walk to blue mountain village. And we got to enjoy the heated pool! Will definitely keep this place in mind the next time I’m visiting the area!

Size of the house was good, but drastically went downhill with the smell of mold and mildew. The ladies who slept down in the basement said it was twice as noticeable and at times, doors wouldn't shut properly do to prior water issue. Parking was inconvenient, there was lots of room for the 3 vehicles we brought but one had to be parked 5 mins away & garage space was minimal for smallest vehicle, probably shouldn't be advertised as a parking space. When we arrived we sat outside by the pool & hot tub, almost immediately having security come & get us into trouble for "being loud" when we were just talking. The pool & hot tub temps were good but the yard maintenance was very poor, leaves & debris in the back yard & tall weeds in the front. No where to dispose of garbage or recycling. Overall our entire group left with "allergies/congestion" from the excessive mold smell in the house. This property could benefit from better landscaping and a general overhaul of the house.

Nice and close to the village. Lots of space for a group. Has everything you would need. Only downside was the parking available if more than 2 vehicles are coming but free parking off site was provided. Other than that had a great time and will be coming back !

101 Liisa’s Lane is alright if you go as smaller group. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers, there wasn’t enough sofa space to sit to watch tv. Some had to sit in the kitchen island stool to watch, which wasn’t comfortable. We couldn’t use the dining table to have a proper dinner as the table was pushed against the wall. There wasn’t enough space to pull it out. One of the chairs was shaky so we pushed it against the wall in the corner. The table felt a bit shaky too. One of the bedside table on the main floor was cracked and when I pushed the lamp away I was sure I saw a bit of blackish stain that looked like mold where the crack was. The bedroom upstairs upper floor have no privacy at all. It wasn’t an enclosed room. You can look down to the tv room from upstairs bedroom. So people staying up late watching tv and talking had to almost whisper so as not to disturb people trying to sleep upstairs. For what I paid, the furnishings could have been better quality.

The house in Blue Mountain was for a family vacation with my adult children and 5 grandchildren. The house was perfect in size for all of us with all the amenities as described when we booked the house. The location was central to the ski village , a ten minute walk or 5 minute car ride with lots to do when we got there. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was was well equipped and the check in procedure was straight forward. Issues which arose included a pool heater which had been broken by the previous renter. We arrived on a Saturday late and I called Property Valet. They had someone come out first thing on Monday and it was up and running by Tuesday. The only other issue we encountered was parking . The bylaws had recently changed and even though the driveway had room for 4 or 5 cars , only 1 was allowed over night - we had 3 cars. Property valet found us a place to park 1 car around the corner and the garage allowed us to park a second car so only 1 was in the driveway.

Should clearly state that pool towels are no longer being provided. Also bath towels could be a little larger. Advertise washing machine/dryer but not able to use without pods. Needs clarity in ad. Pool filter stopped working midway thru 2nd day, which is not their fault, but should have been able to have rectified a little quicker.

Our family had a great stay at the house. We loved the convenience of the private pool and hot tub. Weather was on our side and we spent all day (and early evening) by the pool. Added bonus was the ping pong table in the basement, which kept the teens busy after pool time. House was clean. Will definitely consider this rental next time we want to get away. Would also like to mention that the response time from property management, for all my messages was amazing!!

Incredible location, just minutes drive to the village and a view of the mountains. Very clean house overall, super spacious! Slightly lacking in kitchen accessories (cutting board, measuring cups, bigger pans) but overall had the basic necessary items! The host responded to our questions and concerns very quickly. Will definitely rebook here for next year!

A lot of rigor prior to check in like proof of ID and copy of credit card felt like a nuisance. Also some guy knocks on the door right after we get there and explains the noise rules and seems pretty strict. House is stocked with everything you’d need but when they say remodeled, I don’t know. Floors are in bad shape and kitchen faucet has too much pressure! Sump pump runs all night and you can hear it from the loft (there’s 2 bedrooms with not much privacy on the second floor). Also since it’s only streaming services no option for live TV even though there’s a “live TV” option that doesn’t work on the main television. Hot tub was nice and it’s really close to the mountain which is great. But the last impression is how they quote your fees on VRBO and don’t include taxes which makes you think you’ve overpaid and requires a call to a management company supervisor. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the amount we ended up paying after tax and fees but the location is great.

My weekend at this location was splendid. The home is just a five minute drive to all the attractions at Blue Mountain with so much space for accommodations. The rooms were clean and homey and then amenities were all working perfectly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to spend some time in the area with friends or family!

Great place, lots of sleeping space. Lots of things to do, easy to find and get to. If you plan on cooking your meals though, bring your own pots and pans, there is some but not enough to make a meal.

Listed as luxurious. The cost was way beyond the quality. Location is good. Cleanliness was average. Communication was good. Kitchen is disorganized, limited utensils. Liked the 3 bathrooms. Not luxurious though. Bunk bed rooms were dark, zero airflow. No windows to open. At best this is 3 star quality. Not what we are used to with Airbnb luxury.

We booked this rental to have a small family getaway and we all had plenty of space to spread out for our R&R. Common spaces also allowed for our family meals and game time! Larger groups would probably have to spread out to the nearby island. We had a short drive to the village and had a beautiful view of the north end slopes. The neighborhood was peaceful and we were able to enjoy the hot tub!

Overall the place is good. Very close to blue mountain. Check in was very easy. The host was very friendly and acted really quickly to all my inquiries. The only downside is the dinning area, it doesn't fit all 10 people at the table where half of us have to sit at the island during meals.

Great place! Clean, and has all the cooking utensils, pots, pans and bbq. The pool and hot tub were great. There is even a ping pong table in the garage. Neighborhood is quiet. No noisy teenagers or parties. No issues with checking or check out. Great for a family getaway. The pictures advertised is exactly what you get.

This house is the perfect location for a stay in the blue mountains. It is an easy short walk to the village. We could take our kids there and back for dinner without the worry of finding parking. The backyard is completely private and the pool nice and warm. Both the hot tub and pool were very clean. The service was quick as well. Replies were quick and when we ran out of propane it was refilled. Beds are very comfortable. Wifi was excellent. We had no issues with service at all. We would definitely come back.

We had a booked a long weekend at this home with Stay in Blue. The check-in process was easy, house was clean, and fairly well-stocked. We had an issue with the Hot Tub upon arrival and contacted the Property Manager who came within hours to sort the issue. Everything was going to great in our stay until we got a call from the Property Manager asking us to vacate the home due to a “new rule” in the Township of Blue Mountain. We were provided with very little information, a contact number for an office that was closed, and later found out that the information the Hosts provided was incorrect and left us at their mercy. We have been unsuccessful at coming to terms with the Hosts and are now working with AirBnB. Heads up future guests, the home may be nice but the hassle (if issues occur) is not worth it.

Hi, My family and I had a great stay. The pool, hot tub the house in general were amazing. The location was perfect as there were things to do around and we took full advantage of what was available during Covid times. Only issue with the place was the noise, we were surrounded by other house so we did our best to keep the noise down, regardless we got a complain from the community security guard on the first day. We really weren't that loud, but we did have music playing in the garage and the door opened out to the pool so that was defiantly leaking out, regardless the music was not blasting and well within a reasonable and acceptable limit. Once security had asked us to turn it down, we simply turned it off completely, only to have him return a few minutes later saying we can't be outside in the pool area talking. This was a bit of a stretch. We didn't want to cause any trouble and did as told. Apart from that, the place was amazing. I would love to return, if the property is still available (for sign sale outside).
