We had a family ladies trip and it was a wonderful stay! We loved that the chalet accommodated our large group comfortably. We would definitely recommend this chalet for your stay with a larger group. Good location, clean space and hot tub, and the team was very responsive.

This is a beautiful place. The amenities are as listed and it's very spacious. The hot tub is GREAT. We loved the huge dining table as well, and all the comfy couches. The kitchen is fairly well equipped though we noticed a few things missing. It was still more than adequate for the weekend. Overall, we love the spot and had a very relaxing weekend in the Blue Mountains!

We stayed as a group of 9 ladies for our annual girls weekend. We really liked the location of the house as it was a short drive from The Village and Collingwood, we had activities in both. The house was very large and nice and spread out. Some of the rooms got a little warm at night and some were chillier and we adjusted for that the second night. What was great was some of us stayed up later but the sleepers couldn’t hear each other since it was nicely spaced out. Very beautiful home.

Booked this cottage for our year end company get away weekend for about 12 people. Its perfect. Rooms across two floors with a majority of them having their own private washrooms. Kitchen was perfect with two seating areas for games and even a top floor lounge area with a ping pong table. The team was soo easy to get in contact with whenever we had questions and were super quick to respond. Would totally recommend to the rest of the ABNB community!

Stayed for the weekend with 11 other ladies!! The place was amazing! A LOT of stairs, so if you have anybody with mobility issues, this is not the place to stay. Kitchen was clean, inviting and had everything we needed to prepare our meals! The bedrooms were very tidy, beds were small, but comfortable if you like a firm mattress. There was TONS of space, more than enough for all of us. The bathrooms were all very clean and updated nicely. We used the hot tub a few times and it’s in the perfect spot nestled into the deck! The neighbours were very close, however we didn’t have Ny issues with either of ours. There is a garbage receptacle right in the back parking lot which was super convenient for a quick check out! Speaking of parking, there was plenty of parking for 7 vehicles in the driveway. We had a great stay! Highly recommend for large groups!!!

Very large chalet. 6 bedrooms has their own washroom. Perfect for multiple families. Coffee table in living room is broken. One night kids playing board game on the table. When they move the table, the whole table fell and almost hitting the kid. Keep the children away from that table.

The PV Team were fantastic! The cabin was perfect. We had a group of 16 and it fit us very well. The cabin was close to the village. The cabin was clean, amenities all worked, and beds were comfortable. For such a large group this place was well worth it. Definitely would book again with a large group in Blue Mountain.

The place was very clean and we loved the 8 bedrooms. The BBQ was broken and they did respond and borrow one from a neighbouring property. The kitchen could have been better appointed with more wine glasses but they brought 8 new glasses over right away.

Our stay at this property was marred by several issues. The cleanliness was unacceptable, with one sheet stained with blood. The broken blinds compromised our privacy, and the uncomfortable pillows led to restless nights for all 16 guests. Poor ventilation made the rooms uncomfortably warm, and the kitchen was in disarray, with tools scattered messily in drawers and some bowls and cups left dirty. A major safety hazard arose when a guest injured their foot on a damaged vent. While the host eventually resolved most of these issues, they were dismissive of our struggles on the first night and refused to refund us for that night’s troubles. We paid a premium for a long weekend, but the numerous inconveniences and disruptions, especially at the start, severely detracted from our experience. Given the host's lack of consideration for our situation, we cannot recommend this property.

First and foremost, we apologize that this was your experience with us. The beginning of your stay was not reflective of our level of service. Our Operations Team did the best they could given the circumstance to prepare the home for your stay, but ultimately more time and care was required. With that said, upon reviewing the communication, we feel that our Team acknowledged and worked very hard to address the issues that were identified. Our staff attended the home, promptly addressed the issues and purchased all requested items. Additionally, while our Team was confident that there was no issue with the air conditioning in the home, we called in an emergency HVAC contractor to verify that the system was functioning as intended. We attempted to negotiate a fair refund for your initial issues, but were happy to allow AirBnb to mediate and come to a fair resolution. This is a standard escalation policy and a benefit of booking with the OTA. It is our mandate to prepare clean, functional and safe homes in time for 4pm checkin and in this case, we missed the mark initially. We do apologize for this and hope that in the future you will continue staying with us again. Thank you Jieni

Nous avons passé un excellant séjour. La maison était très propre et était exactement tél que les photos et la description de l’annonce. Nous étions un gros groupe avec beaucoup d’enfants donc nous avons fait beaucoup à manger. Il manquait un peu d’ustensiles à cuissons et ou plaque/chaudron pour faire à manger mais ceci est juste un petit détail. En résumé, c’était génial! Merci beaucoup aux hôtes!

Very nice place to stay, lots of room for everybody. 90% was clean except for some dirty dishes left over. Next time I’ll bring my own pillows, the ones provided were very uncomfortable. I would book again for sure regardless.

A very well laid out place for a large group of friends. Lots of room to gather in small or larger groups both inside and on the balcony. Lots of bathrooms. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the hot tub was a winner. Loved the long wooden table here everyone could sit for a meal if they wished. Well equipped kitchen.

This was a great place to stay! it was super easy to check-in and it matched the pictures exactly. The couple questions I had for the host were answered promptly. Lots of beds and they all had pillows and linens. There were a bunch of bathrooms with showers for large groups of people which was really appreciated. The upstairs and downstairs decks were great spots to hang out. There was a lot of parking for our group. It was also a very easy, enjoyable 15 minute walk to the village. If you are looking for a yard to play a bunch of lawn games this probably isn't the spot for you, but for my purposes this wasn't needed. Can't say enough good things about this place. I would definitely stay here again! Great host!

Very spacious, beautiful house. Great for a large group of friends since most beds are singles. The place was very clean and tidy and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. It is a quick drive to the village and about a 15-20 minute walk. The dining table is gorgeous and again perfect for a large group. The kitchen was described as fully equipped but many cupboards were empty, we had to bring our own coffee supplies, and had to request garbage bags. One thing I disliked was I had asked months prior about early check-in and was told they could not tell me until the day of, which is understandable. However, I then received a message the night before our stay saying early check-in would be $100 - which is something I have never been charged for at other AirBnbs and was not prepared to do. This would have been nice to have known when asked months prior. The host also had security stop by in the evening just to "educate us on the bylaws", which we also thought was unusual.

Great place for larger groups. The common areas are perfect and allow for lots of socializing in a bigger space. Great location, 20 min walk to blue mountain village. The hosts messaged back quickly with any questions, felt taken care of.

I visited this cottage, and I left my Dyson hair styling in their main washroom. (Worth of $800) I want to clarify that I take responsibility for leaving my item behind, but it was disappointing having people steal your stuff. They cleaned the unit and didn’t give me any answers about my item until two days passed when they said they had guests staying and they couldn’t do anything until they were gone. It's disappointing to stay with dishonest people who can take your stuff if you forget it.

Gorgeous huge place. Property managers were very responsive and helped us resolve some trouble connecting to the wifi and finding coffee filters. The ping pong was a huge hit with our group. The pillows were crinklier that we like but we all slept well.
