Great location for a big group. The rooms are spacious and the property is clean. We were 9 adults, 6 kids and 2 infants who stayed at the property for 2 nights. The hosts were very responsive and provided very clear instructions and responded quickly to all queries. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. Great find for large families/groups. We had a lovely relaxing weekend and would definitely recommend this place.

Pros: great location and fits lots of people Cons: - Place was not cleaned / inspected properly before we checked in. One of our members cut their foot on broken glass that was left in backyard. Additionally, there were beer cans littered around the outside of the house. - There was mold inside the dishwasher, we had to wash dishes by hand - The place was extremely hot on the first day of our stay. Thermostat was set to "heat" before we checked in and it took an entire day for the place to reach a comfortable temperature once we turned on the AC - The BBQ was really dirty, and we had to clean it thoroughly before using it. There were also 2 propance cylinders, one was already empty and one only had a little left. The propane finished by the end of our second day and we had to go and replace it ourselves. The host did offer to replace it for us but we didn't want to wait as we had already began grilling and didn't want to wait long

We are truly sorry for the cleanliness oversights, especially the broken glass and beer cans outside. We conducted a review of the preparation and quality check of the home and unfortunately found that a number of procedural steps were missed in the prepapration of the property. We have since reviewed the incident with our Team and implemented the required corrective actions. In regards to the propane, while we appreciate the time sensitive nature of grilling, please note that our team is always happy to deliver additional supplies such as propane and are typically in the area and can drop off quickly. Finally, as a result of your feedback, we spoke with the Homeowner and are happy to report that a new dishwasher has been installed at the property. While we strive to make every guest's experience seamless, we clearly fell short with your stay. Thank you again for your feedback. hist was responsive however place is really trash with bugs all over the unit. I asked for partial fee back as unity was dirty with bugs all over and not clean but management is not reaponsive.

We appreciate that while you noted you had a great stay with us at check out, there was an issue with mosquitos and some small flies during your stay. Based on the pictures you provided, in our experience, these issues are consistent with a door or window being left open to the house. With that said, we can appreciate the inconvenience. In terms of the responsiveness of our Team, please note that we take great pride in our level of service and prioritize Guest communication. While you note that we were both responsive and also not responsive, we confirmed that our Operations Manager contaced you in regards to your claim for compensation on the day of your check out. While unfortunately we could not come to an agreement on compensation, we mutally agreed to escalate to Airbnb to mediate the path forward. As discussed at the time, this is standard operating process for us. At the end of the day, we regret that your experience with us did not check all of your boxes. We hope that despite this issue, your group was able to enjoy their vacation in the Blue Mountains.

The PV Team’s cottage listing was the perfect place for my family to stay for the weekend. Not only was the location convenient - being ~10min drive to town- the cottage was able to accommodate all 14 of us with the many bedrooms and 4.5 washrooms! Upon arrival at the location, any questions or concerns we asked the hosts were immediately answered. All three floors were clean and were seen just as described in the photos. All amenities were available. From ping pong table to the hot tub! We also had access to a balcony and a BBQ grill outside. Parking was easy as we had plenty of space to park more than 4 cars. All sinks, and faucets worked well. Washrooms were spacious and clean. Overall, it was an amazing space which helped my family and I feel comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and will definitely recommend this cottage to those with a larger group. Thank you PV Team!

The property has 10 bedrooms on 3 different levels which gave our large families a lot of room to hang out as well as privacy. Beds were comfortable. The interior was relatively clean in the bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the property was very dated. Kitchen utensils were half functional, like broken can opener, dull knives, old dishwasher, etc. Outdoor furniture were not clean with cigarette butts still sitting on the patio table. Balcony is in a bad shape with wobbly wooden railing. Hot tub though is functioning and relatively clean. The property is situated in a cul-de-sac, with airbnbs all around it. During our stay, the neighbourhood were relatively quiet in the evening. Property management team did a good job communicating with us and sent us some essential items when needed.

For 12 guys on a golf weekend, the place worked well. Lots of beds and plenty of space. Just a couple of things to note: there is no cable tv so we couldn’t watch the playoff hockey game; the furniture and fixtures are abit dated; the kitchen table was too small to allow all 12 of us to sit together; and the fridge couldn’t hold all our items but there was another fridge on the floor below. Overall for the value I would book again.

We were a group of 20 people and the space accommodated us with no problem. There are 3 massive living rooms so it never felt crowded. In fact, it didn’t feel like there were 20 of us in the house at all. There are 4 bathrooms that have showers so there were no “line ups” to take a shower ever and everything just functioned smoothly. The chalet is on a street with numerous other rental properties so there were large groups on either side of us but we couldn’t even hear them. As long as the doors and windows stay closed the noise stays inside and you won’t get any complaints. We had a great time. Thanks for having us :)

The host company was very helpful and friendly. The place was huge and fit our large group along with or skis/snowboards very comfortably and was perfect for us. Everything worked great overall, but the oven was a little slow at getting to temp and staying at it, same goes for the stove top. But there's no major issues with the place and we would book again.

Me and my friends had an amazing weekend at our Airbnb. There was plenty of space for everyone, a large kitchen for cooking, plenty of common areas to enjoy time together. There were plenty of bathrooms which is necessary for a big group like ours, the kitchen had all the amenities necessary. The location was literally minutes to Blue Mountain, and the vibe overall was just perfect. Definitely recommend for big groups and families!

This was the perfect place for a weekend trip to blue mountain. It is perfect for large groups because it has tons of washrooms and lounge areas on each floor. You also have on site security, keyless entry and on site garbage which was really helpful for a large forum. We would definitely rent here again.

For a large group during Christmas, this place was absolutely amazing! It had enough space for everyone to not feel cramped, and we had a mix of all ages including children and grandparents. The amenities were clean and were as described. Though the hot tub wasn't working at the time, it didn't detract from the great experience me and my extended family had at the chalet. The top floor was our favourite as it allowed lots of natural light during the day as we spent most of our time eating and hanging out there. Property Valet Rental Management team were always proactive, very quick to respond and answered our questions promptly and clearly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that has a large group at the Blue Mountains. My family and I would stay here again in the future.

The perfect spot for a large group. House is well designed with 3 floors, 3 large living rooms and bedrooms on all levels. It was clean with a convenient fridge on the lower level. Ping pong table was a hit. Only complaint is the hot tub not working and receiving notice the day of our arrival. They allowed us to use the tub next door, which was considerate, but it would only heat to 100°. Barring the hot tub working, I would highly suggest staying at this chalet.

Lots of bedrooms and space to spread out. Everyone is comfortable. Management company is very responsive with communication and were fairly flexible with an early drop off for our guests and their belongings. Dumpster out back makes cleaning up a breeze. Everyone complained about the pillows , cheapest pillows supplied, deck needs a lot of work , hottub was too hot and could not control it as the touch control was not working, dishwasher not maintained had to clean the spray arms and some of the drains in the washroom had to be cleaned from hair. Place was spacious with alot of bedrooms but not worth the money we spent. Very outdated

Paul, we appreciate your feedback. Following your review, we had approval from the owner to replace all of the pillows in this unit so they have all been changed out and upgraded. Our maintenance team stopped by to further inspect the deck and made some improvements where needed. We regret to hear that you had challenges with the hot tub and that the cleanliness levels were not up to standard for your arrival. While the hot tub is still fully functional, we are currently working on getting the touch control replaced. The photos are scheduled for a new shoot this coming fall, however, we feel that they accurately represent the space (with the exception of all new couches on all levels!) Great place for a large group, with plenty of space and lots of beds. Super clean, easy check in, some kitchen supplies which were handy. One thing to note is that the backyard neighbour is very close, and we were told by the security team that the previous two renters had been fined for noise complaints as early as 7pm due to this neighbour, and that if we wanted to be outside (even in daytime) we should do so in the front yard (which is very small). Just a good thing to know ahead of time as we did have some outdoor activities planned which we didn’t due for fear of being fined. The other thing to note is that the garbage disposal is behind another cottage several minutes walk down the street. Considering the hefty cleaning fee, we were surprised that we would be expected to carry all our garbage down the street ourselves. There was also no recycling. Again, lovely place, but just passing along this info for future renters to know!

A group of ladies rented the chalet for a 40th birthday party. Overall, the house was great. Lots of space and the kitchen was well equipped. The property management was extremely responsive to any inquires I had and also accommodated an earlier check in. A couple of small improvements, would have made it perfect! The couch in the main living room is fake leather and in incredibly bad condition. Any time you would get off of it, you would be covered in little pieces of flaking and peeling pleather as well as going all over the floor. You also sink right into, and not in the good way. For the price we paid and to be called an executive chalet, this didn’t match. It reminded me of something you’d see on a university students front porch. The only other complaint is the plastic coverings on the bed and pillows. It made it incredibly hot at night and the plastic would crunch in your ear every time you’d move around. I understand the reason for it, but a higher quality would fix this.

With such a popular unit, over time, the furniture has started to show its wear. The good news! Included in a list of both interior and exterior upgrades, this owner is actually currently in the process of selecting new furniture to replace the couch sets on all three floors! We also change out the mattress protectors as needed so we can certainly switch to a different (but just as effective!) material for a more comfortable sleep. If we have the opportunity to welcome you back, we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the quality of these replacements.

Excellent few days spent at this property…well appointed…maybe only drawback would be only single beds in this chalet…

We stayed here with extended family for a long weekend. The place is very spacious, clean, and lots of bedding and towels were provided! For the kitchen do bring everything you'll need including salt and pepper. The location is good, a 6 minute drive to South Lodge for skiing, and 20 minute or so to walk to the Village. Communication with the hosts was excellent including very prompt text message replies during our stay. Thank you!

Had a wonderful weekend there with some friends and family as it accommodated all of us so well. Place is exactly as it states in the ad. Will go back there next time I travel with a large group.

The host was very friendly and any inquiries were answered almost immediately. Check in was seamless, and everything was just as advertised on our arrival. The house was very clean, and we appreciated the little touches including towels and bathroom toiletries for all of the guests to use. Would definitely recommend a stay!

Responsive host, answered questions and concerns in a timely manner. Place was clean and tidy minus some fluid leftover in certain dishes. Overall would recommend a stay here.

Our team used the cabin for lodging for a company get together in the mountains and it was the perfect amount of space for 13! There are several living spaces and we really enjoyed that there was ample room to spread out. Highly recommended!

Great spot for a big group. Many Bedrooms we many and a good size with nice linens and bed covers. The bathrooms were we kept and the Herero us amount of towels was appreciated. Different gathering areas with huge couches for different groups of family to do their own thing or watch their own shows or movie was especially nice. The kitchen has older appliances which could be updated, but functioned ok. Overall we all loved it and would make our next stay a little longer.

I needed to message 9 mins before our check in time to receive the door code. The location was large and spacious. Suited to our needs. The kitchen fridge was broken inside and leaking onto anything we put on the top shelf. The main reason for my review, however, was the hot tub. The screen is broken. The instructions don’t match the tub. And we couldn’t get it to heat up. We were only staying one night (despite needing to rent and pay for two) and the hot tub was a big draw and it wouldn’t heat up. I sent texts to request help and received a user manual link - eye roll, when the screen is broken. Eventually we got it to increase temp but it wasn’t at a usable temperature til the next morning when we were leaving. I’ve had no resolution despite promises to call me back. Nice place but don’t count on the hot tub.

We do walkthroughs prior to guest arrival - verifying that appliances and amenities are in working order is part of this check. We are so sorry to hear of the challenges and frustrations you had with the hot tub. We completely understand how important the amenities were for your stay! Our Operations Manager reached out to you the night of your check out, called and spoke with you the day following, and offered compensation for the trouble.
