The location of the property is clearly perfect but this unit is lacking in cleanliness and needs maintenance. Plumbing is definitely an issue here with slow running sink and tub. The downstairs toilet runs and wasn’t flushing. I reached out directly to the owners after my visit to share photos of issues that should be addressed, they asked if they could call to discuss but did not call. If you stay here please note the stove top only works with stainless cookware but there is other cookware in the unit and no instructions. There are oil and spices included but the oil dispenser was empty and sticky. Further there was $190 cleaning fee but it is expected you take out your own garbage and bring it to the bin at the opposite end of the complex. I’ve stayed in other airbnbs and have never had this experience. This Airbnb was a disappointment. The positives- is that it’s a great location and the pool.

We've since sent our maintenance team into the unit to snake the drains and all plumbing has been functioning effectively with no reported issues. The cleanliness and upkeep of our properties are extremely important to us, and your experience highlights areas where we need to improve. We will be addressing these issues immediately with our team and ensuring that these issues are not repeated. We also understand your concerns regarding the cleaning fee and the requirement to take out your garbage. This and loading the dishwasher are the only requirements upon check-out and are not tasks that we've found our guests take issue with as this is a standard practice in many short term rentals. While we appreciate that your experience in some other rentals has been different, this is the process that has worked for our team and guests. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us make necessary improvements. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and the pool, but we know that doesn’t excuse the inconveniences you faced. Should you choose to return to Blue Mountain again, we hope you'd consider providing us with the opportunity to provide you with a better experience.

Great condo, very close to Blue village. Only big concern was that it was very hot which made it hard to sleep and the thermostat didn’t work. It would have also been nice to have access to a ski locker.

I visited with my 2 sons, 9 and 11. The unit is large and the location for walking to the village is nice. There is potential but a number of things wrong. Ceiling vents weren't connected with odd black marks and scuffs around all the kitchen and lower bathroom lights/vents. Made me think of black mold or smoke damage? It's an odd setup with the master bedroom in an open loft and no door. The loft is open to the rest of the unit making for any and every noise heard. The mattress was the wrong size on the boxspring. Not sure why they wouldn't use an actual queen mattress. The toilet seats were all loose and didn't fit on the toilet basins. Check before booking if you want to bring a pet! We were told no for our dogs and there would be a $100 additional cleaning fee for pets, which is funny since it smelled like cat litter. All dishes smelled burnt, so I had to wash them before use. No welcome package like a bottle of wine or free coffee. Free parking at least!

Hi Catherine. Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback on the home. It is truly a great space for enjoying some time away and the proximity to Blue Mountain Resort cannot be beat. We apologize for the marks on the ceiling and walls as unfortunately a previous guest used tape for some décor items and at this time we are working with the homeowner on a repair plan. Rest assured the marks on the ceilings and walls are tape residue and nothing more serious. In the interest of continuous improvement, we reviewed your concerns regarding the listing and have found that the loft and bed are accurately represented. While the box spring size is somewhat nonstandard, the bed is listed correctly as a double. All toilet seats in the home feature a bidet option which are sized differently than a traditional seat. As a measure of precaution we had or Maintenance and Guest Experience Teams review the unit after your stay and are happy to report that all items noted have been addressed. Finally, we understand how important furry friends can be to a family stay and we apologize that, despite our best efforts, we were unable to accommodate. As discussed prior to your stay and indicated in the listing, our homeowner only accepts small, hypoallergenic, house trained dogs. We understand that this negatively impacted your stay but the terms and conditions of the booking are agreed upon in advance and we are required to abide by them. With that said, we hope that you would consider staying with us in the future. Thank you Catherine.

good experience, they prepare Christmas ornaments. Unfortunately, if you happen to have a family with children living on the second floor, you will hear vibrations from the ceiling all night long. I tried complaining to them, but their staff leaves at 6 PM and no one is sent over after that. They only suggest calling the police or contacting the staff of the scenic area. Since it was Christmas Eve, I didn’t opt for this, but for the same reason, even though I think it’s a great place to stay, I still choose to give it a 4-star rating.

From 9am-7pm, our local on-site staff is happy to assist with any issues, and we're glad we were able to take a look at the stove for you. Unfortunately, at 11pm we are unable to send over a staff member in-person until the following morning. If it was a unit we manage, we would've undoubtedly contacted the unit regarding the noise. Otherwise, the security number we provided is there to ensure all noise by-laws are being followed and respected, and they are there to assist 24/7 when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had 2 minor issues that were dealt with in a timely manner. The condo itself was larger than expected. The saltwater pool was lovely and even though it was busy, it never felt crowded. The village is a short walk from this location which made it easy to access all of the activities Blue has to offer. My boys didn't want to leave.

Our stay was wonderful the house was clean. The management company was accommodating and allowed early check in. The house came with a fully equipped kitchen including some basic items needed for cooking which was very nice. The only thing that was hard for us was that the house is listed for 6, we came 4 adults and 2 kids there were only 4 towels and the enough beds / bedsheets for 4 people

They would have confirmed for you the extra linens are kept in the main floor bedroom! Additionally, our Operations Team is always available for onsite assistance as needed. You can't beat the location of this place. Short walk to main village and lifts. Kitchen is well appointed. As others have mentioned there is a lot of stuff in the place, so it might not be the best if you have young children, but otherwise the place is very comfortable.

Pros: - excellent location (3 minutes walk away from main village at Blue Mountain) - ample parking (1 assigned and lots of guest parking spots) - quiet Cons: - broken shower head, and Property Valet (the ownership company) didn't fix the problem despite our repeated complaints and their promise that they'd address the issue. - inadequate information: Property Valet didn't provide parking information until after we have already checked in (and parked our vehicles). WIFI information provided in the check-in list was not correct and it took a few iterations of communication with Property Valet before we finally got the correct information for WIFI connection. - blinds in one of the bedroom didn't close properly and that disrupted our sleep.

Overall it was a good stay, just needs a better clean between guests. Positive: Spacious and pet friendly and close to amenities Negative: Needs a better clean. All the decorations need to be dusted, there was a lot of dog hair all over the furniture and floors. The high cleaning fee does not make sense for the state the place was in.

Over priced, dirty and used items left behind from guests. Positive: Upon arrival house appeared nice, neat. Furniture staging was decent. Negative: The mattress need replacing they are Absolutely horrible.sleeping on concrete- it’s unexceptionable! Due to this I didn’t not rest well. Guests are expected to clean and sterilize. Comforters are not clean. Needles to say I washed them. Dishwasher had issues, light sockets do not work,light bulbs need replacing. lack of toilet paper and paper towels, garbage bags, soap. I purchased these items for the house. Dishes were dirty, I had to re; wash glasses and plates and cutlery. Blanket provided is from a facility ( ie nursing home ) patients name and room number was labeled on the blanket provided for guest use. Very expensive price for this rental. Area rugs are dirty and need replacing.

The property looks larger on the pictures than it is…mostly because it is cluttered. Every open cupboard (a lot are locked and not accessible) was jammed full so there was no where to put our things. For instance, the master bedroom had no cupboard available to hang clothes in. It was cleaned to counter height but I had to clean things like the chandelier, which had so much dust that a previous guest had written a message in it. The kitchen cupboards are untidy and we had to wash up what crockery we wanted to use and put it to one side as much of it was not clean. Some of the items in the cupboards/drawers were empty boxes of items that had already been used. There was nowhere other than the fridge and counter tops to put our food items. The patio had not been cleaned up - had dog poop on it. This was flagged to the property group but was never addressed. Although it was winter and we were not using the patio, it wasn’t nice to see. It simply felt like a rushed cleaning job, which I then had to do again with the limited supplies left for me (thank goodness I had taken my own disinfectant and cloths!) The so-called arrival booklet was a set of instructions - not that clear - and no brochures for local things to do or a map of the village. No set of instructions for the tv either which was not straight forward. Not having been in Blue Mountain area before this was a hindrance until we were able to find our feet. The fireplace didn’t work and the wifi network dropped. The property company were quick to help, but the fireplace should have been checked before we arrived. Finally, if booking…be aware that there are people upstairs above you. It doesn’t look like it from the pictures, but part of the unit has another one above it. They were noisy and we were pleased that they only showed up the last couple of nights. Would we go back? To Blue Mountain, yes. To this property, no.

We were very happy with our stay. The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Great location, fabulous kitchen- it had everything you needed especially if you like to cook. We would definitely stay again.

It’s a cozy place for the family. If you have really young children (toddlers) maybe not the most suitable place as there’s lots of little decorations everywhere for them to get too. Lots of cozy throw blankets and pillows around to keep you snuggly if your inside beating the cold as well as tons of tea and coffee to keep you warm! Not to sound crazy but maybe some type of spiritual type vibes going on upstairs. Not at all into stuff like that nor think of it as I’m a skeptic but I guess something weird happened up there at night when some of our family was up there while the rest of us were sleeping which I didn’t believe at all until the next day my son kept pointing up to the loft from the downstairs living room and he would wave and Laugh and was obsessed with being up in the bathroom where the weird occurrence apparently had happened the previous night. Still a skeptic but it was definitely a weird vibe.

Beautiful location and property. Very clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped which we appreciated. My only complaint is the double bed in the master bedroom. It was way too small for my husband and I to sleep in together comfortably and I ended up sleeping in one of the single beds in the room our daughter was in. This would stop us from renting here again.

wonderful place, just as the pictures. Walls are not sound proof, you can hear the people in the units next to this one. The unit is very elegant, if you have smaller children I would not recommend booking. That said we still had a fabulous time!
