*** Veuillez noter que l'extérieur de ce complexe de copropriétés est présentement en construction. Il y a des escaliers d'échafaudage temporaires, mais vous n'aurez pas besoin de les utiliser car il s'agit d'une unité située au rez-de-chaussée.

L'espace

À seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la plage Northwinds, du spa Scandinave, des grottes pittoresques et de l'accès au sentier Géorgien, vous souhaiterez réserver un séjour prolongé pour vous assurer de pouvoir profiter de tout ce que la région a à offrir. Pour visiter les boutiques et les restaurants locaux du centre-ville de Collingwood, vous êtes à seulement 15 minutes en voiture. Si vous recherchez une escapade à quelques pas de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, vous êtes au bon endroit.

Entrez dans cette incroyable suite avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement dans le hall. Les jours où vous ne vous adonnez pas dans l'un des restaurants locaux, la cuisine vous permet de profiter de votre compagnie tout en assumant le rôle du chef dans un espace de vie à aire ouverte. Le nettoyage est facilité avec un lave-vaisselle pour votre commodité. De nombreux placards et comptoirs sont disponibles, parfaits pour les clients qui préfèrent préparer leurs propres repas. Cette suite comprend un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes et un grille-pain. Apportez simplement votre nourriture, votre café et vos épices ! Le salon dispose de deux grands canapés confortables pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Profitez de la connexion Wi-Fi dans la suite pour regarder une superbe émission de télévision lors d'une nuit calme ou télécharger des photos de votre fantastique journée dans le village.

Il y a un lit Queen dans la chambre et se trouve à quelques pas d'une salle de bain 3 pièces pour votre commodité. Dans le salon se trouvent deux canapés-lits Queen.

It is a convenient place to stay because it is just next to the village area. The place is allowed for 6 people but there are only 02 double bedded rooms, so guests should be prepared to get extra sleeping bag at the living area. Hence, sofas are very good for sleeping.

Location is excellent. Close to the village and ski hill. Unit was very clean. I would say the only complaints were the dishwasher was full and I had to put away someone else’s dishes. Also, it is slightly outdated. There was a slight inconvenience with the construction, however not that big of a problem. We didn’t care for the waiver that we received the night before our departure . It states they have no liability for damage to your vehicle or anything that happens on site. I didn’t like the wording. However, we were there for the weekend so there was no construction while we were on site . We definitely liked how close it was to the village that was important to us.

This certainly does not meet our standards of hospitality and we've addressed this with the Team members who prepared the home. As for the waiver, we certainly understand that signing a waiver prior to a vacation is not preferred or expected. This is temporarily in place due to the ongoing construction of the Cachet Crossing complex exterior to ensure that all guests are informed of all details prior to their stay. We had such an amazing stay here. The fixtures and decors were tastefully thought of. The place was filled with most essentials that one may require to run a household on a vacay. From pans to cutleries, toasters – kettles, they’ve got it all. The only thing missing are the following: pepper and laundry detergent. Everything else you need to clean up is present. The location: we cannot wish for anything better. It is LITERALLY steps from the bunny hill. You could honestly throw a rock and it’ll hit the escalator. The blue mountain village is also incredibly close. Parking: it comes with two passes. Don’t forget to hang one on your rear view mirror. The parking spots are specific to your suite number. For the 2nd pass, just look for a designated spot that says authorized parking only (without a suite number). Overall, we would definitely come back to this place in the future mainly due to its prime location, cleanliness and outstanding in-house amenities.

Great place. Location is amazing. So close to activity central if you are renting skis/snowboards. Walk to village in a couple minutes. Ski in and ski out is super nice. Took us a while to figure out the TV but you just have to get to the HDMI setting and then click the regular power. Would stay again for sure. Didn’t use the kitchen but it’s stocked well for meals if needed

This place is worth every penny. It’s right at the base of the bunny hill so true ski in/ski out access. If you go up the magic carpet you can easily access the other lifts. Also, it’s quick and easy access to the village…steps away. The place was spotless. I’m very picky with bathrooms, and I have to say this one was extremely clean. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. All in, a five star experience! Will definitely be coming back.

Great spot right in the village. Really can’t get a better location. Our family loved the ski-in/ski-out feature of this condo. It was fairly spacious and each kid got a pull out to sleep on. We especially liked that it was dog friendly.

You definitely pay for the location. The space is very well-located near the learning center slope and there is sufficient space for about 6 people, although it is cozier for 4. We loved that it was dog friendly (rare for Airbnbs) and we were able to enjoy our stay with our pups! Property management staff are responsive and polite. A few cons: there were not enough towels or toilet paper, but staff responded quickly and brought us more. Also, space was not as clean as I would have liked it (some dirt in the drawers, had to clean some mugs again, etc). Overall, however, it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend.

Property valet rental management made our stay great and the unit was perfect. We appreciated the communication from the moment we booked till we checked out. The unit was in a perfect location steps from all the action and had everything we needed The binder with detailed instructions as well as text and email helped with our stay. Good value rental, needs updating, not very private. Positive: clean inside, staff/owner communication was great, Negative: bedroom/bathroom was always freezing even when turning temp up, no privacy outside, outside chairs were very old & full of spider webs and dirt, exterior of building is very old & needs painted/updated, had to buy our own bbq utensils (brush, tongs).

You definitely pay for the location. The space is very well-located near the learning center slope and there is sufficient space for about 6 people, although it is cozier for 4. We loved that it was dog friendly (rare for Airbnbs) and we were able to enjoy our stay with our pups! Property management staff are responsive and polite. A few cons: there were not enough towels or toilet paper, but staff responded quickly and brought us more. Also, space was not as clean as I would have liked it (some dirt in the drawers, had to clean some mugs again, etc). Overall, however, it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend.

Property valet rental management made our stay great and the unit was perfect. We appreciated the communication from the moment we booked till we checked out. The unit was in a perfect location steps from all the action and had everything we needed The binder with detailed instructions as well as text and email helped with our stay. We will definitely look for Property valet rental management and this unit when booking again in blue mountain or elsewhere. Between the unit we rented and the rental company we had a great vacation. thank you!

Good value rental, needs updating, not very private. Positive: clean inside, staff/owner communication was great, Negative: bedroom/bathroom was always freezing even when turning temp up, no privacy outside, outside chairs were very old & full of spider webs and dirt, exterior of building is very old & needs painted/updated, had to buy our own bbq utensils (brush, tongs).
