Overall a great place to stay. Property was beautiful with lots of beds. Great location, super close to blue mountain with lots of things to do. It could’ve been a bit cleaner as it was pretty dusty.

It was a good stay. The early check in $100 and check out cost $100 so it was too pricey. The place was spacious. Good location since it’s right next to the blue mountain park. The TV controller was a little confusing and difficult to use but we figured it out eventually. The AC fan blowing in every room was a little too strong. It would be nice if we could turn it off or change the fan direction so it’s not blowing on our face all the time. Both in the dining room and the bedrooms. Other than that, it was a good stay overall. Thank you for hosting us. ??

We had a very nice stay, especially loving the proximity to the village. The unit is in the middle tier category, exceeding lower-end units but lacking some luxury found in higher-end properties. The complex itself (not the unit) needs a facelift with rusting walkways and temporary support beams which can be a bit alarming when you first arrive. The management was responsive and accommodating from the time of booking to checkout. Ex: They happily provided us more towels when requested. The standout features include the amazing sauna and spacious living room. The barn wood interior was charming, and the kitchen was great. On the down side, the towels were small and thin. There were no napkins or tissue paper provided, nor cleaning tools such as a broom. The bedrooms are a bit dim, and the master shower could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, we certainly enjoyed our stay but a few small improvements would go a long way to making this property even better.

A peaceful and enjoyable last minute getaway! Location is prime, I really enjoyed the fact that this unit is on the ground floor. Kitchen has pretty much everything needed and is modern along with the main part of the apartment. The sauna was an added touch to my stay. I think the only thing missing is a chiminea for outside, however, the fireplace indoors made it cozy throughout my stay.

Our stay was perfect. The location is quiet but just steps away from the village. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the space. Beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room to have privacy and a great room, open concept main floor to hang out at. Check in was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here as a family, a group of friends or a few couples.

Great and convenient location within short walking distance of the village. Nice view and bright sunshine filled the sitting room. Lots of room for people to sleep. Nice modern kitchen and bathrooms with everything you need. Keypad entry and communication with Property Valet were excellent. Would also be an ideal location in the winter for skiing complete with incredible indoor sauna room and lots of ski equipment storage.

It is a beautiful condo. I love that the rooms are spaced out for privacy so we can take a break from hearing our kids :) the space is designed intelligently. Just steps away from the BM ticket sales. So convenient! We had a lovely stay. The beds and pillow are comfy! Worth the splurge!

Bright and spacious. Very good location and communication. Kitchen and room are well equipped. Easy in and out. Polite management and easy to reach for help. Wifi was very slow and completely stopped working at some point. Sauna is not working but we were not informed. The bathtub massage function doesn’t seem to work either. House rule is strict as you play $150 cleaning fee but still need to load dishes into the dishwasher and take away all garbages.

We had a great family vacation in this spacious condo. The kitchen was beautiful and the 3 levels were great for a family when someone needs some quiet. The beds were very comfy. The sauna was a huge bonus and bathrooms were lovely. We had our Boxer with us so having a walkout was amazing and lots of places to walk the dog. We were so close to the activities that the kids were happy too!!

great property - we were a group of 4 adults and 3 very young children. accommodation was great - clean, modern and well equipped in terms of kitchen equipment etc. only point to note is that high chairs and travel cots were not available for younger infant guests so you'd need to bring these with you if staying and needed.

My family really enjoyed staying here. We loved how convenient the location was, as it’s a 5 min walk to the Blue Mountain Village. There’s a lot to see and eat there. The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful, super clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts are very nice and ensured our stay was a good one by staying in contact. Awesome place. Pictures really depict the essence of the condo. Entry way and kitchen were esthetically pleasing. PROS Top notch communication, staff and location. Heart of village within a 2 min walk. Accepted our furbaby as a guest. Check-in was a 4, and the place was ready at 2. Parking location was near your door. We only had one vehicle but they supply 2 parking passes. Kitchen was well-stocked with all your essentials - coffee, tea, sugar/spices, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning agents, placemats...you name it. Equiped with upgraded appliances and a designated coffee station with 2 coffe makers - carafe and Keurig machine and kettle. Living/dining area was excellent. Huge screen. Many options of channels. We really took advantage of the fireplace with the various sitting areas. Deck and backyard were convenient. Loved the view of the main ski hill and Ridge Runner coaster. Learning centre is steps away. Bedrooms were cozy. Duvets, good quality pillows and memory foam mattress made for a good nights sleep. Bathrooms were spacious and they provide all your towels, toiletries - soaps, and hair dryers. Jacuzzi and rain shower in the sauna were bonuses. Some UBER EATS options. CONS Power shortage on one side of the unit - resolved immediately. Keypad on door had some glitches but be mindful to reset by simply locking and unlocking from the inside. Please bring proper cooking oil as the pans are have lost their non-stick aspect. Sauna was out of order so we couldn't experience their 'Pièce de résistance' - this issue was not resolved during our stay as the element needed to be replaced. The condo can be pricey if you are staying with your family alone. Nevertheless, the location is key! Thank you for having us!

We visited with 4 adults and 3 kids for a ski vacation and absolutely loved our stay. The place was very clean, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. It’s a very nice & cozy spot for family get together at blue mountain. It’s clean, modern and close to the lift. We had a really great time here this Christmas. Our kids love the bunk bed very much. This was our 2nd time visiting this vacation home and could not be happier with our stay. The property is conveniently located steps from the village with easy access through your front door or from the back deck area (which leads directly to the base of the mountain). The property itself is large and can comfortably accommodate a large family of 8. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to visit the Blue Mountains.

Building is showing its age/extensive use but unit has a neutral grey wood refresh and looks more spacious and bright with the floor to ceiling mirror and updated light fixtures. Everything is a short walk away and the bedroom set-up works well for 2 young families of 4 to enjoy together.

Lovely place, right in the heart of Blue and within walking distance to everything. The parking situation was better than expected or advertised which was a plus as we had to take 3 cars due to golf clubs. Soundproofed really well as we had some younger neighbours who when outside you could hear but couldn't inside. All the TV subscriptions you could want. Really was perfect for what our needs were. The reason it wasn't a 5 star is for small things that didn't affect or trip but were noticeable. The fridge wasn't working for a portion of our stay which wasn't a huge problem as we had coolers but it would have been bad if we hadn't or if we weren't driving into town for reservation where we could get ice along the way. We had towels with us as we were going to Wasaga but otherwise, we booked for 8 people and there were only 6 towels (1 per bed set-up) which again would have been an issue had we not had our own alternative. Likely wouldn't stay here again as I don't ski and the price is a bit steep if not for a special occasion like what our trip was, that said I would recommend to others who do or who have a larger budget for a weekend getaway.

Cachet crossing is a very stylish and spacious chalet with one of the best ski in, ski out locations at Blue Mountain. Having a sauna inside the unit was a huge bonus. Beds were super comfy and the communication between myself and the host was amazing. I'll be back!!

Our stay location is super convenient to everything. The bunny hill is 10 steps away from the backyard. We love the mittens drying machines that was there. There's a lot of room for our equipments, jackets, and boots. Super happy with the kitchen utilities. TV and fireplace was awesome. The coffee bar was a nice touch. Beds were comfy as well. Just ensure you check for 2 parking passes in the unit to prevent getting a parking ticket. Bring extra toilet papers, hand/dish soap and garbage bags. Will definitely come back once problems are all fixed. Thanks to Graham for helping us during our stay.

This condo is great and stylish. The location is excellent. The space and layout is perfect for multi families and comes with unit parking and two guests spaces. The hosts are also very responsive and flexible. Overall, I recommend and will certainly return.

Awesome place, friendly man came to welcome us to the place and ensure everything was up to our standards. The condo is very ideally located within walking distance to the village. Very spacious and amazing kitchen ! What I would improve/change is that there are two can openers but neither of them work.

This is a great location - right inside Blue Mountain village, but tucked away from the noise and bustle. The condo was large, bright and clean. Each bedroom had a queen bed and bunk beds for kids. The open space kitchen, dining and living room was great for hanging out and watching TV. Make sure you visit Scandinave Spa!

Great location, less than a walk to the village. However, our fridge did not work. The property management took their time to give us an alternative fridge (waited until the next day). As a result, our groceries were spoiled. No follow up with the management team. The host was very rude from the beginning, especially through text. The wifi password was wrong on the welcome sheet and the host gave us trouble to find out what it is. Overall, I would rather book elsewhere.

This is a beautifully appointed unit right at the foot of the ski hills. The surprisingly spacious condo offers comfortable accommodation for two families of four - so the four of us staying there had more than enough space to spread out. The master bedroom is on the upper level offering precious privacy for the adults while the teens room had easy access to the sauna which they thoroughly enjoyed. The interior design style is modern/kitschy. And very conveniently set up for ski equipment storage with ski locks outside and boot/helmet racks inside. The location was ideal for us...a short walk to the village but far enough from its hustle and bustle. While we stayed there during summer, we will definitely look to book it during ski season as that's when you get the most out of its lift-side location, sauna, fireplace, and other thoughtful conveniences.

This was a very good cottage. It's right underneath the mountain and accessible has a perfect location. From the coffee machine to the TV to the extra shampoos and the TUMS when you have that one extra pizza slice, everything was very thoughtful. Some other comments under this listing said there wasn't enough toilet paper but we had more than enough. There was a complimentary twister game which was a very nice touch. Property Valet was very responsive, professional, and kind. I highly suggest them. There were some issues with cleanliness which I attribute to the cleaning company rather than the hosts themselves. There were dark patches on the white towel from overuse. The linen wasn't very clean. There was hair stuck on the duvet, the linen, and the towels when we arrived. The duvets were also moist rather than crisp. I had brought my own linen anyway so it didn't really matter but would have been nice for it to be clean and crisp. The space in between the couch cushions was full of crumbs and dirt. The pans were not very clean, having leftover burned oil on the edges and inside the pan. Of course, it's as simple as washing anything you use but for the price, we paid we expected everything to be clean. The Barbeque was not clean too. Again this is less about the host themselves and more about the cleaning company they use. We thought it was self-check-in but we had a Property Valet (the hosts) representative let us in. The representative was very kind! We were just confused as we thought it would be a self-check-in. Amenities wise, when we arrived, it said there would be salt pepper and oil but there was no oil nor salt which is fine we went to buy some and used our own but would have expected that to be double-checked. Everything else was as expected, the decor everything. I am only mentioning the part that was missing everything else was as expected. Mainly we had issues with cleanliness which I was disappointed in but overall a great experience and very kind hosts.

The location is amazing, the layout is beautiful, but the amenities and the service were both really poor. This is first Airbnb review I've given that has been negative. The property managers say they'll enter you in a draw for a free night's stay if you leave a 5 star review - so think twice about the 5 star reviews posted. I would maybe say this place could work for 1 or 2 night stay for a bachelor party because the location is so amazing, but for families, it is not worth the high price. There were bulbs missing in lights in every room, there weren't enough bowls and mugs (you can't say the place is for 8 then not have crockery for everyone).  Listing says it has cable TV - it's not cable, you can't get CBC or CNN, pretty standard.  The fridge was not working properly, nor was the backdoor. The back patio has no railing to step out - not safe for kids or elderly people. They also knew the backdoor was broken and instead of fixing us, just told us it was faulty. Unhealthy complex garbage / recycling right outside the front door - with lots of flies, wasps and seagulls - scary to walk from parking lot to the front door. The door locking mechanism also didn't work properly and we got locked out one day - we also had separate unknown people on two different occasions use the code and come into the property while we were there! The worst part about it was that it was clearly run by a big property management company who doesn't actually care about the people staying there. When something happens like you're locked out of the apartment with elderly people and a baby in 30 degree weather because of a lock malfunction, you'd expect the response to start with 'Sorry." We stayed for two weeks, but there were not enough garbage bins, toilet paper, towels, etc - and when asked the response was 'this normally isn't a long term rental'. If you rent it to people for two weeks, then you should provide the amenities as expected - or at the very least be nice about fixing the issues. There was never an apology in all of the communications for the many issues - such as broken fridge etc.  I'm an Airbnb host, booked the place for my in-laws (which they paid for), and am SO embarrassed about the condition of this place - they'll never use Airbnb again.

Loved the space! Very cute condo and the location really is unbeatable, the slopes are at your doorstep! The space felt great for 6 girlfriends. No need to drive anywhere. We arrived about an hour early and were able to get in which was great. Only minor things stopped us from giving it a full 5/5 stars. Cleanliness wasn’t at 100% as there were a few garbages that were missed in the previous cleaning. One parking pass was missing, but there is a free lot one minute away so we didn’t find this to be an issue. Lastly, the fireplace didn’t work, but heating of the space was fine. Lots of extras in the kitchen, etc to make the stay even better. Communication was prompt and efficient. We would definitely book again!

Excellent location - beautiful furniture and design - - great management service - need to work on cleaning slightly, hopefully have the kitchen, washroom and floors better cleaned before guest arrival - Noise is easy transferable between units, therefore be aware of upper level neighbour noise levels but nothing major unless if you re looking to have a relaxing time or traveling with your toddler that requires quiet place to sleep. overall a nice experience!

The chalet was perfect for what we needed. The location is right in the village so no need for vehicles. However the A/C was not functioning correctly it and it made it very uncomfortable to be inside as it was very hot. We tried to get the situation resolved but we were told it couldn't be fixed for our stay which was disappointing. Overall we were happy with the stay minus the AC issue.

This was our 2nd time visiting this vacation home and could not be happier with our stay. The property is conveniently located steps from the village with easy access through your front door or from the back deck area (which leads directly to the base of the mountain). The property itself is large and can comfortably accommodate a large family of 8. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to visit the Blue Mountains.
