My family and I stayed for a couple of night for a family getaway. This place was perfect. Great communication and instructions. The condo is huge, two big bedrooms, with a large family and kitchen area. They are a 5 min walk to the Blue Mountain village. which is great for summer and winter activities. You could see the pool from the window of the condo. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Ski hill views in the front and golf course view in the back. All you need to cook anything and a barbq right out the side door. Parking right out front of the condo, for easy unloading of luggage. We highly recommend and will be returning this winter with the ski season passes that we just purchased.

This property is maintained by a third party. Called and spoke to a calling centre who doesn’t have any information about the site. Had a manager then call me afterwards. Very unclean, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, someone’s dirty boxers left there. Mirrors dirty, a lot of burnt out light bulbs, no steak knifes, tongs, hairdryer and other things that I assumed would be onsite. Temp was frigid, windows were left open. Fob to use hot tub didn’t work so we wouldn’t use amenities. Pans were uneven, and scratched, crumbs on the table. Over all would have been a great stay if it was maintained better. Cleaners did a terrible job, communication over the phone was poor. Could be a good option if managed better

To begin with, we regret that we were unable to provide you with your requested early check-in as we had another guest checking out the morning of your stay. While we were still able to provide you with early access to the unit, we understand the disappointment given the fact you were only staying with us for the night. In regards to our communication, we utilize a Contact Centre that is available 24 hours a day to respond to Guest phone calls and messaging. They are vital to our success as they rely requests to our local staff who are boots on the ground preparing units and attending to Guest needs (such as replacing fobs). While our Contact Centre staff are well versed on our properties, they unfortunately would have to check with our local team on the status of housekeeping progress. We appreciate that not having an immediate answer to your request could be frustrating. Certainly most concerning to us is your commentary on the home itself. We appreciate your acknowledgement that the property itself was not the root of your concern as this home is a Guest favourite. After your checkout, our Team verified that all kitchen essentials were available and in good condition. As for the cleaning issues you encountered during your stay, we have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager to address these issues with our team. We are truly sorry to not have provided you with a better vacation experience. Should you wish, please reach out to us directly to allow us to further discuss your experience. Thank you Nadia.

Perfect location. Minutes to the village, chair lifts and golf course in the summer. Lots of nice walks around, and the hot tub access for the Rivergrass area was a lot of fun. We will certainly be back !

Quick walk to the village but far enough away to be quiet. We hiked ( alot ) , ate at local restaurants, walked around the marinas and enjoyed an afternoon at Scandanave SPA. Condo was clean, spacious and well appointed with all your needs. Would certainly book again.

Super convenient location, walking distance from the village. Quiet and comfortable - would be great for two couples or a families of four. Note the front door auto locks which caused us a bit of grief on the night we arrived and went out to walk the dog without a cell phone and hadn’t memorized the code yet ;-)

Our difficulties with this rental started before we even arrived. Due to poor skiing conditions, we tried to change (not cancel) our reservation to later in the season. This was repeatedly denied for no reason other than we were too close to our rental date. Property Valet was completely inflexible in this request. Additionally, the property is run down and dirty. The tables were all marked up upon arrival and we were unable to use the sofa beds as the couches were covered in crumbs and very dirty. No tissues were provided either. The lock on the door was also broken and required adjusting every time you tried to close the door. I would not recommend this rental property.

Townhouse is located right at the bottom of the hill - 5 minutes walk to Blue Mountain village and a short drive to downtown Collingwood. 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen, the other 2 singles. Very clean Good internet Comfortable beds Easy check in Great pool Well equipped kitchen All the things! Pretty perfect for the 4 of us to be honest. Thanks!

We had such a great time staying here! Was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was so easy with check in, great communication with the host, and very clean accommodations! We needed a few more towels and within minutes of texting them they showed up at our door with everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here with kids too. The pool was literally in the backyard! Such a great location - only about an 8 minute walk to the Village. Will definitely stay here again :)

Our stay in Rivergrass was great! The location was amazing and very close to the blue mountain village. The house was fully stocked with everything that you need, from the kitchen, washroom and laundry room. The only part that we wish we knew about was the closure of the pool due to cleaning. One of the main reasons we chose this AirBnb was because of the access to the pool. But overall, it was a great stay. Everything was clean. The view and space was big enough for 6 people. The place looked exactly like the pictures. In addition, we wished that check in was either earlier or check out was a bit later as it did not really feel as a 3 day stay.

This is a beautiful property located by the golf course, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It matches 100%, as it is advertised. Every thing inside the property is in great working condition TV, Fridge, Heating, Cooling, etc. Bedrooms and living area is super clean and very well organized.

Overall, had a good stay. Was just disappointed that arrived early for 4 pm checkin, but didn't get in until closer to 4.30 pm. It took a while to get confirmation that place was cleaned and to receive pass code. Unfortunately, we were missing towels (5 people total). The floor next to the hand sanitizer had remnants of the sanitizer so the cleaning staff didn't check and clean (ended up cleaning ourselves). There were remnants of blood smears on the washroom wall beside the towel rack (I ended up cleaning with paper towel). And the coffee maker wasn't cleaned from previous guest. If can work towards cleanliness esp. during this time of covid, would be a better experience. The communications was great when we texted about some of the issues and they worked on trying to resolve the checkin and the towels. Thanks for listening.
