My family and I really enjoyed staying at the beautiful chalet in blue mountain. Incredibly accessible to the blue mountain village in walking distance, near Thornbury restaurants and Collingwood activities. We had a lot to do with gold and pickle ball courts near by. Enjoyed the home and would definitely return again. Appreciated your hospitality!

The condo was nice and clean and spacious enough. The company was kind enough to give us a second parking sticker for our second car. The management company could not be flexible at all in altering our check-in or check-out time.

Great stay with our son, daughter-in-love and four granddaughters. Was comfortable amd well equipped for meals together, amd a perfect location for their Spartan races the next day. (All six of them competed, ages 4 to 35 years old!) Would love to retun to stay here again and have more time to explore the area, which is very beautiful.

Very nice place, was perfect for our family of 7. Nice décor, nicely stocked kitchen with amenities. Very convenient ski in/out that we use a lot with the bustling of kids coming/going throughout the day. Great fireplace that we used to keep warm after a cold day outside and nice couch/chairs and plenty of blankets. Very comfortable beds. A bit disappointed that the built-in hot tub wasn't working and we only found out while trying to use it that this was a limitation.

My experience with Property Valet Rental Management was at first not great. They are a short term accommodation corporation and not individual hosts. The company doesn't accurately show on their listings that they have a separate rental agreement that you have to sign to use this space. They sent this agreement right before check-in, so I didn't feel I had a choice in signing it, although some of the language made me uncomfortable. Also not clear that this unit has only 1 parking space assigned to it. This should have all been upfront. The chalet itself was wonderful, very well situated, clean and beautifully designed. Our group was very happy with our stay at the property aside from some minor things. Property Valet Rental Management reached out to me after my stay and apologized, actually listened to my feedback and tried to make things right. Overall, I would stay with Property Valet again but their communication has a LONG way to go to really match what you expect for the price.

Never again

Arrived at location at 1am only to learn the lock box code provided was inaccurate and we were unable to access the property. Unable to get in contact with property owner/management. Received "correct" information the following day and arrived to property, this time lock box code was correct but door code to actual residence was wrong again...needless to say the relaxing morning prior to my best friends wedding was anything but relaxing. Money returned for the night we didn't but no other compensation or phone call returned to discuss the other concerns. People pay "extra" for places other than hotels for a reason...not sure why I did in this situation.

Mid-week ski getaway

Nice chalet townhouse very conveniently located near Blue Mountain's Grand Central chair lift which takes you to a really good green hill called Happy Valley, as well as blue and black hills. Very comfortable for two adults and two kids.

This unit was great in so many ways! It was the perfect location to ski in and out. Located on the main floor meant we didn't have to even climb stairs to come in for lunch during the day. The place was nicely decorated, rooms were a very good size and had all of the amenities we needed. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

This unit is nicely tucked away on the edge of the hill. It is located about 10 minute walk from the village but only a 1 minute jaunt from Century Chair lift. The unit is beautiful with lots of kitchen amenities, throws, towels, and more. There is a unit above this one. Occasionally we heard a few little feet but otherwise the unit was very quiet. Excellent and frequent communication before, during and after our stay.

We had an amazing time. Brought Grandma & the kids on our first vacation together “since Covid”. I’ve stayed in many rentals but this one is by far the most well designed & decorated. Kitchen is well stocked, Village is a 10min walk, condo is super clean & well maintained. Would definitely recommend & come again.

This place was perfect! It was comfortable and met our needs. It was a short walk to the village and so close to the Inn where our event was held. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to Blue Mountain any time of the year. I’d be happy to stay here again.

The condo was nice and clean and spacious enough. The company was kind enough to give us a second parking sticker for our second car. The management company could not be flexible at all in altering our check-in or check-out time.

Great stay with our son, daughter-in-love and four granddaughters. Was comfortable amd well equipped for meals together, amd a perfect location for their Spartan races the next day. (All six of them competed, ages 4 to 35 years old!) Would love to retun to stay here again and have more time to explore the area, which is very beautiful.

Very nice place, was perfect for our family of 7. Nice décor, nicely stocked kitchen with amenities. Very convenient ski in/out that we use a lot with the bustling of kids coming/going throughout the day. Great fireplace that we used to keep warm after a cold day outside and nice couch/chairs and plenty of blankets. Very comfortable beds. A bit disappointed that the built-in hot tub wasn't working and we only found out while trying to use it that this was a limitation.

My experience with Property Valet Rental Management was at first not great. They are a short term accommodation corporation and not individual hosts. The company doesn't accurately show on their listings that they have a separate rental agreement that you have to sign to use this space. They sent this agreement right before check-in, so I didn't feel I had a choice in signing it, although some of the language made me uncomfortable. Also not clear that this unit has only 1 parking space assigned to it. This should have all been upfront. The chalet itself was wonderful, very well situated, clean and beautifully designed. Our group was very happy with our stay at the property aside from some minor things. Property Valet Rental Management reached out to me after my stay and apologized, actually listened to my feedback and tried to make things right. Overall, I would stay with Property Valet again but their communication has a LONG way to go to really match what you expect for the price.

Arrived at location at 1am only to learn the lock box code provided was inaccurate and we were unable to access the property. Unable to get in contact with property owner/management. Received "correct" information the following day and arrived to property, this time lock box code was correct but door code to actual residence was wrong again...needless to say the relaxing morning prior to my best friends wedding was anything but relaxing. Money returned for the night we didn't but no other compensation or phone call returned to discuss the other concerns. People pay "extra" for places other than hotels for a reason...not sure why I did in this situation.

Can’t fault the unit or the service. Slight issue with our remote entry code but that was sorted quickly enough. Unit was clean, bright and had all the conveniences you would need… even a coffee machine with pods! Thank you again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. An easy ski to the Chair lift. Enjoyed watching the skiers from the family room. Interesting and fun ski decorations throughout.

Nice chalet townhouse very conveniently located near Blue Mountain's Grand Central chair lift which takes you to a really good green hill called Happy Valley, as well as blue and black hills. Very comfortable for two adults and two kids.

This unit was great in so many ways! It was the perfect location to ski in and out. Located on the main floor meant we didn't have to even climb stairs to come in for lunch during the day. The place was nicely decorated, rooms were a very good size and had all of the amenities we needed. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

We had an amazing time. Brought Grandma & the kids on our first vacation together “since Covid”. I’ve stayed in many rentals but this one is by far the most well designed & decorated. Kitchen is well stocked, Village is a 10min walk, condo is super clean & well maintained. Would definitely recommend & come again.
