The only thing I would change… in the listing would be to put the unit number in front of the address of 107 Wintergreen Place. I ended up pulling up to 107 Wintergreen Place as per my GPS which also corresponds to unit 107 in the exact same spot. Perhaps if like similar units on other streets have their main address listed with the unit numbers within a certain area listed IE: units 117-125. Other similar types of buildings had 911 numbers which I found easier to find other friends units. Friends needed specific directions from myself to find me. They could simply say the address and street number and unit number without any issues finding their units. Other than that it was great! Close to the convention center, same distance as people staying at the hotel on site.

Although the map in our Digital Guest Guide indicates the unit number and street address, we totally understand the frustration that using a GPS may have caused. We typically avoid putting full addresses as our listing titles for security purposes. A great stay at an ideal accommodation. The condo is precisely as advertised, and in a wonderful location (it’s right across the street from Blue Mountain Village) We were able to park our car, and not touch it again until it was time to leave. I would recommend this location unreservedly!

Beautiful place to stay. Location is excellent. Right at the base of the parking for Blue Mountain. Lots of parking. Rental was cute, quaint and clean. Would definitely recommend to others. Had a little trouble locating the actual unit only because it was in the middle of 2 parking lots and it was dark. But great experience overall :)

The property is cozy and the host is very responsive. The place is very close to blue mountain village. There were some towels and drinks left in the sauna when we arrived which the cleaners have missed. We didnt mind it and just moved the used towels in the laundry. It was raining the entire time we were there but we had a good time.

This place was decent, pretty much as advertised. A hiccup in communication was that we requested check-in between 12-2pm upon booking; approved at the time of confirmation. However, around 8am the day of arrival, we were informed that check-in would be at 4pm. After messaging management, they were able to get the space ready around 3pm. This hindered our travel plans a bit as we were travelling with an infant and this made nap time quite difficult. We would have probably booked a different location had we been advised that check-in between 12-2pm was not possible at the time of booking. It would have also been nice to know that the roof was being changed during our stay so we could have considered alternative accommodations. Again, this made the stay more difficult than it had to be, attempting to nap an infant with the loud noises from the roof and the falling debris by the back door. Not a bad place but we'd probably stay elsewhere the next time we visit.

We reviewed this incident and found that a small administrative error led to the missed note regarding your early check-in. As a corrective action, we have revised our early check-in processes to ensure this will not be an issue moving forward. This is the best experience we ever had with air bnb, rooms are clean, they have a lot of things prepared like board games! Also, it is just a 3 minutes walk to blue mountain village. Everything is perfect and we enjoyed our stay there! We booked for four nights and the price is worth it as well!!! Will definitely recommend this to friends and family and we will be back!

107 wintergreen place unit 118 was the perfect spot for the 6 of us. Lots of space, very clean, included everything we needed to cook our meals, and check in/out was a breeze. Very close walk to village but far enough not to deal with noise. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, short walk to the village. Amenities were as described except it was not mentioned that there was no drip coffee maker, it was a keurig and we had brought coffee grounds. It would be great if there were refillable coffee pods available for use with coffee grounds. Beds were all comfortable and linens were clean. Upstairs bedroom was a little undesirable as it was a walk downstairs to the bathroom and the stairs would creak, there was also no outdoor window in the upstairs suite which would have been beneficial for better ventilation. The sauna was lovely and the fireplace was cozy. Highly recommend this rental.

We were 4 adults and 3 kids, it was a great space, lovely family room, huge entrance, nice kitchen with kitchen table and high chair. 2 bedrooms downstairs worked well for my 2 kids in the one room (with 2 single beds) then my husband and i were in the master with ensuite. My 2 friends with their baby were in the one bedroom upstairs, only downfall with the upstairs was there was no washroom up there, they had to use the main floor washroom (powder room, with small shower), otherwise worked well and could fit the pack n play up there with the queen bed, plenty of room. nice location to the village, just steps away. BBQ worked well. Kitchen could do with a few more things such as a set of champagne glasses, kitchen scissors, trays for the oven. Also there were only 3 wine glasses, so a full set of 4-6 would be better. Overall very pleased with our stay and the communication was great! :)

Clean, lovely and relaxing place at a super convenient location. Would love to come back and stay here. Positive: Convenient location - a short walk from the Blue Mountain Village Area, clean and spacious unit with all the amenities you could ask for. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood for a relaxing stay (you will need that after a fun yet stressful day full of winter/summer activities). Great communication with property management throughout the stay and prompt responses in case any assistance required. Negative: Nothing much really. I wish my friends and I could’ve stayed there longer.

I had such a lovely stay! Although we had our vehicles, it was so wonderful to be able to walk to the village! We were a bunch of 10 girls, had a spa weekend up in Blue Mountain, dinner and played some games. absolutely exquisite and great communication provided. This property has everything you need for an amazing vacation with friends, or an incredible golf get away. We parked our vehicle upon arrival and did not need if for the duration of our trip, everything you need is within a 5 min walk. After finishing a round of golf you can relax on the back patio in the comfortable Adirondack chairs and enjoy the views of the course that is only 10ft away. Can't wait to come back next year !!

We had a lovely stay at this chalet during our dance competition. The accommodations were so comfortable and clean. The owners ensured every need was met and went over and above to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were walking distance from the village and the conference centre. Booked this unit for 1 week. When we showed up the fireplace was Broken the Sauna Door broken therefor did not work or hold the heat in. All the vents are full of dust only surface clean was done. The heating in the unit does not work some areas hot other areas very cold my whole family got sick. I reached out to the management team to help they said they would sent someone randomly I was in the kitchen with my kids sleeping to someone who did not knock just unlocked the door and walked in without a mask on very unacceptable as Covid is going on in full force I told him to come back as my kids are sleeping he never came back. We had to check out early as we all had very bad colds never experienced this with any other units I have rented in blue mountain and we do this every year. Spoke to the management team regarding these issues they came up with 10 percent off to stay next time in there unit I told them I would never use there units ever again. I Would never return or recommend this unit to anyone Please so not make the mistake I made. I never write reviews but I would like everyone to be aware of this.

Thank you for your feedback Nicholas. We have baseboard heaters that guests are welcome to use at any point in their stay to help keep you warm. We have never had a guest complain about heating before but our team will certainly review to see if any improvements can be made. Due to high winds, the pilot light occasionally gets blown out, but we are always happy to help. Our review with our maintenance manager indicated that he came before 3:00pm as requested. He knocked and rang the doorbell numerous times before entering the unit as this our policy when a service request is made. He informed us that you asked if he could come back in a few hours as your children were sleeping, which he did but no one was home. He switched on the pilot light and left. We are very sorry your family came down with a sickness, and hope you are feeling better. Please also note: We have put in a work order to have the sauna door repaired. Amazing stay, the host ensured that all of my needs were met and that the remote checkin process was seamless. They ensured the inside was extremely clean and that the unit was secure at all times. Great location, great stay for a family or a group of friends. Walking distance to the blue mountain resort area. They provided myself with a text message number for any alerts or issues. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back in the future

This condo is not suitable for families or people that care about covid and cleaning protocols. This is a townhouse with a unit upstairs. Backyard is not private and the unit above was rented to young people who were high at 4 pm and were partying with loud music in the balcony. The unit itself had many broken/malfunctioning items including blinds, toilet paper holder (there was a large hole in the drywall where the toilet paper holder was supposed to be), etc. The listing said that they have committed to Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol but a Clorox wipe we used turned grey! Also, there was a very young guy in the house with a duffel bag without a mask after the check-in time. He didn’t introduce himself and just said he was checking to make sure everything was ok for our arrival. When I pointed out the broken blinds which was the first thing I noticed upon entering, he said oh, I didn’t notice that. The management company later told me that he was there on behalf of the company to do a final check but we didn’t feel safe staying in a house that multiple people had access to, and were in the house without mask. We stayed for 1 hour and 15 minutes in this house, waiting for the property manager to arrive, and left. We had to drive another 2 hours back home with hungry, disappointed kid and a vacation plan ruined because of this place. The management company apologized through text about this experience but as soon as I asked for my money back, they stopped texting. Would never stay at any place this company manages again.

Hi Saharnaz, we sincerely apologize for the disturbances you encountered when you arrived at the property from the unit above. This is an ongoing issue that we are working on with security, the condo board and owners as we do not manage that property and has been a concern for us and our guests. We have a Property Support person who completes a walkthrough of the property to ensure the cleaning was completed to our standards prior to guest arrival. We want to apologize for the broken blind and the toilet paper holder was on order and we had to place the toilet paper on the toilet for your stay. Regardless, we do want to apologize for your initial stay in general and our Guest Experience Manager did go to the unit to meet you and had must of crossed paths with you as we did want to rectify this situation immediately. Negative: More mirrors in unit! Hard to get ready with no mirrors when others are using the bathrooms . Mirrors in bedrooms needed

Great location right beside Blue Mountain Village. Walk-out to patio backing onto the golf course. Nice high ceiling in the living room. Very clean. Well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, dishes, linens. Has a keurig k-pod coffee maker which we brought pods for and enjoyed. The main bedroom with the ensuite is under the kitchen of the upper neighbour, so you can hear chairs sliding pretty loudly even when the people aren’t being loud. Luckily they were quiet and went to bed shortly after we did so it wasn’t much of an issue for us. Overall a great place and location and we would definitely stay there again.
