With the price, we really have high expectations on this place. Trash was left behind from previous stays. The host is very responsive. The next door neighbor play loud music, I couldn’t sleep. I spent hours googling what to do with loud noise in Canada. I was hesitate to contact the host because it’s 2 am, but I did it anyway since calling 311 is not going to help. The host replied immediately and sent the security over. Thanks to goodness! We only spent 2 nights in blue mountain. Lacking of sleep is kinda ruined all the plans. I understand the host has no control of the loud noise from the neighbor, but with the price we paid. We can at least expect a good night of sleep, unfortunately, my need is not fulfilled.

We had a group of 12 girls stay at this property and it far exceeded our expectations! The entire time we could not stop talking about how perfect this place was for larger groups. We all had our own bathrooms, and so much space. Only about 15mins walk to the village which we thought was perfect and the unit was spotless. We hope to return next year!

Great place to stay for group of 10 people. Peaceful, quiet and private location. We had a great time here. If you will stay and cook here, you may want to bring some spices as it only has the basics, like salt and oil. We were here on the thanksgiving weekend, all shops were closed, so we were not able to buy some. All other supplies are sufficient.

The Chalet is a great place to stay with a large group. There are many beds, bathrooms, and entertaining spaces across the chalet. We walked to Blue Mountain Village for a short drive/Uber to Collingwood. We would stay here again.

Hi, the house was huge, which is why we chose this place for our party size. however, the main areas where we intended to hang out, were completely useless as the A/c in the place is inadequate and not functioning. After numerous messages and calls they provided us a couple of small fans on day 2. the bedrooms in the ground floor were also hot as the vents are either not working or hidden under the bed. For such an expensive price, this is unacceptable and I would not recommend this place. secondly, as someone had written before there is only one frying pan in this place, which was still the case. again for the accommodation and party size it doesn’t seem sufficient. The place had a bleach smell when we walked in and did not feel very clean as we could see dead flies on the window panes (inside the house) Would not recommend!

The location was amazing if you want quiet, but far from the centre and no walking paths to the village, you'll have to walk the roads. Also a bit overpriced for the venue, we paid over $4300 for 3 nights. The home was spacious for our group, the games room was fun for the kids, but amenities were lacking. Lots of stairs, not suitable for those with disabilities. Toilet bowls under the rims were dirty, there were no cleaning supplies (disinfectant wipes or sprays) except dish soap and a couple rolls of paper towels, the soap bars and shampoo in the rooms were not enough (take your own). The freezer door handle is very loose, there's no ice capability in the fridge, the back patio door doesn't lock and although there's a bar to keep it shut, it still has a gap where air can escape. The stove burners smell, and the BBQ isn't clean, there's buildup on the burners. The management company were friendly and quick to respond to my inquiries. With a few changes we may rent again.

We absolutely love the place was very accommodating for the 12 of us. Everyone got their own bed and bathroom which was Awsome for a bunch of ladies. The only one negative or minor thing was there was only one frying pan. Beds were super comfy. Couches were super comfy and the large harvest table was amazing as it accommodated all of us to sit around and chat and have all our food on it as well. The house was very big. I appreciated that there were 14 beds, so no one had to share beds. Beds were a mix of single a queen. Each room had its own ensuite bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom in the dining area. There's lots of space so that you can have privacy and a breather with lots of people around. The parking lot is also huge, so many cars can fit there. The only thing we struggled with a bit was the finicky balcony door that should either be replace or fixed, instead of having a picture explaining how to open and close it, with the inability of locking it. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook/serve/eat, you just need to bring all your own food/spices/condiments. Host was very responsive.

My team stayed at this Airbnb for 3 nights for a retreat. There was plenty of space for all of us to stay comfortably, and it was close to the village. The PV team was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and any issues that arose! The coffee maker broke on the first morning, and they had a team member out to replace it within the hour, which we really appreciated! Would recommend for a large group.

Beautiful spot perfect for a large group with multiple families. Huge kitchen, connecting with the great room including the dining and living area with views of the escarpment. Kids particularly enjoyed the ping pong table in the loft. Beds were very comfortable, and ensuite washrooms were abundant. Good area in the basement for storing ski gear. Loads of parking. BBQ and hot tub worked well. Perfectly located with a very short drive to the hill. We will definitely be back!

I booked this listing for a work retreat - we were a group of 11. The space itself is incredibly big! I was shocked at how much room there was (especially all of the bathrooms!) and it never felt small for our large group. There was unfortunately construction going on next door that we weren't expecting but the location itself is quiet at night and is a 10-minute walk from the village which is super convenient. I will say that if you are a large group, there are only a few glassware options so I would bring your own. We ran into a few issues with the space but management was super quick to respond and dropped off supplies extremely quickly. We really appreciated that! Overall we had a good stay.

It was a great stay for a short weekend trip. We loved our stay! it was clean, easy to check in, excellent location and many things to do around the area. It is a great place for a family reunion, friend's trip together as the property had more than enough room. It was super spacious with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms! It fits up to 14 guests. It was awesome they have different combo of beds in each room. The bathrooms were all so well maintained and showers were clean. Towels were included, and they also had soap, some shampoo/condition in one . Just bring your own hair dryer if needed. I loved the open concept and the living , dining space combined with the kitchen. Kitchen had plenty of storage and also all the utensils that was needed. Lots of plates/bowls...etc. I had the 3 kids of different age during this trip. The In-house entertainment was the best part which was suitable for all ages. There is a Xbox, Foosball table, video game arcades with Street Fight and many other wonderful games. There is also netflix subscription and we were able to have movie night and enjoyed our time inside the property. There is plenty of parking space in the back and a Electric charging if needed. The Host was very responsive and helped us get logged in to the Xbox as we could not play when account was logged out. The property management seem great. We had our annual family cottage trip at this place. 12 of us fit comfortably and the place had more than enough space so it didn’t feel crowded. The place itself was decorated very nicely and felt brand new. The location was right beside Blue Mountain village (you could see the hills from the backyard). Will definitely be going here again.

Shabby work inside the house. For that price expected nicer decor and furnishings. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Would not stay here again. It was okay but not for that price.

I would however have the kitchen utensils updated, there are some things missing or not enough to accommodate a place that sleeps 14 Also consider leaving coffee pods and Saran Wrap/foil in drawers for visitors use.

My group of high school friends and I had an excellent winter weekend getaway weekend. There was plenty of space and the extra bathrooms and spacious bedrooms were great for sleeping. The main entertaining area was a faboulous place to relax, play cards and be together. The hot tub was a nice addition. We didn't feel like our noise level bothered anyone around us, including the neighbours right next door who we couldn't hear at all either. Highly recommended vacation rental.

We booked this location for a family getaway to Blue Mountain for a weekend and it did not disappoint. The bedrooms were well-appointed and supplied and the games rooms were a big hit with young and old alike. The village was a short drive away, which allowed us to take in Blumination at night and come back in time for a soak in the hot tub to warm up afterwards. The dining room table was a huge hit with our family as no one was crowded and everyone had plenty of elbow room at meal times. The property managers kept us well-informed before and during our stay and answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely rent this location again for another family getaway to Blue Mountain.

The chalet was great! We had a big group and it was more than enough room for everyone to enjoy. The living room and kitchen area are the perfect place to hangout and the scenery is great. The games room was a big hit for the kids. It’s very close to the village and the hot tub was the perfect addition. I recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay there again.

The place is very nice, but Ithe heater did not work our first night and the place was extremely cold (especially the basement). I would recommend that you check with the host to make sure the heater is working before you check-in.

Really nice, well thought out space for a big family. The property management was very proactive before our arrival. We come up twice a year for a quick staycation and this has been our best stay. Really appreciate the amount of towels and proper duvets for every bed as the winters are cold and often many places only provide thick sheets instead. Thank you for hosting us !

The group loved the modern decor and cleanliness of the cottage! The multi-level layout is great, especially if travelling with kids! I will definitely stay here again. The property management agents were so kind and prompt when responding to all of my queries. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Great place for a large group. Lots of parking which is hard to come by in Blue. We walked into the village and it was about 15 minutes which was great. It felt like every door you opened was a bathroom! We couldn’t believe how many bathrooms there were and they were all really nice. We appreciated that the rooms had multiple beds, and lots of single beds. The main room kitchen/living room is perfect for gathering with friends and family. The multiple decks were great and we used them all. Communication with the host was good, no complaints.

This is a wonderful property! It is very large and has everything you need and more. The kitchen is stocked and all bathrooms has toiletries and towels. It was very clean and we felt safe there with 4 kids under 4. It was extremely close to the village, but with a hot tub and great outdoor patio space we often just hung out at the cottage. Would definitely recommend staying here. It is a great value for what you are getting!

Great place, good for large groups or family gatherings. The main space is very open - large living / dining / kitchen and loft area. Other floors have the bedrooms. Clean and everything worked. The host was responsive and communicative. No real issues to mention.
