8/10 Overall : cost to ameties and location fair to location proximity Sweet & appreciated touch was walking in and finding towels on bed along with soaps a in washroom Shalet is very spacious , but a bit dated windows were drafty in a few areas. Unfortunately, we had a snow squal warning and noticed that when wind gusted blinds rattled, we are able to sleep comfortably with ear plugs, and under warm bedding provided. Space was clean, found that walls are a bit thin as we were able to hear neighbours. Main living and dining area large and clean and spacious as there was 15 of us. Kitchen functional lost of cutlery and dishes (could benefit with a cooking knife set), dishwashers was great, fridge was clean door missing bars so unable to utilize space. Sauna a little frustrating to get going, but once it starts it great. Lots of on-site parking. Would visit again fair $$ value

the place is very spacious, fits many people, lots of fun, equipped and has amazing location. just few points, the place doesn't have a toilet in the basement, just a shower. so the description should be 1.5 bath and a shower instead of 2.5 bath.

Our group of 16 found this place quite accommodating, with clean beds and ample space for all of us to gather comfortably in one area. However, the facility has only two bathrooms, which proved to be somewhat inconvenient for such a large group. Additionally, we faced issues with the water temperature in the showers, which fluctuated between too hot and too cold, with no option to adjust to a comfortable setting. This aspect of the amenities certainly needs improvement.

Stayed here first time. Overall 4 stars as location is good and cottage was still cozy. The positives: Hosts are friendly. Sauna worked very well. Bedding was clean. Enough towels. Chairs in sitting area are comfy. Needs improvement: Kitchen is underkept (not enough bowls, salt and pepper missing (which I think is essential)), but hosts were prompt to respond to any request. Pingpong table kinda broken. Shower mixing valve in the basement doesn't work very well so hard to control temperature.

Large place for multiple families . Bright and great veiw of the hill space was clean and beds were comfortable. But older and in need of some minor repairs which kept is from using some amenities. Disappointed we could not use the fire place.

Our stay here was amazing! Walkable distance to Blue Mountain, spacious ?rooms, clean and cozy, and quick responses! Would definitely recommend this spot to others looking for a trip to Collingwood.

My group had a wonderful stay at this chalet near blue mountain. Lots of space and the host was very responsive which helped ensure a smooth and easy check in process. Cozy place to stay with a spacious lounge area upstairs for the group, along with lots of sleeping space.

The chalet was great!! We had a fantastic time. A bonus for our kids was having the Gitoni table and the ping pong table as well!!! The chalet was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. Thank you for a beautiful stay!!!

The house is in a good location, clean and slept 14 people comfortably. It was a little deceiving that it was a duplex and we only rented half of it as the ad says “whole home” and has a picture of the entire duplex. Although we did not have any problems, the house needs some updating and the ping pong table is in need of repair. Beds were comfy and everything functioned as it should.

This chalet is the perfect home for a getaway in the Blue Mountains! Property Valet was very helpful and responsive throughout our whole stay. The chalet had everything that was listed in the description and the main living area is spacious! Perfect location close to the Blue Mountain village, a park and an open field of grass. The nighttime views of the Blue Mountain surroundings are incredible from the comfort of the chalet! I would 1000% recommend this stay for those looking for a getaway in the Blue Mountains and I will definitely be booking with Property Valet again in the near future!

Great cottage! Good location close to blue mountain. Host was friendly helpful and gave quick responses. The house was very spacious. It had all needed amenities. Beautiful large windows with a great view. The sauna and pinball table was an added feature great fun for the family. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wish I had have been told up front that any guest after 10 was an extra charge, especially when it said max number of guests 16. Other then that was great.

This property sleeps a ton of people and has a huge common area that takes up the whole top floor. The beds and bedrooms were extremely clean, roomy and comfortable. The linens seemed almost new. The location is excellent, walking distance to Blue Mountain and the eateries you can find there. It's close to an abandoned quarry. It has ping pong, foosball, check, check. Lots o' parking. The place does need some TLC. The huge outdoor deck has zero furniture and is looking worn, but would make for a great spot to enjoy if properly furnished. The windows have no screens, need upkeep, paint and the kitchen is sparse and tiny. The loud furnace room had us designate one bedroom as 'The Engine Room'. The host is a property management company so they were eager for us to check in early, for a fee, which didn't feel in keeping with the spirit of Airbnb. $350 for a cleaning fee for 2 nights is outrageous and cost us more than one night's accommodation.

The cottage itself is amazing! Was a great place for relaxation and catching up with friends of mine! The space was clean upon arrival, and had everything we needed/expected for us to have a great time. All of the beds, linens, and kitchen equipment was clean and very accessible to be used, and everything about the space (including the description online) was completely accurate! Only thing to note was for noise - we were barbecuing outside for dinner, and our next door neighbors also came outside and we started chatting and getting to meet each other. Not within 10 minutes of us chatting we had security called on us. We were not excessively yelling or anything like that, just chatting and having the occasional laugh. Just a warning that you need to be pretty quiet outside.

The chalet was basically what we expected. We had stayed at a similar Tyrolean chalet back in the mid eighties. This chalet was basically the same. With one piece of furniture being original. The addition of linen and towels was nice. The drawbacks were that there were no screens on any of the windows or patio door allowing insects inside and no windows could be open at night to enjoy fresh air. The shelving on the refrigerator door did not have any railings so could not be used. The unit was generally clean, but the heating vents were covered in dust and dirty.

Property Valet Rental Management was quick to respond to our needs. We needed more propane and they brought a full propane tank within 15 minutes. They asked if we needed anything else, and I asked for garbage bags which the worker had in his trunk. The fire alarm in one of the bedrooms beeped every 5 minutes. The host was quick to send someone to resolve the issue. The worker was kind and friendly and came within 5 minutes of my message. It was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in your place. It is clean, spacious and beds are comfortable to sleep. As a big group of family and friends appreciate if there was extra toilet in the basement coz it’s not convenient to go upstairs to use the washroom upstairs. The bathroom doors upstairs are noisy when you open and close it disturb those who slept close to the bathroom. Overall it was a nice place to stay coz it is close to the BMVillage. The property had enough beds for everyone but that’s about where the satisfaction with this space ends. The space was overall not very clean— the extra pillows had visible brown stains on them, there were cobwebs and bugs in several places. The 2.5 bathrooms is misleading, there are two showers and two toilets — the half bath lacks a toilet and instead has a very uninviting sauna. For a space that accommodates 16, three toilets is a minimum necessity. The most surprising part was that during our first night there was a large power outage in the area and our hosts were unhelpful with providing updates, flashlights, candles or anything to assist. We had elderly folks and young children with us and began wondering if we needed to find a separate stay. Management was fine to send security as soon as we checked in to explain their very specific rules, but nowhere to be found when there was an actual emergency? + check out instructions were too extensive given their cleaning fees

Following your departure, our team went back in to check for cobwebs, bugs, and any less than perfect linens and pillows. The bathroom configuration is written out in detail in the listing description, however, we have also moved this note to the top of the description to ensure it is read. The temporary power outage was due to the rainstorm in The Blue Mountains. We manage about 100 units in this area, and not all homeowners provide items like flashlights or candles for guests in case the power goes out. We appreciate the feedback and hope to provide a more seamless stay if you book a future stay with us!

This place was ok for us but for the price we paid I expected more! We were group of 6 families and kids. 4 out of 6 had bedrooms is first floor with 2 washrooms and 1 shower. But for the rest of us which stayed in basement there was no bathroom and just 1 shower and it was so hard with kids! Special during the nights. No screen for windows which is weird special for hot weather! And i was Asking for 2 hours late check out from the day I booked ( 2 month ago) and they told me if nobody booked for next day we can deal for it? But on the day before departure they said we can’t because for cleaners!!! And when I consistently said that we spoke about reservations not cleaners and no body reserve they said at 8:30 on the departure day that we can check out late at 1 pm! The rest was ok and thanks for having us.

We often have guests request a late checkout – we love to hear you enjoyed your time so much, you wanted it to continue! We will always allow for this, when possible. We accept same day bookings as late as 2pm so there is always a chance this unit can become a turnover. This means we need a sufficient amount of time between your departure and the next guests’ arrival for our team to properly clean and sanitize the space and to prepare for incoming guests. The earliest we can approve a late check out is the night before your departure day, it just depends on our schedule for that day. We hope to welcome you back to Blue again!

Came to Blue for St Pats/birthday weekend and stayed in this 16 person chalet! Had an awesome time, the hosts were very responsive and helpful, the place was in great shape and had everything we needed (and the hosts dropped off anything we needed immediately). The only thing I will say is if you’re booking this place its attached to another unit (I believe the same set up) and it is very difficult to be quiet enough for them not to hear you. The noise complaint rule is 24 hours so if you have a lot of people and you turn on music (even at a reasonable volume level) the neighbours can hear you and very likely will complain (speaking from experience). Security came by and we had to shut off the music completely as there were families next door. It’s understandable but also would be nice to know whether there are families next door or a bachelor/bachelorette party next door. Would make a huge difference for me ever booking a semi-detached chalet again. Anyways, still a great stay!
