Le 146 Hurontario offre le meilleur de la vie quatre saisons, à 5 minutes à pied de la baie Georgienne et à 15 minutes en voiture du cœur de Blue Mountain Village. Ce studio tendance pour 2 personnes est le lieu idéal pour un week-end ou pour les voyageurs d'affaires.

Lorsque vous franchissez la porte, vous êtes accueilli par l'espace de vie à aire ouverte avec une cuisine et un coin repas confortable. La cuisine est équipée de tous les plats, couverts et ustensiles de cuisson dont vous aurez besoin pour les nuits où vous n'êtes pas dans l'un des délicieux restaurants de Collingwood. L'espace salle à manger est compact et parfait pour 1 à 2 personnes pour prendre un repas.

Dans cet espace studio, vous trouverez également un lit queen size ainsi que des sièges confortables et une Smart TV. La Smart TV a accès à toutes les applications de streaming, avec vos propres informations de connexion.

À moins de 5 minutes à pied de ce studio, vous trouverez des restaurants et des bars branchés tels que le 1858 Caesar Bar, Prime Seven Nine, Fig & Feta, Low Down et Sushi Hon. Vous êtes également en face du Théâtre Gayety, qui accueille souvent des concerts et autres spectacles. Loblaws et Tigre Géant sont à 5 minutes à pied pour tous vos besoins d'épicerie !

Parking

Veuillez noter que ce logement ne comprend pas de parking gratuit et que vous devrez utiliser le stationnement payant dans la rue ou les parkings municipaux. Le stationnement est obligatoire du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 00 à 18 h 00 (le samedi, le dimanche et les jours fériés sont gratuits). Pendant ces périodes, les stationnements des rues secondaires et municipaux ont un tarif de 0,75 $ l'heure, ce qui équivaut à 7,50 $ par jour. Nous recommandons de stationner dans les rues secondaires ou sur les terrains municipaux, car la rue principale (Hurontario) a un maximum de 3 heures. Tous les autres parkings publics sont illimités. Le paiement du stationnement est à votre charge pendant votre séjour.

My Fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend getaway in Collingwood. Check in was a breeze and location also great in the very centre of Downtown Collingwood. Was extremely clean and tidy and everything was like new. All in all, easily one of the nicest places to stay in Collingwood. Would stay again!

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway in November 2024 and had a great time. The apartment is beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and in a perfect location where you can walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Having the kitchen was also great. The “digital lock” system on your phone makes checkin very flexible. We had no issue finding street parking 10 seconds away. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Collingwood the apartment was everything we wanted for our mini getaway - comfortable, pretty and well situated for the activities we planned- biking, running, exploring and lovely dining options within walking distance. We also enjoyed it's proximity to the Scandinave Spa. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Amazing location. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations, the building was also very quiet. Easy to access with a digital key to the front entryway and then also for the unit entry. Host was very responsive and all instructions given were accurate and easy to follow. Will stay here again when visiting Collingwood, aswell as recommend this airbnb to family and friends.

This was a great stay! The place is brand new and super clean and well-maintained. It’s in a very central location and easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The hosts were very responsive. The only downside was that we got the parking instructions after we arrived rather than beforehand as was indicated on the app. But overall would recommend to visitors!
