Bienvenue dans notre chalet mitoyen, parfait pour les grands groupes qui veulent être à proximité des divertissements du Blue Mountain Village ! Cette maison de montagne sur 3 niveaux offre une vue sur la montagne, une grande pièce avec une cuisine complète, beaucoup d'espace canapé et un baby-foot ! À l'extérieur, vous trouverez une grande terrasse avec un coin repas extérieur, un barbecue et un foyer privé. Profitez du quartier calme du village tyrolien tout en étant à quelques minutes des restaurants, boutiques et activités du village !

L'espace

Créez des souvenirs avec vos amis et votre famille dans la grande salle ouverte. Profitez de la lumière naturelle et de la vue sur Blue à travers les grandes fenêtres. Les plafonds et poutres en bois ainsi que les briques apparentes en font une charmante atmosphère de style cottage pour l'après-ski. Dans cette pièce, vous trouverez le baby-foot ainsi que des sièges confortables et 2 téléviseurs intelligents, l'un pour diffuser vos émissions préférées et l'autre pour jouer à des jeux d'arcade classiques !

Cuisine

La cuisine moderne et spacieuse est équipée d'appareils électroménagers et d'ustensiles de cuisine, pratiques lorsque vous ne dînez pas dans l'un des restaurants locaux populaires. Profitez de vos repas dans la salle à manger attenante ou sur la terrasse. Cette maison comprend des ustensiles de cuisine, des plats de cuisson, des couverts, des ustensiles, une cafetière Keurig+goutte à goutte et des outils de barbecue ; apportez simplement votre nourriture et vos épices !

Chambres et salles de bain

Cette maison dispose de 9 chambres aux 1er et 2e niveaux de cette maison. Les chambres n° 1 à 8 ont chacune un lit double et la chambre n° 9 a deux lits doubles. Dans la chambre n° 7, vous trouverez un espace de travail dédié. Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes dans cette maison, une avec douche et une avec douche dans la baignoire. Nous vous fournirons des draps de qualité hôtelière, des serviettes fraîches et des articles de toilette de qualité pendant votre séjour.

Espace extérieur

La terrasse extérieure à côté du salon principal comprend un espace repas extérieur avec 6 chaises et un barbecue au propane. Au 2e étage, vous trouverez une terrasse avec un bain à remous privé et des escaliers menant à la cour arrière et au foyer. Veuillez noter que la cour arrière est partagée avec l'unité voisine. Bien que chaque unité dispose de sa propre terrasse, de son bain à remous et de son foyer, l'espace arrière-cour est partagé.

Wonderful place, exactly as described. Really loved that all linens and towels were provided, beds were very comfy. I loved that the entertainment area was separate from the sleeping areas. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful from booking to checkout. Very clean. We were introduced to security who very kindly reminded us of the rules which was nice. The attached neighbours are also an Airbnb which worked out nicely for us all, however I could see that being a luck of the draw, I do believe that they are owned by the same host so I presume if there are any issues that can be communicated directly with the host. Thank you so much for having us PV Team! Next time I’m looking to book Airbnb I will for sure comb through the other listings they have, absolutely flawless experience.

Went for a friendsgiving weekend gateway and we loved every minute of it. The host was lovely and communicated very well with us. The space was clean and quiet and had a great view of the mountains. Definitely coming back when it’s winter time Loved it!!!

Everything was fantastic except for the things that are completely out of the management team's control. I've rented nearly once a year in Blue Mountain for a while now and I've never seen by-law officers this aggressive. An officer came to the property to introduce himself and every rule had to be followed to the letter, some of which was absurd. For example, one of our car tires (that's one tire of the vehicle) was on grass and we were asked to move it. We felt we couldn't take advantage of the fire pit, as that is not allowed after 11 and we knew we would lose track of time. The hot tub has the same curfew and it was enforced, with a by-law officer informing us ten minutes prior to 11PM. We were also informed of a "noise bylaw" that is enforced 24/7, so we didn't feel we could risk using the backyard for games, as we knew we'd get loud. I would absolutely recommend this property if you've got a quiet getaway in mind. But I'm afraid Blue Mountain itself just hates fun

Hi Thomas. Thanks for providing your feedback on your stay with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed this home as it is one of our new favourites! The pride of ownership is evident with this home and it is a standout in the Tyrolean area. In regards to the bylaw comments, perhaps some background information may help. All stand alone homes being used as short term accommodation rentals are subject to a licensing program in this municipality. Homeowners who wish to rent their homes are required to submit an application for approval by the municipality and are additionally subject to inspections to ensure compliance. Once the licence has been granted it is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure Guests are respectful of the bylaws set out by the municipality as failure to do so can result in fines, demerit points and possible loss of rental licence. Suffice to say - it is very important that Guests understand these bylaws. We appreciate there is a fine line between educating guests and negatively impacting guest experience, especially given that fact that the overwhelming majority of guests have no issues with bylaw adherence. As a result of your comments, we have reviewed the communication with your Group and have modified our approach which we hope will help with future guests. Although we were disappointed by bylaws which restricted noise and amenity access after 11pm due to uncooperative neighbours, security communicated with us kindly and calmly. Myself and 9 other ladies enjoyed the space and found the proximity to Blue Mountain resort/Collingwood quite ideal. Floors were quite dirty so we just wore our slippers and shoes inside.

Unfortunately, these By-laws are beyond our control and we ensure to communicate these clearly on our Digital Guest Guide a well as posted signage in the home. Following your feedback we've also added the hours of operation for the hot tub to the amenities section on the listing. We also regret the feedback about the floors and have followed up with our team members who prepared the home.
