We loved it. The place was clean and private. Yet close to the centre. And the shuttle service was a huge bonus. No need to drive and look for parking.

The location was great. The unit inside needs renovations. A few plugs behind beds, the plugs were loose. The kitchen amenities were very old. Items in there like hot chocolate expired in 2015. Those items should be removed from the unit.

Unit was spacious and well appointed. Non-stick pots need to be replaced but there were a few stainless options that worked. Beds, linens and kitchen were all clean. Minor issues but PV team addresses everything right away. (Missing lightbulbs?) Team was very responsive.

I stayed here to celebrate a birthday with four friends. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed having the wood-burning fireplace, and used the hot tub as well which was big—plenty of space for five people (and more). Also appreciated the sauna. Kitchen was well stocked in terms of dishes and utensils. The only things that were missing were towels and a lighter/matches (we knew to bring firewood) but the property managers rectified that quickly on the first night. Walked to town for dinner in about 15 minutes. Couldn’t quite figure out the shuttle even with the app. Would love to make an annual visit to this place.

Great spot for a family trip. Hot tub is super close to building so can walk in under a minute. Gorgeous fireplace for winter. Shuttle to town is quick although quite infrequent at every 40mins, but walk is only 10 mins. Showers were hot. Kitchen fully equipped for utensils as well as oil, salt, pepper etc for basic cooking. Lovely spot, walkable distance to the ski village. surrounded by gorgeous fall leaves out every window in mid-October 2024. Comfortable beds, great sitting area for chatting for our group of five friends, well-stocked kitchen. Just needs a new door lock, as we had difficulties opening the number-button lock every time we went came back in. They recognize it's fussy, responded quickly when we reached out, but we managed to get it open eventually every time. It just needs to be replaced as it is very finicky-even the numbers are worn off so you don't know whether the numbers go from top to bottom or the other way and just have to try both.

Awesome place to stay at, 10-12 minutes walk to pedestrian village. Very cozy stay, great for a group of 6 people. EV charging on location. Kitchen fully stocked! Clean rooms, ample blankets and bedding. Would definitely stay with them again.

The stay at the Les Eaux Chalet with Sauna near and the spas and swimming area with the stunning natural setting was perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. The beds were neat and comfortable! Also, we loved the fully equipped kitchen and the necessary amenities. We loved our stay! Mont-Tremblant, located guest house with it’s natural beauty and just a few minutes away with a wide array of outdoor activities. The pedestrian village at the base of the mountain and vibrant, featuring colorful buildings, shops, restaurants, and cafes. We loved the street performances, Zip-lining hiking, festivals, and a lively atmosphere!

Very disappointed. I dropped my earring on the carpet near the bed and as I bent down to pick it up, I saw underneath there are ripped sheets hanging from the bottom of the bed. The place is old and dark, cracked tiles in bathroom where the sink is. Rusty old heaters in bathroom. The toilet seats are so old, the paint has worn away in one section. The shower heads are low end and old. It was advertised that there was air conditioning but we couldn't get it working. The ceiling fan in the loungeroom was broken. It was very hot in there. The light in the staircase didn't work. I nearly fell down the stairs. Lights out in kitchen and dining room. There was an awful smell on the couch. I found a blue cushion that stank of vomit. It was not cleaned properly and you will see there is a pink stain where someone attempted to clean the vomit up. One side of the couch has that smell too. I had to put the cushion outside and we avoided the couch at all costs.

We received no communication from you during or after your stay regarding any issues, and none of the things you mentioned are true as is clear by the 8 previous 5 star reviews. We take these matters seriously and this review unfairly impacts the home's reputation. We will be working with our Airbnb rep to have this addressed immediately.

Fully equipped, spacious condo, exceeded all expectations. We did most of our cooking on the bbq. Very peaceful area, and only 15 minute walk from the Tremblant village. It was ideal for our family vacation. My daughter loved the pool!

Great location, very close to base of mountain. Walkable (10 minutes) and quick shuttle ride (shuttle stop RIGHT outside of listing). Hot tub was a great feature and the sauna in the home was awesome! Beds were comfortable and home was clean. Would stay again.

Terrific chalet for your stay at Mont Tremblant. Not ski and ski out but an easy walk and great bus service. Lots of good parking, super clean and comfortable chalet just across the parking from a wonderful apres ski hot tub. Real wood fire place, sauna, and deep soaker tubs. Just a 10 minute walk to tremblant village it was close enough for us and a terrific ski stay.
