The place is a beautiful and cozy spot to stay with family. It was very clean, comfortable, safe and had lots of amenities. Overall, me and my family enjoyed our stay very much. The hot tub was the highlight of our trip and I would recommend this place to others. However, two things I would like to let people know before booking the place is that the place is not in reasonable walking distance to the blue mountain village. If you are looking to stay somewhere that is close to the village this is not the place. But it is very close to the ski hills on the north side so it just depends on what you are looking for. Also the place did not provide us with enough towels, we had six people and was only provided 4 towels which would have been good to know beforehand. However overall, the place was lovely and I would definitely book again.

As for the location, the exact location is indicated on the listing, so we're sorry if you were under the impression that the property was closer to the village. We really enjoyed how close the condo was to the village and the ski hill—it made everything so convenient and easy to access. The bathrooms were a good size, and having two showers was a nice touch. However, I do want to mention that while the condo is advertised for 6 people, it felt very cramped for that many. It would definitely be more comfortable for 4 or fewer guests. The kitchen could use a few basic essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil, which were missing. Also, we found the fold-out couch sheet had what appeared to be small spots of blood on it, which wasn’t ideal. Lastly, the table in the living room area was too small and it was a bit wobbly. Overall, the location was great, but there are a few things that could be improved for a better stay.

This is an awesome place for a weekend getaway with a few friends and is nice and close to the north side lifts.

It was a cozy and convenient stay for my family. It was very close to the ski hills, spa, and village. However, it was not as clean as hoped for and there were items from the previous guest left behind which wasn't the most welcoming experience for my family. Nonetheless, when the concern was voiced, the PV team responded well and accommodated our concern, which improved our stay.

what they consider a ski in/ski out I wouldn't say is accurate. I thought this was a lot closer to the village than expected. Tight space for a family of 4. space was okay and cleaned but more just wiped down. the jetted bathtub showed visible black mold, dusty in certain areas and just seemed runned down.

Hi Kim, we appreciate your feedback. As noted in the listing, "This North Creek unit is considered a ski in/ski out at the North Base of Blue Mountain and only a 5 minute walk to the chairlift". Airbnb defines ski in/out as the ability to access a ski run without taking public transit, which is true for this property. The exact location of the home is also shown on the listing before booking. We apologize that the location wasn't what you were expecting however we feel our description accurately represents the home. As for the comments regarding cleanliness, we regret this feedback and have brought these items up with our housekeeping team to ensure this doesn't happen again. Had a great stay at the property. It was as described in the listing. The property was a bit further from the Blue mountain village then we expected (about 15-20min walk) but we didn't mind it because the views were beautiful and we should have double checked before booking but overall a great stay!

Great communication, clear instructions and easy check in... unfortunately these are the only positive feedbacks from this stay for us. This budget friendly accommodation is located at North Creek Resort. It is one of the older resorts around the moutain. The unit feels dated and smells old. location is just in behind the main lodge, no nice view nor private. balcony is dirty and shaded. Kitchen is poorly equipped and very bare minimal. you need to bring everything like salt and pepper to cook a decent meal. No coffee. No washer and dryer. Kettle is so old cheap plastic one with lots stains inside. Their photos look decent, and that is how they got our booking. We totally didn't notice it's at North Creek, otherwise we won't book it. We have many great memories at resorts aroudn the mountain, unfortunately this was not one of them.

While we cannot do anything about the location, we've reviewed your comments internally and have purchased the necessary kitchen inventory, including a new kettle. We've also reviewed our listing to ensure it accurately reflects the home and confirmed that it is noted in the description to bring coffee and that there is no washer/dryer in the listed amenities.
