Bienvenue dans notre condo chalet skis aux pieds à Blue Mountain - idéal pour votre prochaine escapade! Notre condo chalet récemment rénové se trouve dans la célèbre station Cachet Crossing, situé à quelques pas du télésiège Silver Bullet et directement sur la piste de ski "Easy Street". Sirotez votre café sur le balcon et profitez de la vue sur les pistes de ski de la montagne. Prenez une minute à pied du village animé de Blue Mountain, où vous trouverez une variété de boutiques, de cafés et de restaurants à explorer toute l'année !

L'espace

*** Veuillez noter que l'extérieur de ce complexe de copropriétés est présentement en construction. Comme le système d'escalier extérieur est en cours de remplacement, l'accès à toutes les unités se fera via un escalier sur échafaudage temporaire (voir photos). ***

Nous sommes situés au centre, à proximité du ski, du VTT, de la randonnée et à quelques minutes en voiture des plages et des aires de pique-nique de ce terrain de jeu quatre saisons.

Notre unité spacieuse peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, ce qui la rend idéale pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis. Avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains, notre condo chalet dispose d'une literie confortable et de draps de qualité hôtelière pour votre confort.

Cuisine:

Notre cuisine entièrement équipée dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos propres repas, y compris des couverts et des couverts. Vous pouvez profiter de la flexibilité et de la commodité de cuisiner pendant votre séjour, ou déguster des plats à emporter dans les nombreux restaurants locaux de Blue ou de Collingwood.

Installez-vous confortablement près du grand foyer au gaz avec son manteau de grange et profitez de la vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon. The place was perfect for those who wants to walk to the blue mountain village. Very close to all the facilities offered by the blue mountain resort. The living room is big and very spacious. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cutlery. The only thing that was unexpected was the degree to which the place was unrecognizable from the pictures due to the construction going on but that's only on the outside. But other than that it was great. I would definitely go there again.

Although we do our best to share any news, updates, and photos to accurately reflect the construction, it is ultimately not managed by us and there are times where physical changes to the construction site occur that we are not immediately aware of. It is unfortunate that this may have caused some disappointment regarding the exterior aesthetics of the building, but the construction is precautionary due to the condition of the previous staircase and should be complete soon. Honestly the staircase cause by the construction was super useful if you are on the second or third floor as it lets you enter from the back of the unit which is closer to the skill hill. The place was super homey and a great experience. Value for money is a 10/10. We made sure to bring our high quality ?cooking equipment as we had a few chefs ?in the house so can’t comment on most of the kitchen items but seemed to have all the necessities. Would stay again.

Excellent location, the space needs some maintenance (dishwasher and hair dryer not working) and no heat in basement - space heater in bedroom, but almost too cold to sleep in.

Great location and very cute place. However, I expected cleaner for the price. There were dirty dishes stored away. Cutlery had old food stuck on it. There was no extra sheets for sofa bed, so we couldn’t use it. And no accessibility for those who couldn’t use stairs, not the owners fault but would have been nice to know especially travelling with a baby. Overall would stay again, but would definitely bring extra stuff myself.

This place exceeded my expectations. It’s very spacious and the bedrooms on different floors was great for privacy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our time there. It’s right beside the village so we were able to walk there in a couple of minutes, which is an added bonus! Great communication and super easy entry to the place. I would stay here again!

Our unit was under construction. If we had known this we wouldn’t have stayed at this property. The exterior of the building looked dangerous. The staircases and walkways were being held up with temporary post jacks. Those jacks were starting to rust. The property management company asked for personal information over text. And asked for a picture of my license. Wouldn’t use this location or company again.

Matthew, thank you for your feedback. While we manage this unit for vacation rentals, the construction, upkeep, and exterior is handled entirely by the condo corporation. The outside state is not at its very best in terms of its aesthetics, however, it is certainly safe and passing all codes, according to bylaws and regulations. Additionally, the requirements through our check in process are only for security purposes. We have a process to verify our guests’ identity in an effort to minimize fraudulent activity. We regret to hear your stay was anything less than perfect and would love an opportunity to host you again.

We had a great stay with some minor hiccups. The property is spacious and has a great layout. Beds and furniture very comfortable, fantastic location, and very quiet. A couple minor things - the water heater flashes like a strobe light erratically and lights up the upstairs bedroom. We struggled with this during the night. Management sent a super friendly staff to have a look. The kitchen could use some updating and some newer pots/pans. It also wasn't super clean. Prompt communication from the property management company.

Great communication with booking , check in and check out. Condo is in a great location to the village. The condo itself is dated and in need of a reno. Peeling paint, scratches on kitchen cupboards drawers falling apart. The condo building itself is in need of some major repairs to the stairs and upper walkways. The overall experience was ok and if you don’t care about some aesthetics issues, the location is great.

Pros: The proximity of this property to the village is amazing. Just steps away. The layout is perfect for 2 couples sharing this unit. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Check in was easy. Cons: Definitely not enough towels for the amount of guests we advised for. And this unit needs a serious deep cleaning as alot of areas have been neglected and did not make us comfortable ex: utensil drawer with food crumbs, dishes in cupboard dirty, walls and doors with dirt streaks/stains, coffee table had stuck on food, mold in shower. Overall we enjoyed our stay in blue mountain

It took us about 20 seconds to get from the unit to the base of the bunny hill (which you can use to access the rest of Blue if you want). The location makes COVID issues much easier to deal with because you can access the unit for bathroom breaks, snacks, lunch etc., then get back to skiing in just seconds. So no need to book restaurants or use public washrooms. The photos also don’t do the view justice. The apartment was also very clean, spacious and comfy.

The location was perfect. The screen door had a broken screen which prevented us from using the balcony so as not to allow bugs into the suite. Both bedrooms had televisions in them with no remote controls to operate them with. The kitchen pots, glasses and cooking utensils were not clean. Garbage from the previous occupant was left in a kitchen cupboard that was clearly not checked by the cleaning people. Upon check-in the code for the door given to us was incorrect and we had to wait for them to rectify the matter. Having said all of that, the communication between the host and myself was very prompt even though they were unable to fix the issues that I've mentioned. I was globally disappointed in the unit but we had a nice stay in the village.

Great location! Unit has large two bedroom condominium with well stocked kitchen. Self check-in smooth. TV channels were minimal, basic cable. Hi speed internet. Large BBQ on patio at base of Blue Mountain. A/C working well. Condominium was quiet, despite being in Blue Mountain Village.

Location was great. We loved having the top floor all to ourselves, while the kids slept downstairs. Very quiet, yet just around the corner from the busy town center. A great way to spend a few days exploring the area, and nice to have a full kitchen to prep meals. The ad didn't mention there was a sofa bed too, so we could have easily had invited two more guests to join.

You had originally booked the unit understanding it had a limit of 6 guests, and it wasn't until your arrival that we were made aware that you had brought 9 guests with you. We were understanding of your situation as it was the long weekend, with no other accommodations available so we allowed the extra 3 guests to stay, with you agreeing and understanding we would need to charge an extra fee for those guests. We understand your confusion over the cost of replacing the parking passes. It does take some time to acquire a new one, as there is a process involved with the managers of the complex, and with new guests checking in daily we want to ensure each guest has the same parking privileges as the last. We did not charge you for the replacement as you were kind enough to return the one you left with since you were still in the area.

Overall, great place to stay. The property was very clean and well kept. Everything listed in the amenities was accurate and everything was in good working order. No problems with check in or check out. Location is perfect for doing anything at blue mountain.

The unit is looks right onto the beginner ski area and is indeed very close to the Silver Bullet chair lift. It is easy enough to get skiing and to go back after the day is done. Pretty much ski-in / ski-out for Blue Mountain. The unit is very clean and has basically everything you need. A fully functioning kitchen really helps to make the stay feel like home. Having breakfast and dinners in your own unit - with a fireplace - makes it feel quite cozy and also makes spending time with friends more enjoyable. It is a lot better than going to the village restaurants where they slap on a 75 minute dining time before they kick you out. My stay was over the Christmas period and they even put up a Christmas tree in the unit. I felt that was a nice touch.

This place is amazing, nice and cozy making it feel like we are at home. It is up to date with everything you need! Kitchen is well equipped and the rooms and bathrooms are as well! Very roomy, comfortable and nicely decorated! Very clean and organized! The location is AMAZING! So close to the village, the balcony views are beautiful. You can see the mountain and at night it’s nice to sit on and enjoy. We just got back from our stay at Slope Side condo. Our family of four just enjoyed our stay here very much and found the space to be exactly as advertised. We were able to walk right to the Silver Bullet lift chair within minutes and start our day. The location is a perfect mix of village and privacy as it is close to everything, but tucked away so you get quiet times when you need it. The space is divided up nicely for families that have older kids as the bedrooms are on separate floors. The living area is spacious and very comfortable after a long day of activity. We look forward to coming back again soon. On a side note, after Blue Mountain decided to close the entire resort over the Covid-19 situation, we decided to check out one day early. The team at Property Valet and AirBnB were great to work with and made it easy and painless.

This was a decent place - would stay here for location only. Close to the ski lift. If that convenience doesn’t matter would stay 5 mins out - there are nicer places for the same price.

We are a family with two young kids (5 and 8). We stayed March 2021. The location is perfect as you can walk to lessons and skiing. It took us about 20 seconds to get from the unit to the base of the bunny hill (which you can use to access the rest of Blue if you want). The location makes COVID issues much easier to deal with because you can access the unit for bathroom breaks, snacks, lunch etc., then get back to skiing in just seconds. So no need to book restaurants or use public washrooms. The photos also don’t do the view justice. The apartment was also very clean, spacious and comfy.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and our second time was not as lovely as the first. It will not deter us from considering this property in the future, however we were disappointed in a few things. The condo itself is well laid out and has excellent proximity to the village. We enjoyed the ability to get anything we needed within walking distance and in a timely manner. The condo has a brand new BBQ, which was lovely to use on a few occasions. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that the a/c was not working. The maintenance staff came out that night and had a look. He was unable to do something then, but had someone coming in the morning. Long story short, the air conditioning was unable to be fixed, however the staff at Stay in Blue and the maintenance team did everything they could in a timely manner, including installing a window unit to cool down one bedroom. It was a problem that just unfortunately wasn’t going to be fixed while we stayed there. The other let down was the overall cleanliness of the unit. Upon arrival, we found that the bathrooms were not clean (toothpaste on sink, hair in shower) which was upsetting as well. We needed to move a nightstand for access to a plug and found a mask underneath. This was not how it was last year when we stayed here, so we hope this is just a one off and it gets resolved for the next guests. The condo has many tv options including Netflix, Disney + and Apple TV. We did miss a more comprehensive cable package as we wanted to watch certain sporting events while there and we were unable to get those channels. Not a deal breaker, just a change from the previous stay. Overall, we do like this condo, especially in winter for the proximity to the ski lifts, so we encourage people to stay for that reason and I am sure the issues I mentioned above will be rectified as soon as possible and this property will be back to what it was a year ago when we stayed there.

The owners clearly knew the AC was not working. They set up a portable unit in the lowest bedroom. Condo was way too hot to sleep. They sent in a second portable unit which then blocked off our use to the patio. They should have let us know in advance. Don’t trust that things will be as advertised. After losing our sleep and not having access to the balcony they only refunded us $100. Brutal. Not impressed.

The place was perfect for those who wants to walk to the blue mountain village. Very close to all the facilities offered by the blue mountain resort. The living room is big and very spacious. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cutlery. The only thing that was unexpected was the degree to which the place was unrecognizable from the pictures due to the construction going on but that's only on the outside. But other than that it was great. I would definitely go there again.

Honestly the staircase cause by the construction was super useful if you are on the second or third floor as it lets you enter from the back of the unit which is closer to the skill hill. The place was super homey and a great experience. Value for money is a 10/10. We made sure to bring our high quality ?cooking equipment as we had a few chefs ?in the house so can’t comment on most of the kitchen items but seemed to have all the necessities. Would stay again.

Great location and very cute place. However, I expected cleaner for the price. There were dirty dishes stored away. Cutlery had old food stuck on it. There was no extra sheets for sofa bed, so we couldn’t use it. And no accessibility for those who couldn’t use stairs, not the owners fault but would have been nice to know especially travelling with a baby. Overall would stay again, but would definitely bring extra stuff myself.

This place exceeded my expectations. It’s very spacious and the bedrooms on different floors was great for privacy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our time there. Our unit was under construction. If we had known this we wouldn’t have stayed at this property. The exterior of the building looked dangerous. The staircases and walkways were being held up with temporary post jacks. Those jacks were starting to rust. The property management company asked for personal information over text. And asked for a picture of my license. Wouldn’t use this location or company again.

The outside state is not at its very best in terms of its aesthetics, however, it is certainly safe and passing all codes, according to bylaws and regulations. We had a great stay with some minor hiccups. The property is spacious and has a great layout. Beds and furniture very comfortable, fantastic location, and very quiet. A couple minor things - the water heater flashes like a strobe light erratically and lights up the upstairs bedroom. We struggled with this during the night. Management sent a super friendly staff to have a look. The kitchen could use some updating and some newer pots/pans. It also wasn't super clean. Prompt communication from the property management company.

Great communication with booking , check in and check out. Condo is in a great location to the village. The condo itself is dated and in need of a reno. Peeling paint, scratches on kitchen cupboards drawers falling apart. The condo building itself is in need of some major repairs to the stairs and upper walkways. The overall experience was ok and if you don’t care about some aesthetics issues, the location is great.

Pros: The proximity of this property to the village is amazing. Just steps away. The layout is perfect for 2 couples sharing this unit. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Check in was easy. Cons: Definitely not enough towels for the amount of guests we advised for. And this unit needs a serious deep cleaning as alot of areas have been neglected and did not make us comfortable ex: utensil drawer with food crumbs, dishes in cupboard dirty, walls and doors with dirt streaks/stains, coffee table had stuck on food, mold in shower. Overall we enjoyed our stay in blue mountain

Thank you for the clean and spacious place. My family liked the location very much, and all the prepared amenities are convenient to stay. Plus, a dryer for wet clothes after skiing was excellent.

We are a family with two young kids (5 and 8). We stayed March 2021. The location is perfect as you can walk to lessons and skiing. It took us about 20 seconds to get from the unit to the base of the bunny hill (which you can use to access the rest of Blue if you want). The location makes COVID issues much easier to deal with because you can access the unit for bathroom breaks, snacks, lunch etc., then get back to skiing in just seconds. So no need to book restaurants or use public washrooms. The photos also don’t do the view justice. The apartment was also very clean, spacious and comfy.

We had a 4 day visit at Blue Mountain, and were looking forward to seeing Fall colours on The Mountain. Management was easy to reach if needed. Many activities nearby.

The location was perfect. The screen door had a broken screen which prevented us from using the balcony so as not to allow bugs into the suite. Both bedrooms had televisions in them with no remote controls to operate them with. The kitchen pots, glasses and cooking utensils were not clean. Garbage from the previous occupant was left in a kitchen cupboard that was clearly not checked by the cleaning people. Upon check-in the code for the door given to us was incorrect and we had to wait for them to rectify the matter. Having said all of that, the communication between the host and myself was very prompt even though they were unable to fix the issues that I've mentioned. I was globally disappointed in the unit but we had a nice stay in the village.

These items were immediately brought to our Cleaning Division Manager as we do take our cleaning protocols seriously. Great location! Unit has large two bedroom condominium with well stocked kitchen. Self check-in smooth. TV channels were minimal, basic cable. Hi speed internet. Large BBQ on patio at base of Blue Mountain. A/C working well. Condominium was quiet, despite being in Blue Mountain Village.

Location was great. We loved having the top floor all to ourselves, while the kids slept downstairs. Very quiet, yet just around the corner from the busy town center. A great way to spend a few days exploring the area, and nice to have a full kitchen to prep meals. The ad didn't mention there was a sofa bed too, so we could have easily had invited two more guests to join.

Location is great, unit is very modern and comfortable, the host is charging everything, we forgot our parking card in the car, and he is charging us $100 for a plastic card. We have two title kids with us, he is charging another $150 extra fees

Thank you for your review, Cong. We are glad to hear you loved the location and the unit. Unfortunately we did have to charge you extra fees for the extra guests you brought. You had originally booked the unit understanding it had a limit of 6 guests, and it wasn't until your arrival that we were made aware that you had brought 9 guests with you. We were understanding of your situation as it was the long weekend, with no other accommodations available so we allowed the extra 3 guests to stay, with you agreeing and understanding we would need to charge an extra fee for those guests. We understand your confusion over the cost of replacing the parking passes. It does take some time to acquire a new one, as there is a process involved with the managers of the complex, and with new guests checking in daily we want to ensure each guest has the same parking privileges as the last. We did not charge you for the replacement as you were kind enough to return the one you left with since you were still in the area.

Overall, great place to stay. The property was very clean and well kept. Everything listed in the amenities was accurate and everything was in good working order. No problems with check in or check out. Location is perfect for doing anything at blue mountain.

The unit is looks right onto the beginner ski area and is indeed very close to the Silver Bullet chair lift. It is easy enough to get skiing and to go back after the day is done. Pretty much ski-in / ski-out for Blue Mountain. The unit is very clean and has basically everything you need. A fully functioning kitchen really helps to make the stay feel like home. Having breakfast and dinners in your own unit - with a fireplace - makes it feel quite cozy and also makes spending time with friends more enjoyable. It is a lot better than going to the village restaurants where they slap on a 75 minute dining time before they kick you out. My stay was over the Christmas period and they even put up a Christmas tree in the unit. I felt that was a nice touch.

Amazing location and a great size for a group of friends or family. This place is very close to the main lifts at Blue Mountain. You're able to go back to the condo and make lunch and hop back on the slopes.

This place is amazing, nice and cozy making it feel like we are at home. It is up to date with everything you need! Kitchen is well equipped and the rooms and bathrooms are as well! Very roomy, comfortable and nicely decorated! Very clean and organized! The location is AMAZING! So close to the village, the balcony views are beautiful. You can see the mountain and at night it’s nice to sit on and enjoy. Property Valet was always there for any questions we had and were always in contact with us for our check in and check out as well as any questions in between! Replied super quick!! Loved this place and would recommend to anyone thinking about it. We will definitely be back to stay here in the future!! Thank you!!!

We just got back from our stay at Slope Side condo. Our family of four just enjoyed our stay here very much and found the space to be exactly as advertised. We were able to walk right to the Silver Bullet lift chair within minutes and start our day. The location is a perfect mix of village and privacy as it is close to everything, but tucked away so you get quiet times when you need it. The space is divided up nicely for families that have older kids as the bedrooms are on separate floors. The living area is spacious and very comfortable after a long day of activity. We look forward to coming back again soon. On a side note, after Blue Mountain decided to close the entire resort over the Covid-19 situation, we decided to check out one day early. The team at Property Valet and AirBnB were great to work with and made it easy and painless.

This was a decent place - would stay here for location only. Close to the ski lift. If that convenience doesn’t matter would stay 5 mins out - there are nicer places for the same price.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and our second time was not as lovely as the first. It will not deter us from considering this property in the future, however we were disappointed in a few things. The condo itself is well laid out and has excellent proximity to the village. We enjoyed the ability to get anything we needed within walking distance and in a timely manner. The condo has a brand new BBQ, which was lovely to use on a few occasions. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that the a/c was not working. The maintenance staff came out that night and had a look. He was unable to do something then, but had someone coming in the morning. Long story short, the air conditioning was unable to be fixed, however the staff at Stay in Blue and the maintenance team did everything they could in a timely manner, including installing a window unit to cool down one bedroom. It was a problem that just unfortunately wasn’t going to be fixed while we stayed there. The other let down was the overall cleanliness of the unit. Upon arrival, we found that the bathrooms were not clean (toothpaste on sink, hair in shower) which was upsetting as well. We needed to move a nightstand for access to a plug and found a mask underneath. This was not how it was last year when we stayed here, so we hope this is just a one off and it gets resolved for the next guests. The condo has many tv options including Netflix, Disney + and Apple TV. We did miss a more comprehensive cable package as we wanted to watch certain sporting events while there and we were unable to get those channels. Not a deal breaker, just a change from the previous stay. Overall, we do like this condo, especially in winter for the proximity to the ski lifts, so we encourage people to stay for that reason and I am sure the issues I mentioned above will be rectified as soon as possible and this property will be back to what it was a year ago when we stayed there.

The owners clearly knew the AC was not working. They set up a portable unit in the lowest bedroom. Condo was way too hot to sleep. They sent in a second portable unit which then blocked off our use to the patio. They should have let us know in advance. Don’t trust that things will be as advertised. After losing our sleep and not having access to the balcony they only refunded us $100. Brutal. Not impressed.
