We wish we could have more of an explanation on your thoughts. Check-in is fairly straightforward. We appreciate the offer (for a fee) to check-in early as this worked out well for our schedule. Our accommodations was what we expected but you can see the expected wear and tear of the unit. Regardless we knew what amenities we would get and it did suit our needs. You get everything you need in the kitchen, my only feedback (because of my OCD) is that the kitchen intensils and cooking equipment could be more organized. It looks like everything was thrown into the kitchen wherever you could find space for it. The shower in the second bathroom is super tiny and confined (total sq ft of the bathroom is no more than 40 sq feet of not less) so having the primary bathroom with bathtub is a good upgrade to have. Guests are expected to bring garbage and recycling to waste room during their stay, luckily this is centrally located near the exterior entrance and unit parking spot. Overall it suited our neess during our stay.

Stayed here for a weekend with friends and overall our stay was lovely. The decor is cute and the mountainside view with the huge living room windows was very charming especially with the snow. The beds were very comfy and the linens were nice quality. Also there were tons of kitchen equipment, dishes and plates, more than enough for all five of us! My main point of improvement would be the washrooms could do with an update to match the rest of the unit - everything worked fine but there was chipped paint in the sink and old finishings that made the place less luxurious overall. Regardless, it was a great stay!

perfect spot. close to the Blue Mountain Inn where we had a dance competition this weekend. a quick 1 minutewalk to the building. if you are a skier, you can walk right out your door to the slopes! would definitely recommend. the kitchen was equipped with everything, including a couple Pods thank goodness because we forgot coffee lol. clean clean clean. thank you

Great overall. Beautiful place and location is ideal. Only wish we could have gotten our parking permits from the unit a few hours early so we didn’t have to use public lots (took over half an hour to find a spot there). Place is excellent though and beds, tv, living space were all great

The place had everything that we wanted (except a washer/dryer). It was clean, huge, and lots of sleeping space. It did tend to get warm at night so make sure to keep the thermostat around 65. It does cool down very quickly though! The only real negative is the airbnb fees, cleaning fee, etc.

This location is great if you ski. On the day we checked in there was a power outage in the area which was not fixed until late at night. We only found out about the issue when we arrived although we learned that it started a couple hours back. The communication and the handling could have been better as we had to find lights to buy from the town ourselves and sat in cold house with a toddler for hours. The disappointing thing was that even though there was an ongoing issue, we were told there was no-one on site to assist us with extra blankets. Other than this issue, it was an OK stay. The place was as advertised.

Nicely updated unit with great location adjacent to ski hills. Very professionally managed with timely answers to any questions. Very comfortable and bright living space and bedrooms outfitted well. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed items. Bathrooms were good except for showers which were sub-par. Unit doesn't have a deck/patio so no BBQ available.

We loved the location of the chalet. Normally it would have been ski in and ski out but the lack of snow didn’t allow for that. However it was a short walk to the chair lift. We would love to rent in Chateau Ridge again but most likely not this unit.

Great place right beside blue mountain. Just be prepared to go up 15-20 flights of stairs in order to get to the apartment. Very clean and spacious and has an open concept. Would recommend

Ideal for a family or group of 5-6 people with a fantastic location. Location is fantastic for skiers. It’s a chalet on 2nd floor so please be prepared for carpeted Steps to the entrance of the unit’s door. Very clean and updated kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were well furnished, but lighting is a problem in each bedroom. A nice bike ride to Northwinds beach and close to the village itself. It would be really nice to have access to the ski locker outside for water items.

If you're looking to enjoy snowboarding/skiing at Blue Mountain, look no further! The century hill can be awed at right from the living room and a 2min walk brings you to the ticket booth to purchase day/night lift passes. Walk a little bit further (~5mins) and you will be right in the middle of the village. We didn't even need to use our car once in 4 days!! Location is amazing and the outdoor storage locker really helped in storing all of our winter gear in a safe/clean manner. Doug, Andrew and Sean were amazing hosts, ensuring a smooth check in/out process as well; readily available to answer all my questions prior to check-in. My guests and I cooked almost every meal during our 4 day stay and the items available did not disappoint. Lots of towels and all of the linen were sparkly clean. Only thing I would like to add is that I had to go to the village to purchase some items (dish sponge, hand soap for kitchen, keurig coffee pods) that I had thought might've been readily available - no big deal. Thank you guys for an amazing stay - my guests and I will be back for sure!

We had an incredible experience. The condo is literally a ten minute walk from the village, which is super convenient with the kids. The place is almost brand new, beds were really comfortable, kitchen was really well equipped with plenty of silverware/cookware and top of the line appliances; the wine/beer fridge came really handy for us as we were packing quite a bit with kids. Andrew greeted us at check-in and gave us a quick tour and tips for things to do and places to go. Great lcoation at the bottom of the hill, super close walk to the village. Staff was super helpful, our fridge was not working and they were able to bring another for us. Great communication. Super clean place, great wifi and TV.

Great place, enjoyed my stay. Everything's there to prep full meals and netflix/Crave/HBO all included! Very clean as well. Would go again!

The place is just as what I expect. The only issue I had is that the bulb is not working in the smaller bedroom. Other than that, everything is perfect. I also really like the design of its living room.

Overall it was a great stay. A few hiccups, ad listed salt pepper oil as included but they weren’t; was told they were no longer offered; so had to drive to the grocery store to get some. A few light bulbs were burnt out; and the mirror by front door entrance had fingerprints all over it (noticed as we checked in). It can get loud, depending who you get as a neighbour, there was a party on the unit below, loud music people being loud; Location is great, 5 min walk to the centre, the view is beautiful the unit itself it beautiful. I would book again, hopefully by then these small issues will be fixed

Excellent! Loved it would definitely book again! Positive: Beautiful, loved all the rooms and my kids loved the jet tub in the big bathroom! Loved that the kitchen had all the things we needed to cook Negative: Nothing really!

Was great. Positive: Very cozy and orderly Negative: Zero water pressure, it took 25 minutes to shower and 45 to fill the tub 1/4 full. Could have used more towels.
