Exactly as described. Lots of dishes, cutlery, and glass wear. Well equipped kitchen for cooking etc. Generally very clean and well kept. Rental rates are reflective of the dated bathroom & bedrooms, over all good value for a ski get-a-way. P.S. fireplace is off-limits. Master bedroom can be very warm at night, you need to mindful of the thermostat, keeping it at 68f when you go to sleep. Ceiling fan would be most helpful. I would rent again! Property Valet was excellent, very responsive and helpful when needed.

Great location to ski in and ski out as long as there is snow and confident in skiing green hills. Lots of space for adults and kids with 3 tvs. Be prepared for loading and unloading luggage/gear as there are lots of stairs especially if not on 1st floor. But still had a great stay.

We decided to go away last minute and the choice of condos was very limited....so we were able to easily book this one. First, the rental company is great. Excellent communication. The condo on the other hand is in desperate need of renovation. It is exactly how the other reviews described it. The carpet was so worn and old, same with the bathrooms and kitchen. It was sad as the layout and space is excellent but just too bad the owner has done nothing since it was built around 1999. The rental company has it has clean as possible but honestly, if you have allergies or are sensitive to smells, I would definitely stay away. We went to the store and bought some air fresheners and pinesol to try and freshen it up. Internet was ok. Location was great, close walking distance to the Village. Condo had some other issues that I messaged to management company but didn't effect us too much. But for the $$ you can definitely find something much, much better.....

We stayed at this property with our 10 years old daughter and our dog. We enjoyed the location, close enough to the village, but also separate enough for privacy and calm. the unit itself is in need of some renovation, in particular in the kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with basic needs, but you need to come prepared, if you intend to use the kitchen (e.g no oven mittens). While we stayed in the summer, easy access to slopes is apparent. the location is definitely great, and value for money is good. We enjoyed our time and we would stay here again.

When we arrived. The instructions were very clear and very much appreciated. When we arrived, the place was clean. Well presented an and felt like home immediately. The proximity to Blue Mountain village was great. A simple 15 min walk slowly and you’re there. We discussed booking again for a few times a year for getaways. I would definitely recommend staying here.

As other guests have noted, the unit is in need of a reno, however, it's perfectly fine. Just showing its age. Great location. Quick response on service. Conveniently located to everything. Would stay there again no problem.

it was a great place to stay for the weekend with family. Great view of the hills and far enough from the busy crowds. Property management was great to deal with.

We very much enjoyed our rental, it was clean, quit, great location and layout. My wife and I brought our dog with us, and we were all very comfortable. Could feel more busy with kids. Ski in- Ski-out, basically put on your skis beside building, and on the lift in about 45 seconds. Walk to village in about 5 minutes. On the down side, the carpet and paint are very tired. Fireplace doesn't work, TV's weren't really working, full of static, basically everything needs an upgrade but it was all very clean. As long as you accept it's priced appropriately, the location is outstanding and other factors you'll enjoy your stay.

The location and layout of this property is great. Truly ski in/out, lots of room and reasonably well appointed. A few things to note are that the property is a bit dated and could use an update. Also, there is no dryer available which can be a bit of a pain if you are there to ski and want to dry out wet clothes for the next day. Location is amazing and parking is very convenient.

The location is fantastic - direct ski in/out access to the hill. Great parking spots by the door and easy key code access. The units however are quite outdated and dirty, which was a bit disappointing. The bed sizes are also not as advertised.

I stayed here for a girls weekend and this property had everything we needed and more!! From check in to check out everything was great, only quick walk to the village but far enough away to not hear any noise. We will definitely be booking this property again!

Negative: Please check your coffee maker occasionally we found dead bugs in it when we were going to make coffee and of course I looked into it to rinse it and it was dead bugs inside the coffee maker on top where you put the filter

Great location, about a 10 min walk to the village. Very comfortable beds with fresh sheets. Great communication from the host. Plenty of pots, pans, and cutlery are available for use. Stains on carpets are to be expected but some spots in the bedroom looked like blood which can be offputting. Overall, we would recommend and stay again.

Almost as advertised. Right on the hill. Bright unit. Not the best of instructions and there is a $1000 fine if you use the fireplace so they really ought not list fireplace as an amenity. (We filtered our search by fireplace and we very disappointed that we could not use it.)

Excellent value and location for family getaway. Positive: Excellent location, excellent value, lots of added perks (full kitchen, spacious, balcony, smart tv). Negative: The add says sleeps 6 - in my opinion that’s a little bit overstated. There is a queen size bed in an open loft room and two double beds in a seperate room. no pull out couches etc.
