A wonderful stay with family and just what we needed. Close to the village and surrounded by a beautiful community. Being so close to the community pool was a huge bonus for our family. Would definitely stay again.

This unit was in a great location and our family had a great stay. The house is cozy and worked well for a family of 6 and two young kids. The management team for this listing communicated well but for the price this listing did lack quite a few details. There was no laundry at the house, a limited number of towels, not enough pots for cooking, no coffee pods or extras provided and the fireplace wasn't working properly. We still enjoyed our stay and would stay again but likely not at the rate we paid.

We have also reviewed the kitchen inventory following your feedback to ensure it is efficiently stocked with cookware. A Washer, dryer, and coffee are unfortunately not listed as an amenity and are not shown in the photos or description of the home. After your check out, our maintenance team inspected the fireplace and ensured the fan is in proper working order. If we are ever given the opportunity to host you again, our team can always stop by during your stay to assist with any issues, such as the fireplace fan. Beautiful, clean home. Really enjoyed our stay and was very relaxing coming to such a nice place after a full day of snowboarding. Had everything we needed and loved how there was an excess of plates and cups so we didnt have to worry about washing it in between, which, for a group of 7, would be a lot of work. Overall, very pleasant stay and check in and out was clear and simple.

We loved our stay there. Their place is beautiful, and super clean. The only issue is with the main floor washroom. The shower door doesn’t have a stopper to close properly and slams against the door. My son’s finger got badly injured. Caution to parents about that shower door.

The property was bigger than I expected from the photos, which was a nice surprise. It is on two levels with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs (along with open plan kitchen, dining area and living room). The master bedroom was huge (as was the ensuite bathroom). The whole place was very comfortable and modern. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved staying here! I’ve rented multiple airbnbs in blue over the years and this was the best one yet! The location, views, amenities with extremely comfortable beds! Would highly recommend this stay!!! Beautiful place!

We had a fabulous stay with 3 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space for us! The location was ideal, super close to the pool with a gorgeous view. Shaded deck, huge master suite and gorgeous kitchen. 2min drive to the village! Super quiet at night very restful. Highly recommend for any family.

Great property. It is my second time staying the that area and it didn't disappoint. ItItss very close to the village and access to the community pool was really nice. The unit itself is large with enough space to seat 8 people comfortably. Only some minor negatives, the unit was not equipped with any cleaning supplies beyond a broom (no pan) which made it difficult to clean up anything. There were also no basic cooking supplies in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, oil, spices, containers, foil etc. Overall though, fantastic experience and great weekend.

A great weekend away in Blue Mountain with a couple of friends. 5 of us in total, and the 3 bedroom chalet was the perfect size. The online description and photos were accurate and truthful, the place was spotless when we arrived and checkin was simple. I had a few questions before we arrived, and the host always replied very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

The Property was stunning. The Kitchen and Dining Room was tasteful. The bathrooms were very clean. The views were breathtaking. We were very disappointed that we requested an inventory for the kitchen as we planned a formal in-house dinner and upon arrival the items were not accounted for. There weren't enough wine glasses for each guest. Our husbands had to go to Walmart in Collingwood to purchase wine glasses for our dinner. We also requested an early check in so we could get ready and prep for our dinner which we were told may not be accommodated but they would let us know the day of. Check out is 11am, I would assume the condo does not require 5hrs of cleaning. We were there early hoping to get in but cleaning staff were inside. The cleaner did not leave till right at 4pm when we received the entry code. We understand early check in can't always be accommodated, but it appeared no effort was made to even get us in slightly earlier. But the overall experience was still great.

Felicia, thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you love this unit just as much as we do! The owners have done a beautiful job with the upgrades. We apologize for the mix-up with the inventory count. This is something that we do on an annual basis, however, we accidentally sent you a report from a prior year, which did not provide accurate numbers. We do our very best to accommodate early check ins (and late check outs!) We have a small team of cleaners that are scheduled throughout all of our units at the mountain. We send out codes absolutely as early as possible, but never later than 4pm. Rest assured, we try to accommodate all requests that come in from our guests! Sometimes, due to availability and staff schedules, we are not able to, particularly when units are being turned over for incoming guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Blue again!

Such a great apartment, in a lovely location. We were 5 people: two couples and one small kid (5). Perfect for that size party - but fine for one or two more. Really well maintained house, great condition, all the dishes and cooking kit you could want and lots of the basics provided. We’d be happy to stay here again, located close to the village, walkable to the slopes and within reach of other attractions by car. Thanks, we loved it. Benjamin can’t wait to return to Canada!

Such a beautiful property in a stunning complex with everything you could need. Check-in was flawless, communication was very quick/helpful and the home itself was clean and very well set-up. we loved using the community pool and having such easy access to Blue Mountain village, which was only a 15 minute walk through a pedestrian walkway. Highly recommend!

Fabulous place ! Property was very well kept and maintained. We all liked property’s rustic look that gave all Of us a cozy feeling! Property has everything that was needed, however kitchen pots can be changed since they were not in great condition. Host was very quick in communication. We had a problem of noise from the unit on ground floor which was taken care of really quick ! The property was close to blue mountains, a nice small walk to get to blue Mountain village and weather was making it even better ! Overall.. it was very nice stay!

The place is really beautiful with nice bathrooms and a great kitchen. The property management team responded very quickly to our texts and even popped by with a little goodie bag of treats! The wifi was very reliable and the TV worked well. My biggest complaint is that we were allergic to the couch. We were just exploring the pullout bed, so we pulled it out to see if it was comfortable. The mattress was dirty and smelled kind of weird. After we put it away, we all started sneezing for days afterward. I think we released whatever dust and dander was in that mattress into the air.

Great stay at this spacious condo in great location. Bedrooms were big, beds comfy, very clean, and check in process was easy. Heating was bit tricky with most of furnace heat going upstairs and main floor bedroom being chillier at night but not sure much can be done about that. The porch and steps to condo were shovelled and salted on our arrival in winter storm which was great and made lugging our things to the unit easier. Would stay here again. One thing to improve on is kitchen could have used oven mits/pot holders.

Positive: Excellent size rooms and well equipped Negative: Not a clear detailed list of kitchen supplies, if bedding pillows were supplied etc An attachment to rental agreement would be helpful with above details. Too much text/email communication with property company literally twice a day for a week. Gets lost Communication with all details and information on 1 email is preferred.

Great space for families - specifically the open dining area! Corner unit has a great view of the ski slopes and is a good 15 min walk to the village. Kitchen is well-equipped and made cooking/dining in very enjoyable during our stay!

Positive: Perfect in all sense

The location is great, and the whole area is very quiet. The house has a smart layout that works for a relatively big group (6 people in our case). The host team was responsive, but the information provided was minimum. For example, the pool needs to be reserved ahead of time for a max of one hour use. This information was not provided ahead of time, and the spots were fully booked for the day when we tried to book It. We were also provided a wrong door code on top of the room not being available on time. It was stressful to communicate with staff members on the phone while my whole family was stuck outside in the heat. There were two rolls of toilet paper and barely enough hand soap for the entire 5 days. Garbage bags were not on sight and were brought over to us upon request. Other details may not be relevant to everyone, but definitely bring enough hand soap and toilet paper with you just in case. On the positive side, our kids Loved their room with two beds and thoroughly enjoyed the activities nearby.

Our group really enjoyed the stay. Beautiful location and inside of house. However, I found the communication to be lacking, our check in was late, cleaners were late, shower door was broken and couldn’t be fixed. They mentioned they would drop off a gift card and bottle of wine for the inconvenience which never happened.
