No complaints! The bathrooms were a little dated, but clean! Kitchen was well equipped. Kids loved the bunk beds, adults loved the sauna. We would stay again, and we do recommend. Great communication from the hosts!

Great place! Some trouble with the grill but they sent someone over right away to help. Very responsive hosts. Would recommend! Note for folks who want to sleep in past dawn: bring an eyeshade if they are sleeping in the east facing master bedroom. Lovely space, but the light comes in strong through the light curtains.

Great location 5 mins walk from the village. Even though it's so close to the busy village you still get the peace and quite you are looking for. Everything was clean and well organized. we had a great night sleep, the beds were very comfortable.

We are so happy with this rental. By far this is the BEST rental that I've been to. Responsive team and instructions are clear. Super clean and has all the necessities. The location is really close to the Village too. My favourite part of the trip is we are able to have an early and late night walk around the Village. We really appreciate and enjoyed Blue Mountain this time cause we are not stressed out if we can't find a parking spot,since we can just walk. ? Overall, I highly recommended this rental.

My children woke us up around 10PM because they felt bugs crawling on them. We inspected and saw over 20 visible bugs on the beds and dressers in 2 of 3 bedrooms. We sent pictures and videos, and were told those were ants and they would bring traps the next day. Our stay was only 2 nights and traps take 48 hrs to work. We informed that we would leave in the morning as no one could sleep in those rooms. We assumed that the PV Team would take accountability for the predicament they put us in and refund us 1 night due to: 1. The inconvenience 2. The fact that we are repeat customers 3. We spent $1200 for only 2 nights. To our surprise, this was refused by the PV Team (as per Airbnb). They offered to only return the $225 cleaning fee instead. This was disappointing and a bad example of customer service, especially for $1200 for 2 nights. So far two negative stays with this host. Lesson learned, there are many other hosts with high end units available. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

As we are located in a more rural area, we understand that our housekeeping team need to always be on the lookout for any bugs or insects in units. Upon your checkout, we completed a thorough review of the townhome with our internal Team and identified no issues. After our internal review of the home, we contacted a pest control professional who attended the home and confirmed no evidence of any activity at the time of service and completed a preventative treatment. We are happy to report that since your stay, we have successfully hosted multiple groups without incident. In regards to the compensation offered, as you are aware your situation was escalated to Airbnb and our offer of compensation reflects their guidance and is in line with our policies and procedures regarding Guest refunds. We apologize that this was not satisfatory. Please understand that we do not wish to discredit your experience at our property. With that said, after review of our pre-checkin procedures and the post checkout review completed by our team and professional contractor, we feel that we have done our due diligence in this matter. We will continue to monitor this property very closely to ensure no further incidents. We thank you for your feedback Francis.

Our family of 6 stayed for 3 nights near the end of June. The crowds in the Blue Mountains were minimal, the weather was great, and the house was very comfortable and spacious fitting our four kids and two adults. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this cottage for a girls weekend and it was a great fit for us! The cottage looked exactly as pictured and was nice and clean when we checked in. All 6 girls had plenty of room to hang out with each other and everyone got their own bed, which was a huge bonus. PV team was responsive with every question I had up to the day of check in and during our stay. The only con was not having flexible check in time for our stay, 4pm seemed a little late to be able to check in to our accommodation but everything else was great!

This property suited most of our needs. It was fairly close to the village (about an 8 minute walk) and was very clean and cozy. Some negatives about the place was the Primary suite and it's exposure to the loft ceilings in the living room. If anyone turned on lights at night, it lit up the entire bedroom. Blackout curtains are desperately needed. Also doors are very squeaky and need some WD40. The foozeball table was super fun for our family stay and the living spaces were big enough for the 8 of us. Overall, a great place to stay at Blue!

Wintergreen is a very nice place. It is on the 2nd and 3rd floors so there is a long staircase as soon as you enter. It’s not an issue unless someone is mobility challenged. It is nice that when you come in on the ground floor, a heater comes on and there is a large closet for ski stuff there too. We were 7 adults and a small dog and the place never felt crowded although any more people might have changed that. There was enough seating for everyone including a large sectional couch. The bedrooms were on the 3rd floor and were nice. There is a bathroom in the main bedroom and another for the other 2 bedrooms to share. The sauna works great but it is located inside the main bedroom so late night saunas will only work if the people using the main bedroom aren’t already sleeping. We took a plug in night light for the upstairs hallway which was very helpful for the older folks using the bathroom at night. Overall it is a really nice place. Easy walk to the village and parking was heavily enforced which was great as it keeps the spots available for the home owners/renters. We had one small issue but it was taken care of very quickly through texting our concierge. I also got a phone call the day after I left from an Operations Manager which was a nice touch. Professionally run operation and we would certainly go back.

A great place to stay for our family and another family. All the kids took the bunk beds whilst the parents were able to have their own space. Great living room and although the kitchen was a tad bit small, it was great for us. It was also nice to have the sauna to warm up in.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully maintained and ideally located property. A few minutes walk to the village. Backs onto Monterra golf course. This is a perfect location if you want to live close to the village, its 5 min walk. It has a view of the mountain and golf course. The unit was very clean, ample kitchenware, 2 tvs on the main floor. My family certainly liked using the sauna on the 2nd floor. Overall the unit is very nice and walking distance to the village. However the propane tank for the BBQ was not refilled, and the unit only has 2.5 baths when being advertised as 3. Would stay again if inconveniences were resolved.

We had a short. It sweet visit the end of June. The unit was spacious, spotless and in the perfect location! There’s plenty of room for a large family and 2 balconies too! We highly recommend anyone planning to book it. It was so quiet at night! Will not disappoint!

The Wintergreen property is fantastic. It is located across from the Blue Mountain Village approximately a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the comfy sofa, two balconies and that there were two TVs on the main floor. Our stay had everything we needed including toiletries, towels, linens and extra TP and paper towels. The master bedroom has a sauna which was a bonus. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this place to anyone. The communication of the hosts was always prompt, detailed and great. Would definitely not hesitate to book again!

Place was great! The pictures DO NOT do it justice. Your trip is going to be great knowing you have a clean spacious place to go back to. Village is like 5 mins walk or less. Dance Competition is like 10 min walk to the Blue Mountain inn. Recommend 100%

The place was great for my family to celebrate New Year in Blue Mountains. We have a 14 month old. It’s close to the village yet it’s quiet. The team is extremely responsive to any questions and concerns. The place is clean. We used sauna as well which was great after skiing.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay with specific callouts to the cleanliness and coordination we experienced from our hosts. Even though ski season had not started, there was plenty to do with various amenities and the location being a couple minutes walk from Blue Mountain village. Would for sure stay here again!

Had a great stay. Great distance to the village. Company was very communicative. Unit was as-advertised with lots of room for 6 of us. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels. Very comfy couch. There was still a bit of dirt on the floor when we arrived, only reason to give 4 stars there.

This unit was in a fantastic location and had a great space for socializing. The unit was clean and had all basic amenities, including a few board games and an air hockey table (not in photos). Keypad lock and communication from Property Valet made the check-in process easy. We would stay here again!

There is a large living room for hang outs along with a fully stocked kitchen and dining room. This unit has 2 balconies and a BBQ. The bedrooms were comfortable and the rooms were clean. This property was a short walk to the village but far enough away so it was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay here!

We had a great time staying here. It was so easy to check in. It was also super easy to walk to and from the village. The bedrooms were exactly as described. The dining room and living room were bigger than expected. There was also an air hockey table which was a surprise. We enjoyed having the two balconies and could base which one to use depending on weather. Overall, a great place and I would stay here again.

Stayed for 5 days over March break at this property. Location is great, right across the main village parking lot. The boot and equipment storage in the front entrance is so convenient when coming off the slopes. Lots of space over 2 floors, we were two families with 4 kids in total and everyone had plenty of space. Beds were comfy, kids slept well in the double bunk room. Kitchen has enough basics needed for the stay, utensils and serving ware for 8 people exactly.

We loved our stay! The place was bigger than expected and is a short walk to the village. Check-in was easy. Kitchen could be a little better stocked with dinnerware, there aren’t enough coffee mugs for eight people. But other than that would definitely recommend!

incredible stay. communication was quick and easy. check in was flawless- pay attention the number and not just the address ????lol. it really is walking distance to the right side of the resort (about 5 minutes). plenty of parking- 2 passes are provided (we had 4 trucks) we parked the other 2 on the next road the first night then left them by our unit for the second. we didn't come across any issues. the place was very clean upon arrival, super spacious (besides the kitchen, that's a 1 person occupancy). a very accommodating unit with towels, extra blankets, lots of throw pillows, kitchen fully stocked with supplies (byof obviously). I suggest you bring plates with you if you need more than 8, an extra hand towel or 2 for kitchen and downstairs bathroom. the place can easily hold 3 queen air mattresses and a single if extra sleeping was needed

I have no complain except their miscommunication and misplacement of the parking permits that caused me a $50 ticket. We finally found the permits in the drawers not in the binder. The host did not accept to pay the ticket. I was disappointed.

We were a group of 6 adults and 2 infants staying here and overall the experience was good. The location of the place was great and only a few mins walk to the village. The space was roomy and comfortable for us and communication with property management was excellent. We were given plenty of towels and bedding and check in was a breeze. Shampoo, conditioner and soap was also provided. There were some areas that could have been improved through. The unit is listed as having AC however only the main floor where the living room and kitchen is actually has AC. The bedrooms located upstairs did not. There is an air exchanger that pulls some cool air from the main floor into the bedrooms but not enough to cool the rooms to a comfortable temp when it was 30+ deg outside. The unit could have been cleaned better. There was some garbage throughout the unit when we arrived. I brought my own lysol wipes and wiped down door handles, light switches and railings and the wipes were very dirty after wiping, particular after wiping the railings inside. The BBQ also did not work as the ignitor didn't light up. The unit is rated for a capacity of 8 but needs more plates, coffee mugs and utensils. We were only left with one Keurig coffee pod which isn't a big deal as we brought our own coffee but we found it funny to be left with only 1 pod. Aside from the above the rest of the stay was enjoyable and we would recommend others to stay.

Where to begin… The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. The day of our arrival we were told we would be given the check-in information prior to our check-in time. We did not receive anything for over 2 hours past our check-in time. We had to wait our front of the unit trying to call someone (one number we were given is not a local number and we couldn’t get through and another straight up told us they didn’t know what to do). Finally, after hours, we were given a code for the door which we tried and didn’t work. After dealing with yet another customer service representative on the phone, they finally opened the door remotely. This was almost 3 hours after our check-in time. When in the unit, we realized the air conditioning did not work. We told the manager of this and asked for someone to come take a look at it and was told that no one could come until the day we were checking out. We had to live and sleep in 85 degree heat. Overall, this was a terrible experience and would not recommend staying with this company at all.
