They were incredibly responsive, when our remote ran out of batteries they were at the unit within 30 mins to replace them which was great. The unit was spotless and exactly like the photos. The perfect amount of space for a weekend or weeklong getaway

Très beau condo. Nous étions une famille de trois enfants et l’espace était suffisant. Parfait pour rayonner autour de Collingwood : Wasagabeach, Sauble beach et péninsule de Bruce. L’arrivée a été un peu compliquée en raison de la présence de deux boites cadenas et d’une confusion d’adresse mais l’hôte a répondu assez vite un soir de fin de semaine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

An absolute gem Positive: Outstandingly peaceful location, despite nearby building works; someone really went to town sound-proofing this place. The cleanliness was far beyond expectations. Apart from a very little sand in the lint catcher in the dryer, this place was immaculate (and to be frank I think needs a thin attachment to reach the sand which our hosts cleaning service may not carry as standard). Everything was fresh-smelling and gleaming. Communication was excellent. The supply of the single biggest bottle of all in one laundry liquid detergent I have ever seen in my life was extremely appreciated. Everything you could possibly need is here and thoughtfully supplied in as-new condition. Beds were a delight. Water pressure perfection in the shower. Even the artwork and books were just lovely. I will 100% stay here again without any hesitation. Negative: NOT the hosts fault but be aware there is no lift or ramp to the first level and a decent little lintel to step over; if you have mobility concerns best to let them know. Shower is a step in bath so again if you are facing a mobility issue this will not be accessible. I may simply have over looked it but a decent fan would be amazing in there; it got humid really quickly and there was no way to circulate the air. We would have liked to helped air it better after we cooked too.

I stayed here with my family for a ski weekend and the place was conveniently located to get to the Blue. The property accommodated our dog as well which was great. PV team were responsive to my questions. The place had comfortable beds and the heated floors in the bathroom was a great feature. Overall, our stay was great! Thank you.

I was quite happy with the location and the property. However I found the communication not clear and the fact that there were mouse droppings in the kitchen made me uncomfortable. Also the smell of wet dog in the bathroom was really strong (dirty vacuum cleaner)

Second time staying in this unit, and stayed for almost two months as a travel nurse and absolutely loved it. Clean and looks like the pictures, responsive and HEATED. FLOORS. The only reason I left is because it was booked over the holidays. 10/10 would recommend this unit, but would recommend this management team in general.

Good deal for a short stay. Initially I booked for 5 people but due to last minute drop out ended up to be there with 3 including a child. I feel it’s small for 5 guests. The appliances, TV, sound system is good. The communication was good. Location is nice and surrounded by trees and nearby stores for quick purchases. I would recommend for a short weekend trip. Thanks for all the support during my stay.

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 kids (3 and 1) This was our first over night trip with the kids so we chose this property because the 2 rooms were just separated with a sliding door. My 3 year old loved the bunk beds and we had my one year old in her play pen in the other room. Also great because we didn’t have to worry about any stairs. They unit was nice and clean and had everything you could possibly need. Good location as well, close to everything. Communication was also great, any questions were answered really quickly. We would book again.

Nice place. Exactly as described. Super close to Blue Mountain. Area fealt safe, and property was well lit at night. Communication from third party property manager was clear and punctual. I did feel a little uncomfortable with the pre-check-in process. Property manager emailed a link to an external site, and part of the info it asks for is a scan of driver's license or passport. My age has already been verified on AirBnb, and asking for this is against AirBnb policy. I contacted the property manager to explain this. They said I could cover all info except for photo and DOB. I still wasn't super comfortable supplying this on some site that I know nothing about, with all of the data breaches these days. But, I felt I didn't have a choice, as I would probably lose the booking if I refused. So, I reluctantly did it. Otherwise, the stay was great.

We apologize if there was any confusion or frustration through the check in process. We verify the name on the credit card used for booking by cross referencing the booker’s ID. This is done strictly for security purposes. If we have the opportunity to welcome you back again, we can always offer an in-person check in, as an alternative. We understand not everyone is comfortable with online sites so we will find a way to keep the reservation secure that works for all parties! We hope to host you again!

The place the great...exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed...the kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils etc we needed, everything was spotless and the layout was great. Fantastic location close to both downtown Collingwood as well as Blue Mountain. Very responsive host who helped us with whatever we needed. Plus it is pet friendly which our dog appreciated!

If you are coming to Collingwood to get away or to go skiing, alone, for a romantic getaway or with a group of close friends, look no further, this is the place for you! Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us and gave such easy and informative instructions for our stay. They were so fast with responses when we had questions when we arrived and overall made it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The space is bigger than it looks in pictures. When we arrived, it was spotlessly clean and we had everything tool we needed to cook meals. Very cozy and beautiful. So close to shops and Blue Mountain, quiet and peaceful location. Great location and very clean unit. However, the beds were super uncomfortable. Also, we could not find a vacuum cleaner or mop in the unit - we were constantly walking in from all the snow and salt and could not clean up properly. We messaged the host/manager but did not get a response. Overall though, it was not too bad.

Well-managed property with timely check-in, clean, and there was timely and friendly communication from management. Property was as it looked in the photos, and kitchen was good , Laundry was very convenient, and everything was functioning. Location was a convenient: a ~10 minute drive to Blue Mountain village and a ~5 minute drive to grocery stores. Only constructive criticism is that the bed isn’t great (doesn’t provide much support) and pillows are not particularly comfortable. Overall, would recommend.

This is our second time staying with Propertyvalet this year, we had a great time at Blue Mountain with our furry baby. The door code was provided at the very last minute, as we like to plan ahead just in case the cell phone battery or service is down, little nervous though they may have forgotten us. The location and security is great, however the cleaner needs to pay more attention to the bedding needing a proper cleaning, also found one broken wine glass and couple chipped plates. Free dog treats were provided, making us feel welcoming.

place is nice and in great location. but to be honest having to wait to check in because the cleaners are making sure it's ready for ur arrival .. but when u arrive n have to clean for a couple hrs makes me wonder why the cleaning fees and all these other fees aren't included in the price. or atleast should be a flat rate depending on the budget.crazy amount of dog hair on the couches.. under the beds n couches haven't been cleaned in what looked like months.. caked on dust on pretty much everything but the common used things. brought up the issue and got some money back but was told If I didn't extend for 2 extra days then I wouldn't get my refund of around 100 after spending almost 1000. place is nice.. price not much. customer service is somewhat ok.. in the end.. wasn't as happy as I was when I was booking.

Immaculate - just small tiny issues (messy outside front door). Not enough blankets for 5 people. Didn’t find tea/coffee (but that’s always challenging to figure out). Didn’t realize it was on the second floor which has its pro/cons. Bit of a walk to the place - a problem if bringing lots of stuff (luggage, food, camping equipment).

Absolutely charming place to stay, with a perfect description on the Airbnb web site. Kitchen is fully stocked with all we needed to cook. Beds were very comfortable and the large bathroom (with a clothes washer/drier) was a welcome clean-up place after a day at the beach. Check in and out were well described and easy to follow. Place is super close to a Tesla super charger and a host of restaurants and grocery stores. Just a great place for a family getaway!

The place was clean, towels were provided. Large queen bed in one room, double/single bunk bed in second room (we didn’t use). Large, bright bathroom, modern tub. Everything was perfect except it was listed as being on floor 1 and it was on the second floor - steps required to access it. Fine for us but not for someone with disability.

This was an amazing find to spend the long weekend with my family. So close to downtown and great places to eat. 10min drive to blue mountain village and close to trails for our morning walks. The communication with the host was excellent, I really appreciate they could accommodate an early check-in so we had a place to stretch and wait better weather to enjoy the city. This place is the perfect spot for a family and we will definitely be coming back.

The place was very clean. It was close to the all the amenties, including Blue Mountain. The place was easy to find. Would rent again when in the area.

The place is almost exactly as the description/pictures show. Very clean and spacious. Salt/pepper, sugar, coffee for the keurig, etc was available to use. No issues with the unit while we were there. There is a dedicated parking spot (wasn't initially clear in the instructions from Property Valet). The walls are pretty thin....we mostly had no issues with anyone else in the building except the last night. One of the units around us was loud and played loud music until about 11pm. Im not sure i would ever book with this property management company again. I liked that they texted for communication for check in/out while we were there. but they called me before 8am on check in day to confirm some info. It really put me off.

Great!!! We stayed here as a couple for a week. Such a very well equipped kitchen, large bathroom and lots of space for storage. Great location, lots of walking trails around and a short drive to the ski hill. Very clean and great communication throughout the whole process.

This place was good for a short stay. The hosts were very responsive. Kitchen could have been better stocked for cooking. The heated floors in the bathroom stopped working early into the trip.

I was really disappointed in the wifi in this unit, 2 days without access to TV and working at home was impossible. I reported the problem and it still wasn't fixed. The location was great, the unit was well appointed and exactly like published.

Belle endroit tranquille. En famille la cuisine est nécessaire et une laveuse, sécheuse . Il faut apporter sont matériels de lavage . Le point négatif pas de balais ou aspirateur pour ramasser par terre . Après une semaine avec des enfants le plancher était sale . Autre chose c'est la ville de collingwood aucun recyclage tout va dans la poubelle . Si vous rester pour un long séjour prévoyez l'achat de sac à poubelle ,papier de toillettes. Dans notre cas il y avait seulement 1 sac a poubelle ,4 rouleau de papier de toillettes, 3 pastilles lave vaisselles. Pour 9 nuit et 4 personnes. C'est certains nous avons laisser ce qui restait de nos achats sur place . Pour l'emplacement, près des épiceries,magasins et restaurants.( en voiture) . 30 minutes de wasaga beach. 10 minutes de blue moutain. 5 minutes du centre-ville. Nous avons bien aimer notre séjour.

The unit was in a convenient location for us - it was close to the Main Street where the Tesla superchargers are, which was a big plus for us. Overall the unit was very clean (except for the washing machine) and all the amenities were there. Unfortunately the wi-fi was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay due to the lack of communication from the property management team. We couldn’t get any information on when the technician was scheduled to visit the property and were not informed that we needed to let the technician in. At the end of the night we found out that we had apparently missed the technician twice while we were out. If it had not been for the wi-fi issues, I think our stay would have been 5/5.
