We had a great stay :) Our kids loved it so much there they didn't want to leave the chalet. And the PV Team were very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. We just love it up there in Blue Mountain. Beautiful scenery and we love the Village with all the fun activities to do and all the stores and restaurants. A great place for our vacation.

Overall it was a good stay. There could have been some improvements with small detail. Ie. the Internet access was via QR code which can't be accessed without data. There was nothing in the room /QR code about hotub/ pool hours or if it was open. Would have loved a trail map and checkout instructions on the room. Location was great and it was priced well so we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here for a week during March break. There was lots of space, the kitchen was fantastic for making all of our meals, perfect to have the laundry as well. Loved being able to walk just to the ski hill and put on our skis and head out for the day. Stay here again, next winter!

The place was great for skiing or snowboarding with the mountain right behind you, the inside was nice but had a few issues like the baseboard heater in the bathroom not being attached to the wall and the fireplace not working. But overall it was a great stay and matches the pictures of the place perfectly. Would recommend

My children and I have been to Blue Mountain a few times and always choose to stay in this property. The units are well-equipped, the mgmt. is very communicative and responsive and the location is fantastic. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a ski getaway with young kids.

The property was perfect for a girls weekend away. Close to the village, within walking distance if not wanting to drive when going out. Clean on arrival and lots of guest parking. I would definitely recommend as a place to stay if looking to enjoy the Blue Mountain area.

Overall a cozy lodge in a great location close to the village. A couple things to note: there is no washing detergent for the washer and drier there were noticeable stains on the couches and crumbs left in the sofa bed the hot tub hours are 9am-9pm, a miscommunication from the hosts as they said we had until 11 pm.

We were 6 adult guests. The condo did not disappoint. It was small in square footage for 6 adults but we knew that going in. The kitchen was well stocked. We prepared all of our meals here, and were able to anticipate most of what we need based on the list that we were given. The dishwasher does a mediocre job so we did most of our dishwashing by hand. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bedding was sufficient for six adults. Parking was more than adequate and is on a first come first serve basis. We had three cars between the six of us in the unit and had no problem finding close by parking. The host was extremely responsive to any of our requests and communication was quick and prompt. I would definitely stay at this condo again. We were very pleased with the accommodation and the response that we got from the valet company.

Unit was good for our needs, acted as a base for exploration in and around Collingwood. Unit was for the most part clean with the exception of the oven which needs a really good cleaning (we are strange I guess, we expect to use the kitchen fully rather than go to restaurants). Communications were great and staff from Property Valet responded quickly to our needs. Beds were comfortable and unit was quiet. Views were beautiful as promised.

What a great stay we had here! When the first unit we were in had a wasp issue on the outside, Property Valet was quick to have someone come and assess the situation. When it could not be resolved immediately, we were transferred to a different room within the hour (and it was an upgrade!). The grounds were nice and tidy and very close to the village. The unit had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable. Would come again! Thank you!

Walking the Bruce trail and this was a very comfortable stay Positive: location and the amenities that we needed were great. Having the insuite laundry is always a nice feature. 2 bathrooms is also a great plus in a suite Negative: What we didnt like was the fact that we received at least a dozen emails or notifications on the stay that at many of them expected and answer.

Great place to stay for skiing and snowboarding. Can ski on off the Mountain till 330. Place was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you need. Kitchen had everything for cooking and even had a new coffee maker. Plan to pee sitting down as the toilet seats don’t stay up.

convenient location but quite DISAPPOINTED. Won’t come again. No cooking oil, although it was listed as provided, they should mention they don’t provide cooking oil anymore due to COVID. We have had unstable hot water issues during our whole stay. the water suddenly turn cold during my friend’s shower and she was still covered in soap. The rest two of us didn’t take the shower at all on the first night. the maintenance came in the next morning and didn’t find any physical problems so we don’t know why is this happening. The hot water only works perfectly in our 1/3 nights. The management has no intentions to help, just keep telling me as per checking, no hot water issues were found in our unit, hot water boiler is working fine and told us to follow instructions given by the maintenance. then stop replying. We have been given instructions to have a 20 min gap for every 10 min shower. Honestly, I think 10 minutes showers are below average if you want to wash your hair.

Thank you Anthea for the feedback. We have removed the cooking oil from the listing. As detailed with you by our master plumber, this unit has an on demand hot water tank. We get it's disappointing when a shower runs cold, but your timing of your showers is a bit exaggerated. Excessive long showers back to back will cause the hot water to run cold. We hope you were still able to enjoy your stay!

Positive: Booking was easy, check-in was given a bit earlier then expected which was nice as we had a 4:30 tee time. Nice to have two bathrooms for four of us. Only complaint would be the tv in upstairs loft didn't work but not a huge deal so we didn't message about it. All in all would stay here again! Negative: Had a great family vacation! Condo was comfortable and great location, no problems at all and communication was great.

The heaters should be updated in order to better heat the whole place. They are really really loud and do a poor job heating. We came into the cottage at 50 degrees Fahrenheit and it took more than 2 hours for the temperature to reach 70. We had 2 babies and kept them in 1 room until the place heated up. Not a great first impression. This should have been inspected before the guests arrived and heated for comfort. Beds are really high and not kids friendly. Very easy to fall off them. There was also no cooking oil. We had to run to the store to buy. We also inquired for a earlier check in due to having very small babies and far travel. The property management had no desire to even try and help a family out. The check in was actually late and we got a response at 4:15 for a 4:00 check in. Having a middle “person” such property management and plus paying airbnb fees is really not worth it. They are not personal and do not go above and beyond to make you feel like you want to come back to the place. They strictly follow their policies. We had a lot better experience renting from owners themselves and being welcomed properly. We did leave them great reviews because they deserved it. Lesson learned.

Excellent location and good communication from Property Management company. Timely responses and very helpful when we had an unexpected development and Ashley and the owner accommodated our request - so, thank you, Ashley! I really liked the layout of the unit and the loft style bedroom. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Lots of hot water in the showers. And, great to have laundry facilities when you are skiing daily. Unfortunately, the unit did not meet my standard of cleanliness. There was black mold in the bathroom shower in the loft and the L/room furniture needs to be replaced. Also, it took us days to figure out the heating system, which was far too noisy. We did not sleep because of the noise from the in-room heaters and the clanging of the electric heaters at night.

Intermediate/advanced skiers can ski in/out but need to drive into the village for beginners. A doable walk to the village for adults, but not for kids. Quiet area, simple suit with everything we needed for the week. Enjoyed the trail behind the complex.
