Bienvenue aux chalets Blue View, idéal pour toutes les saisons ! Ce magnifique chalet offre l'espace idéal pour 10 personnes et est idéalement situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied du village de Blue Mountain. Situé en face du parcours de golf primé de Monterra. Avec les autres chalets Blue View, le Vista a été construit dans un style chalet de ski classique avec une cuisine ouverte, un salon et une salle à manger au dernier étage et une vue imprenable sur la piste de ski depuis le balcon et le jacuzzi.

L'espace

Savourez votre café tôt le matin ou votre verre de vin tard le soir tout en regardant le magnifique coucher de soleil sur les montagnes. Rendez-vous à la piscine saisonnière en été pour nager avec les enfants ou profitez du jacuzzi extérieur privé. Ce chalet est l'escapade idéale pour toute famille ou amis souhaitant profiter de ce que les Blue Mountains ont à offrir en toute saison.

Cuisine :

La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont tous au même niveau, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour les familles et les amis pour dîner et se détendre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, y compris tous les couverts et ustensiles ainsi qu'une cafetière Keurig, des ustensiles de barbecue et plus encore. Tout ce que vous devez apporter, c'est votre nourriture et vos assaisonnements !

Salle à manger et salon :

Une table pour 8 personnes (pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes) dans la salle à manger offrira des sièges confortables à votre groupe pendant le dîner et les réceptions. Réchauffez-vous près du foyer au gaz en bonne compagnie après une journée passée sur les collines ou pendant ces fraîches nuits d'été.

Chambres :

Ce chalet dispose de 4 chambres. Deux chambres ont chacune un lit queen-size. La troisième chambre a deux lits simples superposés. La quatrième chambre a deux lits simples. Chaque lit est équipé de draps blancs, de couettes et de taies d'oreiller lavés dans le commerce. Des serviettes fraîchement nettoyées seront placées à chaque chevet.

**Le propriétaire n'autorise que deux petits chiens OU un grand chien. Une autorisation est requise avant l'arrivée. Les animaux doivent être propres et bien élevés. Vous devez ramasser les déjections de vos animaux.

**Votre séjour comprend 4 places de stationnement sur notre propriété. Veuillez utiliser les places marquées du numéro correspondant à votre chalet (par exemple, les clients d'Aurora peuvent se garer dans les places marquées #1). Un parking supplémentaire est disponible, mais il est attribué selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi.

La piscine :

La piscine sera ouverte cet été, mais nous imposerons certaines règles comme suit :

• Le nombre maximum de personnes dans la piscine sera limité à 20 à tout moment

• Premier arrivé, premier servi

• Les clients peuvent utiliser la piscine pendant un maximum de 2 heures à tout moment, à moins qu'il n'y ait

aucun autre client qui attend pour utiliser la piscine

• Aucun animal n'est autorisé dans la piscine, les jacuzzis ou les hammams.

• Nous demandons à tous les clients qui prévoient d'utiliser la piscine d'apporter leurs propres serviettes.

Fabulous place to stay with family. The kitchen is massive. The fact that it’s 3 levels means a big group can have some privacy from each other. The hot tub is the best feature. Having 3 bathrooms was amazing. There is plenty of parking. The check in was so easy and the place was spotless. Would definitely recommend staying here and would rent again 100%.

The house was exactly as described, spacious and well laid out for a group get away. Hosts were responsive and proactive letting us know of any issues upon arrival and were proactive taking care of said issues. Furniture / bedding were clean and comfortable . Only thing we were lacking was a mop and broom for entrance to reduce water from winter weather tracking in through the entry . Overall great hosts and stay!

Too many things make my family and friends unhappy. The oven also did not prepare and check the gas for us in advance, the hot tub did not work, …… sorry for being so disappointed.

Absolutely perfect place and exactly as advertised. 5 minute drive to the hill. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. It was great having the hot tub after a ski day. It was just the four of us (me, wife and two boys) but the place can fit comfortably more people as advertised (heck there Re two fridges). Highly recommend!

The location is perfect as it's only a 15 minute walk to the village. The host were responsive and check-in was very smooth. Definitely would consider booking for future ski trips.

The chalet was in a great location, definitely a big enough space for 10 people. Close enough to the mountain but far enough to have privacy. The 2 fridges were convenient. The place was definitely quickly cleaned before we arrived. The bottom of our socks were grey after walking around the floor. Would suggest bringing your slippers! The hot tub was nice to have! Very minimal utensils if you are cooking, might want to bring some of your own aswell. The garbage disposal was very conveniently close by.

Extremely Disappointed in pool hours for the summer. Three children so our family is up early. 10:30-open time and close time very early for summer. Had bbq with family to celebrate birthdays 5:30-6:30 made the switch to the pool and it closed at 7pm. That relaxing feeling of the sun and pool from 9-10:30am and even 7pm to 8:30pm with sun still shining was missed and not satisfied. However management responded promptly. Not fan in kitchen very hot even with windows open. No screen doors for porch so flow of air was very limited. Space was great, rooms and bathroom clean. Great location.

Our Operations Manager is the only member of staff who is authorized to open and close the pool so the pool hours are aligned with our staff’s hours. There is also a period of time required each morning to clean, chemically balance, and vacuum the pool. We would love to keep the pool open as long as possible for our guests, however, we are working within the framework of the town bylaws and regulations set per the health department. We love to hear you enjoyed the space, were pleased with cleanliness and enjoyed the proximity to the Village and all the area has to offer. Overall we all had a great time. One suggestion is a roku TV stick on all TVs. The cable in the upstairs tv was spotty. But besides that my nephews and niece had a fun time in the bunk bed room. The cottage was clean and easy to keep clean while using the property. The garbage collection is right in the complex with large collection bins. Blue mountain was actually a 3-5 minute drive which was convenient and awesome. Would book again.

Spacious and clean! Loved the hot tub. Could have used a few more towels. Typical rental kitchen without absolutely everything so we needed to adapt. We were two families spending the week at Blue Mountain. Not quite close enough to walk but we didn't mind the quick drive to the Inn Parking Lot. Texting with the management company was super easy. Hope to be back again!

Not the best experience

Hello, The place overall was somewhat clean, kitchen utensils were all over the place, sticky, not washed properly. We had to wipe the place down quite a bit and the floors were not clean. There was a strange scent in the lower floors. So, overall cleanliness was a huge issue. Our bbq was very dirty and when we turned it on, within 5 mins, there was a flame and we had to use fire extinguishers. And so it was not clean and there was food in it. They cleaned it the next day. The pool broke down, not their fault, but it really impacts your experience when there are too many things that led to a disappointment. The location is great and good for accommodating big groups, but there are improvements needed.

Nice chalet, nice rooms and space for 2 families and dogs. Not an easy walk to village - need to drive. Kitchen is nice but minimally equipped/stocked (dish towels, paper towels, serving dishes).

Check in, location and value were great! The hot tub was a real selling feature. This place is a little rough around the edges- maybe bring your own pillow and towels, and I will say there is minimal soundproofing from each other and the neighbors outside, but overall very happy with our stay. Was great for our family and parents to stay as well.

Promising, but disappointed.

Likes: • Layout of the unit • Parking facilities • Location Dislikes: • 45-minute delay in occupancy • Cleanliness: equivalent to a 2-star motel (spider webs, stains/odor on furniture and carpet). • Interior in general is old and in desperate need of modernization as it appears that things are as originally installed. It was like walking into my parents 1960’s cottage: o floors and carpets are old, stained and warn; hardwood is also worn, has gaps and uneven. o kitchen: faucet loose, floor has loose tile, dishes and cups chipped and non-matching, random pieces of cutlery and glasses. Appliances are old and mismatched and no overhead vent for stove. Counter tops are uneven/warped (on kitchen sink side). o bathrooms: insufficient toiletries, soap and towels. • Water pressure is very low (had to shower in shifts). • Despite replacing batteries, smoke detector/water level sensors still malfunctioning • Exterior: weathered, unit and decks need refinishing and painting. • Listing accuracy: while the pictures were accurate with respect to contents and amenities, they do not reflect their age, nor the requisite wear and tear. Great Stay!

Hosts were responsive and proactive letting us know of any issues upon arrival and were proactive taking care of said issues. Furniture / bedding were clean and comfortable . Only thing we were lacking was a mop and broom for entrance to reduce water from winter weather tracking in through the entry . Overall great hosts and stay!

Too many things make my family and friends unhappy. The oven also did not prepare and check the gas for us in advance, the hot tub did not work, …… sorry for being so disappointed.

We apologize that the propane tank attached to the BBQ when you arrived was near empty, but we're glad we were able to send a team member out to swap it for the additional propane tank provided. Absolutely perfect place and exactly as advertised. 5 minute drive to the hill. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. It was great having the hot tub after a ski day. It was just the four of us (me, wife and two boys) but the place can fit comfortably more people as advertised (heck there Re two fridges). Highly recommend!

The location is perfect as it's only a 15 minute walk to the village. The host were responsive and check-in was very smooth. Definitely would consider booking for future ski trips.

The chalet was in a great location, definitely a big enough space for 10 people. Close enough to the mountain but far enough to have privacy. The 2 fridges were convenient. The place was definitely quickly cleaned before we arrived. The bottom of our socks were grey after walking around the floor. Would suggest bringing your slippers! The hot tub was nice to have! Very minimal utensils if you are cooking, might want to bring some of your own aswell. The garbage disposal was very conveniently close by.

Extremely Disappointed in pool hours for the summer. Three children so our family is up early. 10:30-open time and close time very early for summer. Had bbq with family to celebrate birthdays 5:30-6:30 made the switch to the pool and it closed at 7pm. That relaxing feeling of the sun and pool from 9-10:30am and even 7pm to 8:30pm with sun still shining was missed and not satisfied. However management responded promptly. Not fan in kitchen very hot even with windows open. No screen doors for porch so flow of air was very limited. Space was great, rooms and bathroom clean. Great location.

Jessica, thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment as you’d like to maximize your time spent in the pool! Our Operations Manager is the only member of staff who is authorized to open and close the pool so the pool hours are aligned with our staff’s hours. There is also a period of time required each morning to clean, chemically balance, and vacuum the pool. We would love to keep the pool open as long as possible for our guests, however, we are working within the framework of the town bylaws and regulations set per the health department. We love to hear you enjoyed the space, were pleased with cleanliness and enjoyed the proximity to the Village and all the area has to offer. Overall we all had a great time. One suggestion is a roku TV stick on all TVs. The cable in the upstairs tv was spotty. But besides that my nephews and niece had a fun time in the bunk bed room. The cottage was clean and easy to keep clean while using the property. The garbage collection is right in the complex with large collection bins. Blue mountain was actually a 3-5 minute drive which was convenient and awesome. Would book again.

Spacious and clean! Loved the hot tub. Could have used a few more towels. Typical rental kitchen without absolutely everything so we needed to adapt. We were two families spending the week at Blue Mountain. Not quite close enough to walk but we didn't mind the quick drive to the Inn Parking Lot. Texting with the management company was super easy. Hope to be back again!

Hello, The place overall was somewhat clean, kitchen utensils were all over the place, sticky, not washed properly. We had to wipe the place down quite a bit and the floors were not clean. There was a strange scent in the lower floors. So, overall cleanliness was a huge issue. Our bbq was very dirty and when we turned it on, within 5 mins, there was a flame and we had to use fire extinguishers. And so it was not clean and there was food in it. They cleaned it the next day. The pool broke down, not their fault, but it really impacts your experience when there are too many things that led to a disappointment. The location is great and good for accommodating big groups, but there are improvements needed.

Nice chalet, nice rooms and space for 2 families and dogs. Not an easy walk to village - need to drive. Kitchen is nice but minimally equipped/stocked (dish towels, paper towels, serving dishes).

Check in, location and value were great! The hot tub was a real selling feature. This place is a little rough around the edges- maybe bring your own pillow and towels, and I will say there is minimal soundproofing from each other and the neighbors outside, but overall very happy with our stay. Was great for our family and parents to stay as well.

Likes: • Layout of the unit • Parking facilities • Location Dislikes: • 45-minute delay in occupancy • Cleanliness: equivalent to a 2-star motel (spider webs, stains/odor on furniture and carpet). • Interior in general is old and in desperate need of modernization as it appears that things are as originally installed. It was like walking into my parents 1960’s cottage: o floors and carpets are old, stained and warn; hardwood is also worn, has gaps and uneven. o kitchen: faucet loose, floor has loose tile, dishes and cups chipped and non-matching, random pieces of cutlery and glasses. Appliances are old and mismatched and no overhead vent for stove. Counter tops are uneven/warped (on kitchen sink side). o bathrooms: insufficient toiletries, soap and towels. • Water pressure is very low (had to shower in shifts). • Despite replacing batteries, smoke detector/water level sensors still malfunctioning • Exterior: weathered, unit and decks need refinishing and painting. • Listing accuracy: while the pictures were accurate with respect to contents and amenities, they do not reflect their age, nor the requisite wear and tear.
