Bienvenue aux chalets Blue View, idéal pour toutes les saisons ! Ce magnifique chalet offre l'espace idéal pour 10 personnes et est idéalement situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied du village de Blue Mountain. Situé en face du parcours de golf primé de Monterra. Avec les autres chalets Blue View, l'Omega a été construit dans un style chalet de ski classique avec une cuisine ouverte, un salon et une salle à manger au dernier étage et une vue imprenable sur la piste de ski depuis le balcon et le jacuzzi.

L'espace

Savourez votre café tôt le matin ou votre verre de vin tard le soir tout en regardant le magnifique coucher de soleil sur les montagnes. Rendez-vous à la piscine saisonnière en été pour nager avec les enfants ou profitez du jacuzzi extérieur privé. Ce chalet est l'escapade idéale pour toute famille ou amis souhaitant profiter de ce que les Blue Mountains ont à offrir en toute saison.

Cuisine :

La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont tous au même niveau, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour les familles et les amis pour dîner et se détendre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, y compris tous les couverts et ustensiles ainsi qu'une cafetière Keurig, des ustensiles de barbecue et plus encore. Tout ce que vous devez apporter, c'est votre nourriture et vos assaisonnements !

Salle à manger et salon :

Une table pour 10 personnes dans la salle à manger offrira des sièges confortables à votre groupe pendant le dîner et les réceptions.

Chambres :

Ce chalet dispose de 5 chambres. Trois chambres ont un lit queen dans chacune. La quatrième chambre a un lit superposé simple sur double et un lit simple. La cinquième chambre a un lit superposé simple et un lit simple. Chaque lit est équipé de draps blancs, de couettes et de taies d'oreiller lavés dans le commerce. Des serviettes fraîchement nettoyées seront placées à chaque chevet.

**Le propriétaire n'autorise que deux petits chiens OU un grand chien. Une autorisation est requise avant l'arrivée. Les animaux doivent être propres et bien élevés. Vous devez ramasser les déjections de vos animaux.

**Votre séjour comprend 4 places de stationnement sur notre propriété. Veuillez utiliser les places marquées du numéro correspondant à votre chalet (par exemple, les clients d'Aurora peuvent se garer dans les places marquées #1). Un parking supplémentaire est disponible, mais il est attribué selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi.

*VEUILLEZ NOTER : Le foyer au gaz est actuellement hors service.

La piscine sera ouverte cet été, mais nous imposerons certaines règles comme suit :

• Le nombre maximum de personnes dans la piscine sera limité à 20 à tout moment

• Premier arrivé, premier servi

• Les clients peuvent utiliser la piscine pendant un maximum de 2 heures à tout moment, à moins qu'il n'y ait

aucun autre client qui attend pour utiliser la piscine

• Aucun animal n'est autorisé dans la piscine, les jacuzzis ou les hammams.

• Nous demandons à tous les clients qui prévoient d'utiliser la piscine d'apporter leurs propres serviettes.

Great stay not much bad to say except the 1/2 fridges were broken and some food went bad. There were a few bugs we saw in the house (earwigs, spiders and beetles) but it’s in the country so can’t complain.

We stayed here for two nights and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location is perfect. The unit is spacious. The pool is clean with a lot of sun chairs and chaise lounges - it might get a bit crowded though as the pool is shared with other units in the complex. The host is super responsive and tried to accommodate all our requests in a timely manner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with PV Team again.

Host very helpful and punctual. Able to provide early check in, pool was very nice and right beside this chalet. We blew a breaker on the main floor and they were quick to respond and come to fix the issue.

There were spider webs in the windows and inside room in the basement. Property from inside is very old and needs good mantainence. My kids were scared to see spider web inside the room. Also, issue with checkin. The property agent mentioned that they msged me the check in code on the mobile number but I never received it and when we reached there my family has tos Tay out for 10-15 mins but property management was quick to reply so happy with their response. But overall stay was ok but property needs to be clean.

We booked this property for a golf trip in the Blue Mountains for 9 people and it was perfect for that. Spacious, good layout and had everything we needed to ensure we had a good weekend. The only issues we had were people parking in our designated spots (hosts contacted them to move their vehicles within 2 hours) and there was no broom or vacuum in the house, which made it difficult to tidy up. Would have been even better if the pool was open.

Derrick, thank you for your review. This unit is ideal for a group of 9 – especially for a golf trip as there are so many fantastic courses around! We are happy to hear that you were so pleased with your unit, however, we understand the parking situation was a little inconvenient. Each unit at Blueview has 4 designated spots, so there should always be ample parking for all guests. We appreciate the feedback about the vacuum/broom. You were a little early in the season for the pool, however, the good news is that it opens this weekend! If you are planning a trip back, you’ll be back to take advantage of the outdoor amenities. We hope to host you again so you can enjoy the pool on your next visit.

Nice and Spacious - but needs a couple things

Overall this house is quite large and suits a large group very well. The beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and well laid out. We could not get the fireplace in the kitchen to work. Most of the light bulbs in the kitchen were burnt out. So, nothing major. Just little things that need attention. Overall, very happy with our stay. Thanks.

Wonderful place & experience, Only minutes away from the village with a back view of the ski slopes. Great instructions and communication, perfect place for a group of people for blue mountain. The airbnb was a good size, accommodated my 10 guests very well for our skiing weekend. The house itself is a little older now and a tiny bit worn down with certain areas requiring some upgrades, but overall it had all the basic necessities that we needed and was very close to Blue Mountain so it got the job done.

Wonderful house, great view of the mountain, comfy beds, amazing hot tub! The kitchen lacked all the trimmings, but had the bare bones. We left behind salt and aluminum foil for the next guest. When we had an issue, maintenance was there immediately in a Sunday to fix it. We would definitely stay again!

Very large and spacious and good for a large group trip. Very close to village and mountain base. Host provides very good and accurate information and service. On our arrival, we found out there is no large cooking pot even though there is a pot lid. Called host, they sent in a cooking pot within half hour. Strongly recommend this space for blue mountain (winter skiing or summer mountain biking) and surrounding area visit.

Great stay! One issue we had was a plumbing issue; water from the toilet leaking into the bedroom downstairs, but the renter was quick to address our issue. Other than that very clean and beautiful house, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Two families, 4 young kids - had a wonderful time here! Great location close to Blue Mountain, lovely back deck, and the hot tub and pool are great added perks. Kids had a great time, and there was plenty of room for both families. Would stay again!

Host very helpful and punctual. Able to provide early check in, pool was very nice and right beside this chalet. We blew a breaker on the main floor and they were quick to respond and come to fix the issue.

There were spider webs in the windows and inside room in the basement. Property from inside is very old and needs good mantainence. My kids were scared to see spider web inside the room. Also, issue with checkin. The property agent mentioned that they msged me the check in code on the mobile number but I never received it and when we reached there my family has tos Tay out for 10-15 mins but property management was quick to reply so happy with their response. But overall stay was ok but property needs to be clean.

We booked this property for a golf trip in the Blue Mountains for 9 people and it was perfect for that. Spacious, good layout and had everything we needed to ensure we had a good weekend. The only issues we had were people parking in our designated spots (hosts contacted them to move their vehicles within 2 hours) and there was no broom or vacuum in the house, which made it difficult to tidy up. Would have been even better if the pool was open.

Derrick, thank you for your review. This unit is ideal for a group of 9 – especially for a golf trip as there are so many fantastic courses around! We are happy to hear that you were so pleased with your unit, however, we understand the parking situation was a little inconvenient. Each unit at Blueview has 4 designated spots, so there should always be ample parking for all guests. We appreciate the feedback about the vacuum/broom. You were a little early in the season for the pool, however, the good news is that it opens this weekend! If you are planning a trip back, you’ll be back to take advantage of the outdoor amenities. We hope to host you again so you can enjoy the pool on your next visit.

Overall this house is quite large and suits a large group very well. The beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and well laid out. We could not get the fireplace in the kitchen to work. Most of the light bulbs in the kitchen were burnt out. So, nothing major. Just little things that need attention. Overall, very happy with our stay. Thanks.

The chalet exceeded our expectations - location, layout, amenities - for our weekend retreat. The entire booking, check-in, and check out process was smooth and efficient and the hosts were very communicative the entire time. It was so nice to have sheets and towels provided for us, as well. We would book again with this host anytime.

Wonderful place & experience, Only minutes away from the village with a back view of the ski slopes. Great instructions and communication, perfect place for a group of people for blue mountain. The chalet is very spacious and more than accommodating, overall had a great weekend & stay this is my second time staying with property valet and will do it again next year !

Needs a bit of TLC, small aspects like the empty soap and shampoo bottles made it feel a bit unlooked after. Nice spot and plenty of room for large parties. Great location for Blue Mountain resort.

The airbnb was a good size, accommodated my 10 guests very well for our skiing weekend. The house itself is a little older now and a tiny bit worn down with certain areas requiring some upgrades, but overall it had all the basic necessities that we needed and was very close to Blue Mountain so it got the job done.

Wonderful house, great view of the mountain, comfy beds, amazing hot tub! The kitchen lacked all the trimmings, but had the bare bones. We left behind salt and aluminum foil for the next guest. When we had an issue, maintenance was there immediately in a Sunday to fix it. We would definitely stay again!

Very large and spacious and good for a large group trip. Very close to village and mountain base. Host provides very good and accurate information and service. On our arrival, we found out there is no large cooking pot even though there is a pot lid. Called host, they sent in a cooking pot within half hour. Strongly recommend this space for blue mountain (winter skiing or summer mountain biking) and surrounding area visit.

Great stay! One issue we had was a plumbing issue; water from the toilet leaking into the bedroom downstairs, but the renter was quick to address our issue. Other than that very clean and beautiful house, my family and I enjoyed our stay.
