Bienvenue aux chalets Blue View, idéal pour toutes les saisons ! Ce magnifique chalet offre l'espace idéal pour 12 personnes et est idéalement situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied du village de Blue Mountain. Situé en face du parcours de golf primé de Monterra. Avec les autres chalets Blue View, le Luna a été construit dans un style chalet de ski classique avec une cuisine ouverte, un salon et une salle à manger au dernier étage et une vue imprenable sur la piste de ski depuis le balcon et le jacuzzi.

L'espace

Savourez votre café du matin ou votre verre de vin en fin de soirée tout en regardant le magnifique coucher de soleil sur les montagnes. Rendez-vous à la piscine saisonnière en été pour nager avec les enfants ou profitez du jacuzzi extérieur privé. Ce chalet dispose également d'un sauna pour se détendre. Le chalet Luna est l'escapade idéale pour toute famille ou amis souhaitant profiter de ce que les Blue Mountains ont à offrir en toute saison.

Cuisine :

La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont tous au même niveau, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour les familles et les amis pour dîner et se détendre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, y compris tous les couverts et ustensiles ainsi qu'une cafetière Keurig, des ustensiles de barbecue et plus encore. Tout ce que vous devez apporter, c'est votre nourriture et vos assaisonnements !

Salle à manger et salon :

Une table pour 10 personnes dans la salle à manger offrira des sièges confortables à votre groupe pendant le dîner et les réceptions. Réchauffez-vous près du foyer au gaz en bonne compagnie après une journée passée sur les collines ou pendant ces fraîches nuits d'été.

Chambres :

Ce chalet dispose de 5 chambres. Trois chambres ont chacune un lit queen. La quatrième chambre a un lit superposé simple sur double et un lit simple. La cinquième chambre a un lit superposé simple sur double et un lit simple. Chaque lit est équipé de draps blancs, de couettes et de taies d'oreiller lavés dans le commerce. Des serviettes fraîchement nettoyées seront placées à chaque chevet.

**Le propriétaire n'autorise que deux petits chiens OU un grand chien. Une autorisation est requise avant l'arrivée. Les animaux doivent être propres et bien élevés. Vous devez ramasser les déjections de vos animaux.

**Votre séjour comprend 4 places de stationnement sur notre propriété. Veuillez utiliser les espaces marqués du numéro correspondant à votre chalet (par exemple, les clients d'Aurora peuvent se garer dans les emplacements marqués #1). Un parking à débordement est disponible, mais il est attribué selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi.

La piscine :

La piscine sera ouverte cet été, mais nous imposerons certaines règles comme suit :

• Le nombre maximum de personnes dans la piscine sera limité à 20 à tout moment

• Premier arrivé, premier servi

• Les clients peuvent utiliser la piscine pendant un maximum de 2 heures à tout moment, à moins qu'il n'y ait

aucun autre client qui attend pour utiliser la piscine

• Aucun animal n'est autorisé dans la piscine, les jacuzzis ou les hammams.

• Nous demandons à tous les clients qui prévoient d'utiliser la piscine d'apporter leurs propres serviettes.

Good place to be with friends but not very family friendly. If you plan on cooking, bring everything you need to cook because there is not much for cookware. Bathrooms need to be cleaner as well. Also bring extra towels and dish towels as there is not enough.

We actually had booked another chalet, but the roof was leaky. They moved us to this beautiful chalet and even came to help us move our stuff in the pouring rain. This chalet was beautiful with lots of space.

We were a group of 6 women. We loved the spacious great room, having 2 fridges and loved the linens. There was a visit from security which was unexpected....perhaps better he show up earlier, not so late (it may have been 9:00). He was friendly however. We will book this property again.

We loved our home away from home at Luna in Blue Mountain. The house was larger than we expected which was a pleasant surprise since we were a group of 11. All the bedrooms were inviting with linens and towels etc. The home was bright and spacious and the main floor layout was ideal for a large group. We enjoyed the large dining table to play games and eat at. The view of the hills was also a lovely feel and enjoyed by all our family. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place. Very close to ski resort and village. Responsive when we requested a large pot and utensils (brought over that day). Nice large table for big family and nice hang out spot upstairs. Bedrooms are nice too.

The Luna is a unique Chalet, perfect for a large group. Having so much space on the 3 floors was perfect for our group. The beds were very comfortable. The open space on the top floor with the deck right there were perfect. It is so awesome to sit and watch the people on the hills. We walked to Blue Mountain Village easily and it was a short drive to drop off the skiers. Property Valet were very professional and the place was clean upon arrival. We had a fantastic family getaway after 2 years of no travel.

Luna chalet was a perfect location for our 3 families to stay in Blue Mountain. It was a quick 2 min drive or lovely 15 min walk to the village. The chalet was quiet and very well maintained. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy. The hot tub and steam room were a bonus! The enormous kitchen table allowed our full party to eat together and play games. Everyone was pleased with the stay and it was roomy enough that we didn’t feel on top of each other. It had a solid chalet vibe!

Location was great, communication was okay. Check in was easy. The only thing that really upset all of us was that they somehow found out that the hot tubs in our unit didn’t work 2 hours before check in. They made us use unit 2’s hot tub. We were in Unit 7. Imagine walking through a snowstorm just to use a hot tub 5 units down. Definitely didn’t accommodate what was suppose to be given. 6/10 based on just that alone. Everyone was looking forward to using the hot tub at our own unit let alone walk in the freezing cold to get to one. We should have been compensated for that alone.

Great chalet for extended family and friends. We spent an extended weekend with family friends. All the amenities were as advertised. We enjoyed the “covered” private hot tub (which was great even when the weather wasn’t). The pool booking method worked and it was available most of the time. The top floor family room was very practical and allowed us to relax. The kitchen was useful for basic cooking. Finally our teenage kids, enjoyed all the sleeping arrangements with bunk beds. We will definitely consider coming back.

Needs a good clean

Living space/kitchen/dining area is the best part of the chalet. It's a nice setup for a large group. But a week before the booking we were told our hot-tub was broken and only offered $50 rebate for 11 people of Thanksgiving weekend. It was a very expensive rental and to be offered only $50 was not acceptable. Chalet was surface clean but deep down dirty. Bugs in the light fixtures, mold in the showers, and a dirty pillow. Building had grass growing out of the eaves, the control for the steam room was literally falling out of the wall. The kitchen faucet was so loose you almost had to hold the handle up. We booked for 11 but there were only enough dishes and cutlery for 7. That said, we did have a contact person who responded quickly and brought us what we needed. I won't tell you to not book this place, we still had a good time, but it would benefit from a lot of TLC.

A beautiful house with a beautiful view but the service you receive makes it hard to justify the price. Even after confirming the check in time before we left, we were forced to sit outside with our luggage for an hour and a half because they did not have the chalet ready for us. They said the reason for the delay was that they had to wait for confirmation from the cleaners but when we got in there was a used toothpick on the couch and some McDonalds garbage in the kitchen so the cleanliness itself was not very impressive. We also did request a late check out of just an hour to make up for the time we lost on the check in day but were denied and no compensation was provided. They also do not enforce the parking, we specifically made sure to bring just 4 cars as the posting indicated we would have 4 spots and when other cars were parked in our spots we were told to just use the overflow parking down the street. When we reached out to the property to let him know we were displeased with the check in and the parking we were ignored until the next day when he texted us just to remind that we must be out by 11, completely disregarding our complaints. Again, the house itself is beautiful but the service you receive is well below a $2000/night price tag.

We had a great time at the Luna Chalet! The space is a lot larger than we expected as well. It’s a great place for a big group of people. The hot tub is a bonus! We had some issues with the hot tub turning off and our host sent someone over within 10-15 mins to check it out!

There was an issue with our original chalet and had to move to the next door chalet which was exactly identical to the original one. Luckily it was available. The PV team was quick to respond.

We actually had booked another chalet, but the roof was leaky. They moved us to this beautiful chalet and even came to help us move our stuff in the pouring rain. This chalet was beautiful with lots of space.

Great spot for me and my group of friends. Close to the Blue Mountain Village and ski slopes. The house had all the essentials and some good amenities.

We were a group of 6 women. We loved the spacious great room, having 2 fridges and loved the linens. There was a visit from security which was unexpected....perhaps better he show up earlier, not so late (it may have been 9:00). He was friendly however. We will book this property again.

We loved our home away from home at Luna in Blue Mountain. The house was larger than we expected which was a pleasant surprise since we were a group of 11. All the bedrooms were inviting with linens and towels etc. The home was bright and spacious and the main floor layout was ideal for a large group. We enjoyed the large dining table to play games and eat at. The view of the hills was also a lovely feel and enjoyed by all our family. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place. Very close to ski resort and village. Responsive when we requested a large pot and utensils (brought over that day). Nice large table for big family and nice hang out spot upstairs. Bedrooms are nice too.

A great rental to host a large number of friends comfortably. Lots of great amenities. Unit has an extra fridge which was really helpful for 12 people.

Great place and close to village. Clean and beds are comfortable. Close to main road which I didn’t like it as cars passes by until late night. Over excellent stay.

The Luna is a unique Chalet, perfect for a large group. Having so much space on the 3 floors was perfect for our group. The beds were very comfortable. The open space on the top floor with the deck right there were perfect. It is so awesome to sit and watch the people on the hills. We walked to Blue Mountain Village easily and it was a short drive to drop off the skiers. Property Valet were very professional and the place was clean upon arrival. We had a fantastic family getaway after 2 years of no travel.

Luna chalet was a perfect location for our 3 families to stay in Blue Mountain. It was a quick 2 min drive or lovely 15 min walk to the village. The chalet was quiet and very well maintained. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy. The hot tub and steam room were a bonus! The enormous kitchen table allowed our full party to eat together and play games. Everyone was pleased with the stay and it was roomy enough that we didn’t feel on top of each other. It had a solid chalet vibe!

Location was great, communication was okay. Check in was easy. The only thing that really upset all of us was that they somehow found out that the hot tubs in our unit didn’t work 2 hours before check in. They made us use unit 2’s hot tub. We were in Unit 7. Imagine walking through a snowstorm just to use a hot tub 5 units down. Definitely didn’t accommodate what was suppose to be given. 6/10 based on just that alone. Everyone was looking forward to using the hot tub at our own unit let alone walk in the freezing cold to get to one. We should have been compensated for that alone.

Great chalet for extended family and friends. We spent an extended weekend with family friends. All the amenities were as advertised. We enjoyed the “covered” private hot tub (which was great even when the weather wasn’t). The pool booking method worked and it was available most of the time. The top floor family room was very practical and allowed us to relax. The kitchen was useful for basic cooking. Finally our teenage kids, enjoyed all the sleeping arrangements with bunk beds. We will definitely consider coming back.

Living space/kitchen/dining area is the best part of the chalet. It's a nice setup for a large group. But a week before the booking we were told our hot-tub was broken and only offered $50 rebate for 11 people of Thanksgiving weekend. It was a very expensive rental and to be offered only $50 was not acceptable. Chalet was surface clean but deep down dirty. Bugs in the light fixtures, mold in the showers, and a dirty pillow. Building had grass growing out of the eaves, the control for the steam room was literally falling out of the wall. The kitchen faucet was so loose you almost had to hold the handle up. We booked for 11 but there were only enough dishes and cutlery for 7. That said, we did have a contact person who responded quickly and brought us what we needed. I won't tell you to not book this place, we still had a good time, but it would benefit from a lot of TLC.

A beautiful house with a beautiful view but the service you receive makes it hard to justify the price. Even after confirming the check in time before we left, we were forced to sit outside with our luggage for an hour and a half because they did not have the chalet ready for us. They said the reason for the delay was that they had to wait for confirmation from the cleaners but when we got in there was a used toothpick on the couch and some McDonalds garbage in the kitchen so the cleanliness itself was not very impressive. We also did request a late check out of just an hour to make up for the time we lost on the check in day but were denied and no compensation was provided. They also do not enforce the parking, we specifically made sure to bring just 4 cars as the posting indicated we would have 4 spots and when other cars were parked in our spots we were told to just use the overflow parking down the street. When we reached out to the property to let him know we were displeased with the check in and the parking we were ignored until the next day when he texted us just to remind that we must be out by 11, completely disregarding our complaints. Again, the house itself is beautiful but the service you receive is well below a $2000/night price tag.

We had a great time at the Luna Chalet! The space is a lot larger than we expected as well. It’s a great place for a big group of people. The hot tub is a bonus! We had some issues with the hot tub turning off and our host sent someone over within 10-15 mins to check it out!
