Great house! Nice surroundings! Had everything we needed inside to stay comfortably. Only problem we ran into was the some outlets had lost power over the course of our stay but the host was very responsive and was able to direct us to solve the problem. Overall great stay and would stay again

4/5 Pros - very spacious great room & kitchen - ample sleeping space - very comfy beds - really nice and clean - good location, close to blue mountain - hot tub was working & clean! Cons - kitchen utensils/stock is extremely underwhelming (recommend bringing your own tongs, whisks, even salt & pepper, etc if you are planning on cooking there) - air conditioning doesn’t get to the main kitchen/family room area so it was literally 20 degrees difference - no screens on the sliding porch door or any window in the main room so no way to get any fresh air without bugs coming in - pillows are small and only 1 pillow per person (bring your own) - no mirrors other than bathroom Honestly we had a great time and would book again but we would just make sure to bring more of our own things. Including a fan!

Our recent stay at this chalet in the Blue Mountain region met our expectations. While the location itself was undeniably beautiful, there were a few aspects of our experience that could have been a little better. Upon arrival, we found the chalet to be a bit more rustic than we had anticipated on the outside. The interior was quaint and very comfortable. Particularly the beds were very nice. The kitchen has been updated however some items were basic and very warn. It also lacked some of the kitchen basics that I would’ve expected. Our interactions with the host were very professional, and appreciated all the communication. Overall we would return to this location.

Wonderful place for a family getaway at Blue Mountain! Very quiet and peaceful with close proximity to the resort. Accommodation was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Perfect ending to our ski season.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the location because it was close to Blue Mountain resort but away from the condos and crowds. It was great for our dog with a leash free park very close by.

A hot tub, in the winter with, blue mountain in the background. It’s hard to beat. PV team is super nice and easy to get a hold enough. All 7 of us had a fantastic stay.

Hi Annie, we're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. Our management has since spoken with the neighbour who informed us that he too rents out his property and is understanding of noise. We have not heard of any issues with this neighbour previously but we apologize if an issue arose. Bylaw does not permit use of hot tub after 11:00 pm nor any loud music after hours, but as long as you are following the by-laws, you are welcome to enjoy the vacation rental and your music! We hope to have you back again.

My stay at this chalet was perfect. The upstairs has a gorgeous fireplace that heats the room up in seconds. There is plenty of sitting space and large tables to play cards or board games with your friends or family. The hot tub was warm and conveniently close to the door. The location is walking distance to the village which is convenient to visit any of the activities or restaurants at blue mountain.

Check in was very easy and they let us check in 2 hours earlier which was very nice. Visually very nice property and hot tub was great. 2 bathrooms were both nice and laundry machine but didn’t use. No hairdryer and no extra pillows, blankets or towels. We asked and they said they’d get back to me and then never responded again. Check out was easy.

Good location. Spacious unit for 8 adults. Checkin was smooth. Communication was great. Everything with the property is great except cleanliness. We found few spider web in the unit. Lots of dirty spots on couch. Grill also had to be cleaned as well.

The chalet itself was beautiful with a great location. There was plenty of space for us all, along with a amazing hot tub. The biggest issue we had was the cleanliness. The house did have a leak in the downstairs, it was coming from underneath the steps and made a huge mess which we had to keep changing towels to contain the water, which also leaked into the downstairs bedroom completely soaking the floor. It is an older chalet so it’s more understandable for it to have stains and not be overly clean. One big issue we had was with the AC unit, it didn’t seem to be working, leaving the house to be quite humid and hot which was annoying and inconvenient. With all the little issues we did find with the house i do feel it should have been cheaper to rent as it was kind of pricey for the value of the house. Overall the renters were great at responding and it was an easy check in.

Overall a great little get away when you know what to expect. Positive: I loved the chalet feel of the upstairs living space, and most of the bedroom were well appointed. The hosts were fantastic! Very friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had.Two fridges ended up being very handy with the size of our group for all the kids snacks and refreshments. The basement bedroom was substantially bigger leading to an arguement that was resolved by appointing it to the adults ? And we enjoyed all the visits from wildlife, including a very brave skunk that made it halfway up the deck ( twice in the same night) before deciding to head back to the woods Negative: This was advertised as an entire holiday home when in fact it is a duplex, it ended up being fine as the people on the other side were near the same age and temperment but it wasn't as secluded as we had expected and I could definitely see that being an issue if it had been a different group. The sauna is not available even though there are pictures of it in the listing.

This property was suitable for our group of 3 families to have a place to cook and lay our heads while skiing Blue for 4 days. Nothing luxurious about this place, even though the price/night is high. The hot tub was great to have after long days of skiing. 2 fridges in the kitchen was great. Cons: Beds not comfortable. Not enough water glasses for the 10 of us…but lots of wine glasses??Mismatching plates, bowls and cutlery are actually a frustration for serving. Wouldn’t take much to add a few value-adds in this area. The BBQ was not clean and our one use to make burgers resulted in a large grease fire on the bottom of the BBQ. This was unsafe. Should be cleaned out. I’m not saying I wouldn’t book again. I know what I’m getting and am clearly paying for the location to the hill and ability to sleep numerous people. An outdoor locker for equipment would be a nice add too. Overall: suitable.

This is a great location only 7 mins from the Village. The pictures were accurate. The kitchen was not very well equipped (no bottle opener for the wine!) and the house was clean but also dirty. Kitchen and bathrooms great, but windows, blinds, and inside the drawers were very very dirty.

Pros: Great location and good price during Christmas time. Only a 5-minute drive from the blue mountain drop-off point to this house. Cons: This is a REALLY REALLY old house and you should expect sometimes those things will not work properly and something is not handler properly. For example, the microwave opener is broken so they tighten that up with a cable tie; most of the mattresses are not flat; the water is leaking from the pipe on the basement bedroom In general, if you are looking for a place to eat and sleep and your budget is very strict, I will recommend this place. But if you are looking for a leisure place to enjoy your holiday, I will spend a little more money to find another place.

My family and I had a great stay. There were just a couple things that I would address for the future. Cleanliness needs to be upgraded still pretty dusty and dirty when we got there. We weren’t notified that the sauna wasn’t working. Lightbulb was broken in the main washroom floor.

The property was pretty much as advertised (older chalet style). It was well equipped and everything worked. Check in and communication with the manager was very good. Didn’t realize it is a duplex property, but we didn’t hear a peep from the other side even though it was rented. Property is quite private. Rooms are small, and unfortunately quite musty smelling, and not well cleaned. The common area upstairs was great for cooking, dining, hanging out and playing poker. Overall it was decent for a guys weekend.

This spot was a complete mess. I don’t even know where to begin. They took a 350$ dollar deposit for cleaning fees and don’t even clean there home. God knows how many people they robbed for this cleaning fee. Spider webs all over the home, mold on one of the pipes in the kitchen and multiples walls throughout the home have seen to be punched in possibly due to drunk people angrily hitting the walls. We walked into this home and let me tell you it was a complete sauna in there the temperature was over 55 degrees. We had to wait patiently for hours for some maintenance lady to come and fix this issue. When we booked this home the owner should’ve ensured prior to our arrival the homes ac was working and it was cool for the guests. I booked this home for my family and I to have a weekend get away and boy was I so embarrassed. ontop of all this, the pictures the owner has taken are very misleading. The shower on the main floor dimension is like 2x2 only a child under the age of 10 can fit in the shower. You can’t turn at all without getting stuck if you’re on the chunky side, if you’re skinny you can’t clean your back as your arms bang against the walls. They make this home seem like it’s a detached unit but it’s a semi detached. There’s another unit connected to where I stayed. I am advising everyone who is thinking about staying here STAY AWAY. THIS SPOT IS A COMPLETE DISASTER
