Great and beautiful location and nice space for a large group of people! The only real complaints we would have would be that the layout of the space is a bit unique (not your typical home layout) and that there are a few spots in the house that could use a deep cleaning. Other than those points, we had a great time! The main living space/kitchen area is perfect for a large gathering.

Great stay. The hot tub was perfect , the rooms were spacious and clean. Only thing that wasn’t the best was the service which really is just because of the location! 10 minutes from the village it was perfect.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Upon check in time they needed a few extra minutes to clean which was no problem at all! They kindly offered us a later check out to compensate for it. The house was perfect for 13 of us, lots of beds and space to hangout. We really enjoyed our time here- strongly suggest if you have a big group! :)

Golf retreat for 11 men, 2 nights Sept 15-17. The weather was extremely hot, but house was nice & cool. Plenty of space inside and out, the patio is large and welcoming. Kitchen table was huge and perfect for large group. Thank you!

Great spot for a large group! Place was clean and check-in was smooth. Great amenities- listing is as described! The hosts share that wifi/cell reception is limited which is accurate so just be aware of this when booking. House is a quick 10 min Uber to Collingwood. Driveway has ample parking for larger groups.

This place was perfect for our party of 10. 5 good size bedrooms on one floor worked great for us with younger kids. Stairs in the house were bit challenge for elderly though. The house came with TT equipment , foosball. A putter for the golf would be nice addition. Overall we enjoyed the property… wish we had more time on our hands….. May be next time!

Beautiful and spacious with an amazing dinning area where my family of 12 peoples can sit and have a family dinner all together. The game room was fantastic for all the fun times with the children and the hot tub was a bonus for the adults. The number of beds accommodating our family was perfect. Everything was to our expectations. Now to the our not so satisfying part of this home was the bed which makes to much squeaking noise, all the bunkbeds was not comfortable which made for a restless night. The bathroom situation was a problem because the listing didn’t state the number of bathroom there were only two for a 6 bedroom home. For the occupants of 12-16 people home the hot water supply was limited for this property. Overall with all the high and low accommodations we gave this spacious home a 4 stars.

Great place for a large group, very cozy and tucked away so there was a lot of privacy. Close drive to the village and local hiking trails. Only comment is that it would have been great to have some more kitchen items like towels, serving bowls, sharp knives, etc., and we couldn’t find cleaning supplies to tidy up in between. All in all made for a great weekend and would recommend the place!

Great spot for large group, we were a group of 10. The house has lots of large open areas to eat, play games, hang out. Very close to Bruce Trail access points along the top of the ski hill. Great for top of mountain ski hill access summer or winter. Perfect home base for cycling and hiking. 12 min drive to town for all amenities (grocery/Walmart, bike shops, restaurants). Quiet area for peaceful evenings.

Very easy check in at this Airbnb. The place was fairly clean, dead bugs/dirt in the front window and where the sliding doors were, outdoor carpet where hot tub was could use some TLC. Most of the dishes we removed from the cupboard were dirty and needed to be washed, not enough cups for our group so make sure to bring some extra! A lot of room for our group of 11, very spacious. Wifi and cellphone reception was very limited. Loved the ping pong and foosball table! We forgot something and the host offered pickup or shipping which is super accommodating!

As for the cups, although we've monitoried the inventory of glassware in this home many times, it appears that some items have been broken or gone missing recently and we'll be sure to return to the home for another inventory check in the kitchen. It was a great stay. We had a great time. One person was wake all night with a squeaky bed. The deck and around the hot tub needs some attention. Plus hooks for towels would be great.

The place was lovely and how it looked on the site. We were a bit disappointed when we were asked to pay an extra $100 to check in earlier (earlier being after 12 instead of 4pm which we thought was quite late in the day). We didn’t have enough mugs for everyone but they were quick to bring us more. We bought our own wine glasses as there was none on site. The location is great and we enjoyed the amenities they had.

Extremely disappointing, not as advertised. Positive: Great location for skiing, very quiet. Negative: An exterior door didn’t lock, communication with staff was poor (they failed to reply to 3 attempts to reach them), bad wifi was a known issue but we weren’t notified until we had almost arrived (deliberately misleading advertising), property was priced for prime ski season but it was known that there was effectively no snow for skiing, which was extremely bad value, property was run down and poorly maintained.

We had a great stay in Collingwood! The Airbnb was exactly as shown in photos. There was lots of room for 14 people comfortably, and everything was clean and well kept. Our group loved the ping pong table and the large family style table to share meals together. Location was also great and it was a quick drive to the village and to downtown Collingwood. This was our group's first stay here. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the cleanliness - the space was bright and smelled like it had been freshly cleaned! The place was stocked with soap, garbage bags, toiletries, and towels - everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone, and lots of entertainment. The beds were comfy and there was a very cozy vibe of the whole home. Our whole group enjoyed our stay, and we appreciate everything the house had to offer. The only thing we needed but couldn't find was a cheese grater (though this did not impact us too much).

The Paradise Manor was the perfect stay for us to enjoy a ski trip with friends. The common areas were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our entire party of 10 and there were plenty of entertainment options available. For those that are skiing, you can walk to the lift in 15 minutes or drive to the mountain top parking lot in 3 mins. I would highly recommend this property for family or friend get togethers.

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Manor! The place is very spacious and was a perfect size for two families to stay. Lots of modern updates and we appreciated the games room for entertainment. The front entry was also perfect to place all of our ski gear. One drawback was some supplies in the kitchen were limited, be sure to check in to see what they have before you arrive (ex: mugs, wine glasses (only 1), sharp knives). Thank you for our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room over three levels. Lots of sleeping spaces. We played a lot of ping pong. We stayed over New Years which is high season but for the size of our group it was good value and allowed us to all be together. The dining table is huge - which was great. Lots of parking spaces, easy to find. It's a very short drive to the parking at the top of the hill - so you can just ski down and avoid all the crowds in the village. We would definitely rent again.

We had an enjoyable family getaway. The home is large and for the most part comfortable. The location is great. The kitchen is not as well equipped as advertised and many things in the home are older and/or in poor condition. The water dispenser and ice maker in the refrigerator do not work. Most of the mattresses are older or poor quality and therefore not very comfortable.

This chalet is a great place to house a larger group of people. The location is convenient as it's not far from the Blue Mountain Village, "downtown" Collingwood and a number of other attractions such as the caves, breweries and vineyards.

The location and property itself was beautiful. There was a small issue on the lock entering the facility but it quickly began working. Other than that, the amenities were all wonderful. Communication with the hosts was fluid and easy as well. We would definitely consider visiting there again if in the neighbourhood!

Cool place. Excellent layout for skiers - giant entry/mudroom keeps the mess from the outdoors in one place and not all over the main house. Extra coat rack they put in a side area down there was a perfect touch. The giant dinner table is also awesome for having the whole group eat together. Ping pong and foosball was a nice downtime activity. Layout might be a tad strange - the updated bathroom is adjacent to the one bunk bedroom in the basement while the other bathroom that serves the remaining upstairs bedrooms is a little dated/basic. The fridge breaks the triangle rule and you'll notice if you cook a lot. But neither of these things would stop me from renting again. It's worth noting that the walk back from the Wieder lift is considerably uphill and even more so from the Valley lift at night. Again not a deal breaker, but those with little ones and those a bit out of shape might be better off driving down to the upper lots down the street.

Our stay in Ravenna was lovely! It was a great location and the house was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen table especially was a really good size. There were enough dishes, as long as you ran the dishwasher frequently. Everything was very clean. The only issue we had was that some of the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. But for only 2 nights, our group was able to manage. I imagine it would be less ideal long term.

10/10 recommend! The space was exactly what we were looking for. Photos were accurate with the listing and the host was amazing at communicating and ensuring we had all the information that we needed. Only 9 minute drive to Blue Mountain Village with such a beautiful view and close proximity to local walking trail.

If you don’t mind the drive it’s kind of a peaceful venture as you take in the beautiful scenery from the Georgian bay and the blue mountains. We went snow shoeing at the scenic caves which is a 2 min drive down from the cottage and plenty of Parking there. Was a great experience over all. If you love the outdoors and Proximity from the village it’s perfect.

This stay was a perfect weekend get away! It is prime location to any sort of activity that collingwood or blue mountain has to offer. The property was kept in great shape and provided everything that you could need for a perfect weekend or stay! The communication with Property Valet was excellent and the check in and check out process was very easy to navigate! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Was just like the photos. Nice and clean house with working hot tub! Great golf course just outside the property. Nearby the house there is a hiking attraction. Left a nice welcoming gift and card for my group which was a very nice touch. Would definitely be visiting again.

This property has everything to keep you occupied for a weekend. Putting green, hot tub, Foosball, ping pong. Great location for the property, being 15min away from blue mountain village. The house is well maintained, clean and well stocked! You will not be disappointed. Property valet is also super responsive! We didn't have putters for the putting green when we arrived, property valet promptly drove over and dropped off two putters for us. Great service and great property.

Amazing property with so many great features. The hot tub is amazing! Kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and the whole house was clean upon arrival. Only thing missing is great wifi.. it wont work for a big group but other than that this place is amazing!

This place was great and exactly what we needed for a large bachelorette party! The space was very open and could accommodate everyone all together. The only points of criticism would be that the main washroom was a bit old with the tiling was chipping/rotting and the mattresses were not super comfy. However, all around a great stay, and would come again with a large group!

Myself and three of my friends rented this location as a get away for a couple of days. The location is up the mountain (for those who are not familiar with the area). The place was very clean and very spacious! One thing to mention, there are a lot of stairs, so if there is anyone in your party who has mobility issues, this may not be the rental for you. Also, there are neighbours who are close, but not on top of you. From the pictures, it looks like this place is on the remote side, but it is not. The internet was a bit spotty - streaming is not an option so if you need to occupy anyone, make sure to download some shows for them to watch while there. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to return!

We had a great stay at this location. It is very close to Blue Mountains. The house was well equipped and cozy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a family with young children as there are lots of stairs and our toddler kept us on our toes. The place was clean and the hot tub a huge hit. Communication with the host was effortless. Thanks again for hosting us!

Our family and friends with kids all enjoyed the stay very much. There were a few maintenance issues we came across like the toilet flusher was broken in the upstairs main full bath and because we only stayed 3 nights we didn’t request for immediate maintenance. Lower main bath the toilet area is very small which was quite awkward. Lighting in the evening in the game room is very dim, please install better lighting. Also, for future travellers there is next to nil wifi, we found our data was very spotty too as it is located higher up on the mountain reception is very poor. Though it was great to disconnect from social media and we played a lot of board games that we brought. For families that plan on cooking full meals I suggest to bring your own chopping knives, water kettle and specialty equipment as only the basics were provided but I did expect a bit more from a place so well decorated. We brought a lot of disposable plates, cutlery and cups to try and avoid running the dishwasher that many times. Would have liked to have had more nicer plates and serving bowls for our full party of 15 people. The space is perfect for several families with children of all ages and about 9mins drive to Blue Mountain village which was convenient and Scenic Caves is along the route. Thank you for your hospitality overall we still gave this property a 5 star as it fit so many people quite well and everyone enjoyed their stay!

Lots of bedrooms and beds. Bedding and towels all provided. Easy check in and close to the top of the mountain. Staff was kind and quick to respond. If bringing a family recommend bringing kid friendly plates/cutlery/cups and possibly a baby gate as there are a lot of stairs.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious and clean. Quick drive to the ski hills, skating and snow shoe loop. The kids loved the ping pong and fuseball tables in the evening. The private hot tub was such a bonus. So much nicer than staying in the village. Will definitely book again.

This place is beautiful, my friends and I had a lovely time. The hosts really put a lot of thought into making sure everything we needed was there and their home was beautiful! The only issues we had were with the wi-fi but it gave us an excuse to unplug for a few days!

It’s a great house, very open and very bright. We were a party of 16 and had lots of room and didn’t feel crowded. It’s very close to the blue mountain so it was very easy to get ready and just ski. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay here.

A little rough around the edges, but overall a really great stay! The communication was excellent and the location can’t be beat — right at the top of the escarpment with easy access to hills and the skating trail. The living room is super cozy and the VHS library is full of gems! The hot tub is glorious after a day in the snow :) The only issue we had is the kitchen wasn’t very well-appointed (light on cutlery, no toaster, etc.) but nothing serious enough to be a major bother. Thanks Property Valet for a fun stay!
